Our power went out somewhere between 9pm and midnight one evening. The temperature was in the high 80s that night. We contacted who had installed our unit, and they came out the next morning, right on schedule on a SUNDAY and finished within 30 minutes! Very acknowledged in their field and was very friendly! Our AC went out at 12:30 am in the middle of the night. I sent a communication at 2am after I checked everything. At 6 am I received a response back and then received a call a short time later. Long and short is that by about 9:30 their tech, Will, had arrived and fixed my AC and got it running once again. It was going to be a high of 95 that day. What a quick response and great service.

I recommended them to a friend who called me within a few days of my incident, and my friend could not find anybody to get out that day, well they took care of my friend also before the end of the day when he called.
