I tried to set up an appointment online for a replacement quote. They contacted me via email and we set a time. I replied asking if there was any additional information they needed and asked if they had financing options with 0% APR as another company that came out offered this option. They did not reply and did not show up. Not so much as a email, text or phone call. I sat at my house waiting for them to show but they never did. When i reached out to them after the appointment time had passed i emailed them asking what happened or why. Their reply was a phone call saying opps we messed up scheduling but we don't have 0% APR anyway. I can only assume they decided not to waste their time on the appointment since i had requested this (little do they know it was not a make or break for me, but the horrible customer service was). At minimum, I would suggest not taking time off work to meet them for an appointment since they may not show up anyway.

I woke up to a VERY cold house...no heat! My tech David B. showed up extremely quick and with a smile. He was great at explaining the problem and solution rather quickly after arriving. He even went a step farther to provide tips on what type of filter to use , how often to change it, and even had a quick tutorial on my existing thermostat. I don't think I have ever had such a happy, professional and helpful service tech for anything issue in my home. Will definitely be using them again! You are VERY much appreciated!!
