Well, Comfort Air Solutions did what they said they were going to do. As most know, Do What You Say is one of the four Referability Habits, which so many companies just can't seem to get right.
I posted a review yesterday about their timely service response and today I will add on with another 5-Star Review about their fulfilling of their service work today and getting my daughter's furnace repaired and the heat turned back.

Will Sims was my Service Tech and he did an absolute amazing job. He immediately found the problem with our unit and made sure it got taken care of on the spot. Definitely will be calling back for any future problems. Especially if Will Sims gets to be my Tech.

The entire team at Comfort Air Solutions are amazing! They answered every question I had and went above and beyond to go over and explain what the issue was with my furnace!! They arrived at the scheduled time, Will (Service Manager) even called 30 min ahead of time to let us know he was on his way!! Will and Nate worked quickly together to get heat back and go over all the options I had!! Never pushed anything with up sales or extras that most companies try to do!!! They were both straight forward and will be returning to install a complete new system!! ** and no they didn't sale me on a new system they fixed the issue and I could make it to the next winter but mine has been crapping out for years and is original with the house!! Had several companies come out to "fix the issue" and give their estimate!! Comfort Air Solutions was all around the quickest, friendliest, and financially the best!!

We have had Will and Cory out twice now and they was very knowledgeable of our situation and they didn’t give up. They came back for a second time and they were able to get our system back up and running as well as they also donate their time which we were very thankful for that many companies wouldn’t do such a great thing for a family like mine. If you’re looking for a company that has reasonable prices and good work and professionalism. Please give them a call.

Comfort Air is very competent, timely and polite performing some warranty work. Scheduling was very efficient and the work completed was done thoroughly. The technician ensured our home was cared for and actually swept and vacuumed the area after performing the work. Would recommend there services!

The initial salesman did an excellent job of convincing us a new system made the most sense due to the age of the system. The installers were professional for the most part and personable. After checking the area when the installers left, we found the carpet was left with small sand piles (apparently fell off runners when removing them) and furniture they moved was left in middle of room. Found numerous screws, pipe pieces, brackets and miscellaneous parts left next to newly installed A/C unit and in the driveway. Suggest the installers check behind themselves and consider using magnets like roofers do. Just thankful we saw the screws before driving over them. We would still do business with them because they seem to be customer oriented and we feel it might have just been the freezing weather and 2 feet of snow that impacted the clean up...

Billy and Eric were fantastic. Our utility sink was clogged, easy fix, not this time. We had a hole house clog. It took 3 hours but they kept working the problem until it was resolved. Not only were they awesome with our problem, they were just nice people. The best part, it only cost us $18 because we joined the maintenance club. Clogged drains are free! Hats off to Peterman Brothers and Billy and Eric! Great people and great service!

They were good. Happy with the electrician as he was competent and courteous. However, the company has the service tech provide no less that six separate estimates to upsell you on more equipment/services. I was hit with everything from an annual service plan to a $23,000 generator for my home in the middle of the city. All I needed was an outlet changed and I found myself turning down an electrician-turned salesman.

Tacky business plan. I prefer to give business to honest and hardworking businesses, not a business focused on getting their foot in the door so they can upsell you on unnecessary (and expensive) products. Really? You want to sell me a $23k generator when all I asked for was an outlet changed? Of course, the electrician-salesman cited a potential change in the law that would require my entire house to undergo electrical work should I decide to sell it. Now the electrician-salesman becomes the electrician-lawyer/realtor. Just around left a negative view of the business.

I also paid approx $350 just for a photocell to be changed. I am fine with that price if I know what I am paying for, however, the estimates just consolidate all services and equipment as one price rather than itemizing each item (i.e., equipment and labor). So, I can't state whether or not I received a good deal b/c ultimately I have no idea how the price breaks down.

Will not call again simply b/c of the business sales plan.

Thomas Carlson was extremely polite and patient. He worked with me to solve the thermostat issues. I wish that all repair people were as professional and nice to work with like him!

Came out to bid a fuse box replacement. I get a shut off needs to be added. But they bid to replace the entire line that already has a shut off on it. They were too lazy to double check. But not to claim $11300. They pad the bill and bid for work that does not need done. Look somewhere else. What they bid was fraud. Or incompetence

We enrolled in their monthly service plan which included a check up of our hot water heater and plumbing systems. Drew was phenomenal. He was proficient and knowledgeable in plumbing and the other mechanicals which was helpful. He took great care in our home checking every detail and maintaining a record for future visits. He was funny and kind and while sharing options of items to make our home run as efficiently as possible he also respected where we were with our expectations and such for the care of our home. I would definitely recommend their services and request Drew if you can!!

Peterman Brothers always provides excellent service! I've never had a bad experience with anyone. Marc Y. provided my plumbing service this time and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He was also friendly and kind, which really matters when you're letting someone into your home.

This company has great customer service, great guys who work there, and their work is the best. We had some plumbing issues in November, and we had 2 plumbing companies come out to give us quotes… they gave us very high quotes, seemed unprofessional, and one company completely screwed us by recommending a terrible mitigation company. BUT Peterman Brothers came in to save the day. Stephen came to our house to give us the quote, Russell helped a ton too and gave us so much knowledge and he answered all of our questions happily, and the two guys who came out to fix it all (Jeff and Erin) did PHENOMENAL work. Jeff and Erin really knew their stuff, went above and beyond, and they were super professional. I could go on and on about Russell, Jeff, and Erin -these guys made the whole process smooth and stress free. We will gladly do business with them from here on out, and we recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

Wow is an understatement for Jacob. He was at our home to figure out a toilet issue but in following his training he discovered a gas leak in our basement utility room. The Collins family literally owe him our lives. It was the best $95 spent to fix the leak.

We have had to call petermans a few times for issues plumbing wise. Noah has been out and It was nice seeing a familiar face! He is so personable and helpful and has done a WONDERFUL job each time. Glad he is still working with your company. Was able to get same day service and problem was fixed when he was out. Thank you again Noah!

Matthew and his associate were friendly and helpful from the moment we opened the front door. They explained how things worked and went out of their way to leave nothing out of place. They were professional and jovial the entire time they were here. Employees like these 2 young men are the reason we continue to call Peterson Bros for all of our hvac needs! Be proud, gentlemen, you are both stellar representatives of your company!

Jace and Jon did a fantastic job. Extremely knowable and professional. Arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up properly! Would definitely recommend them!

Kari is awesome. Super friendly and knows what she is doing. Would give her 10 stars if i could. Another place wanted tank replaced and more work done. She was honest and fixed everything for 1/4 of the price. Ty!!

I just recently started using Peterman Brothers services since I just bought my first home last year. Each time a technician comes out, they are very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. I ended up signing up for the monthly program and it’s SO worth it, it’s already paid for itself. Thank you Jackson R., Matthew S., and Jeremy K. (Technicians) for being so kind and thorough!

I got 7 text message reminders for an appointment over the course a of a few hours on A Sunday morning. Now (Monday) I've been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a representative and the automated AI is driving me crazy. It also said my hold time would be 4 minutes... Their customer service used to be pretty good.

All the technicians that have come out have been great.

Jonah did a fantastic job explaing the work needing done as well as executing the job in a comfortable and efficient process. Most importantly, he as a terrific human being and is a valuable asset to your company. I'm so thankful for today's service and also the information he shared about the plumbing concerns I had.
