Anthony A. was here doing an annual check on my AC/Furnace. He was very kind and made sure to let me know all questions were accepted. He provided options to add to my systems with pricing which helps in future decisions. I would highly recommend having Peterman Brothers. All of their Staff are always so friendly

Thomas Carlson did a spectacular job maintaining my homes HVAC system. He took the time to explain things to me, showed me pictures and locations of equipment on my system. He was able to go above and beyond taking the opportunity to service, not only my heating system, but my cooling system as well in the same visit. I’m glad I went. Peterman’s is who I trust for my home’s maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Colin is not only an incredibly nice guy, but the knowledge & experience & professionalism he brought to the job was impressive. Even though our heat pump was very old, & beyond an easy fix, he went above & beyond to inspect the situation & help me understand what exactly was happening. He also was very frank about my options & laid them out very clearly. I would definitely ask for him again, & couldn’t recommend him more. A great job!!

Dan did a wonderful job with our maintenance and repair work! He was descriptive and was able to walk me through what the issues were and the reason that those issues had occurred. He prioritized our safety and decided to perform the repairs the same day. All around a pleasant guy to have be working

Tom Aubrey was outstanding with our service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and while another department on his team was dispatched to fix it he gave me ideas and helped to temporarily address the problem and maintain it until the other group came out. He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. Thanks Tom you definitely have a new customer!

Carson Fisher is great at analyzing plumbing problems and offering a number of options. He ensures that your plumbing is up to code and well done. He goes above and beyond in service. He is always on time for service calls and inspections. His demeanor is calm and friendly.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent warranty repair for our drywall and finish. While the technical work performed was satisfactory, I am concerned about the lack of communication and professional etiquette displayed during the process.
Over nearly a year, we experienced two rescheduling delays before the work was finally completed. On the day of the final visit, the technician, Chris, maintained a pleasant demeanor; however, his communication with my husband—who was working just feet away—was non-existent. Despite being on-site for the duration of the job, Chris exited the premises without informing my husband he was finished or reviewing the completed work with him. Instead, he called my personal cell phone afterward to provide finishing instructions. This left my husband confused, especially as he was also actively monitoring our gate to ensure the safety of our dog.

While the repair itself looks good, this experience highlights a recurring issue with communication among some staff members. I strongly suggest that further professional training be implemented to ensure that technicians clearly communicate their progress, intentions, and completion of work with on-site homeowners.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future service interactions.

I highly recommend Ryan Harrison. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found and fixed my electrical problem in bathroom in less than 30 minutes after his prompt arrival. I had paid 2 other electricians over the last year for same repair and neither of those repairman found problem but charged me a very high price anyway. Thanks again. This company is awsome! I recently had some issues with my plumbing and they were able to come and check things out, as well as fix them, the day after i called. Jonathon was an amazing help and also caught that my sump pump had failed! I was very impressed by the speed and professional quality that he showed in his work! I will be using them from this point on and i
would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I was in the middle of a shower handle replacement when I realized more was needed than what I could do so I called Peterman Brothers and they were very quick to get someone out to me. Carson showed up to my house and was polite, thorough and gave me several options on how to fix the issue. Was never pushy at all and he very quickly replaced the valve and had my shower working in no time at all. I’m very appreciative with how fast Carson replaced the old valve system and fixed my shower. This kid needs a raise…seriously keep him around.

I noticed my water softener was filled with water and not draining. This was at about midnight. I googled best places to help me. I chose to contact Peterman Bros. Their website was easy to navigate and I got a next day service scheduled. Ricky was my tech. He was awesome. Turns out a couple hoses/pipes were frozen. Duuh. But he was able to get them thawed quickly and were back in action! Ricky was awesome and professional. Great salesman too, I signed up for a membership service that sounds pretty great, but I’ll find out about that later on. All in all 5 star experience. I’ll be using them again, not just because of the membership, but the service! Will definitely recommend too!
