Suddenly this morning, the temperature was going down instead of up. Something was wrong with the furnace! So I instantly called Heather at Comfort Air. She is just the person you need to talk to when you are panicked. She's like a hug on the phone. I called at 8 and by 9 my favorite service guy was at my front door. As always, my guy Will didn’t disappoint. He walked in, and in moments, he had the problem diagnosed, and moments later it was fixed. I am happy that I always have a service contract and that results in priority care. I love doing business with people I feel like I can trust. Had questions regarding if sensors were connected and how they worked. Will happened to be just around the corner from me. He said it was easier to do rather than over the phone and could he just pop in. He not helped with my sensors, he found the working heat register that the tile people covered up and we marked it.
