The technician was knowledgeable; on time and his explanation and communication with me the customer was excellent. He was very helpful on helping me with the next step even with it did not involve his company.

I was really impressed with John, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job serving our HVAC for an annual inspection. Will definitely use Masters next year!

Xavier was very polite, knowledgeable, worked on our furnace, checked the filter, the exterior of the unit then right to work giving it a complete check up of the systems. Then explained that everything checked out fine. I asked about the unit that is 15 years old. He said it runs fine, that at this stage of its life to just be aware if you suspect any problems but all seems good now. He was honest and I trust his professional opinion. Thanks Masters!

After discovering that my furnace was not working I called Masters Heating and Cooling. They responded quickly and service rep Sam G. was able to identify my problem and professionaly fix it. Sam was not only knowledgable but also personable. I don't want any more problems but if I do, send Sam.

Darrell was efficient and patient with all our questions. Explained what happened and how to avoid in future. We are elderly and were treated with utmost respect. Masters is the greatest. So glad our son recommended them to us. Will always be grateful. Darrell was the best!

Mike was great he came right away and fixed our furnace quickly and at a very affordable rate. This is on a Sunday during extremely cold conditions. He's a really nice guy and explained everything to us. We will most definitely call him for any future needs. Thanks so much Mike!

So appreciate the service provided by MS Sam Gilman. He came in and worked quickly and efficiently with respect for our home. Once he finished his work, he explained what was done/needed and was straightforward. It was just an annual check up but still appreciated his personable approach and positive attitude! Masters has been providing us great service now for several years now and we have never had anything bad to say. Techs are always polite and respectful. They never make us feel like we’re inconveniencing them when questions are asked. I have referred a few people their way and have always been told “thanks for suggesting Masters. Great company!”

It's winter time so if course the furnace wants to act up! Master got me in for a service call quickly and easily. John was fantastic! He got me up and running quickly, checked my furnace over and was super friendly and professional. He answered my questions thoroughly , and was just pretty awesome. Mike and his helper were great, they went out of there way to get this done for me because I was still snowed in , I just couldn’t get it cleared this year , heart and breathing problems , they did a great job and cleaning up everything , he explained everything to me and kept me informed on what he was doing, he even cleared some snow for me before he left , I would like to have Them come back for all my repairs and stuff , Thank you All very much Nelson Combs

Joe was very helpful and friendly. He professionally entered the house wearing shoe guards and explained his furnace tune up throughout and once he was done. Very happy and will be calling them for our AC tune up next year as well.

Good guys, helped me out of a bind. One of the hottest days of the summer, my AC quit cooling. Contacted them that morning and they were here by early afternoon. Diagnosed the problem, and communicated the issue and how to correct the problem. Highly recommend and will refer them to anyone.

My old system continued to break down so JD installed a new system for me. The new system has a great warranty and I no longer worry about what's going to happen the next cold night we get. JD always responded immediately after I messaged him and came out to fix the issue quickly. When they say they will be there at a certain time, they actually show up at that time! Great customer service and a great company. Thank you.

Good Guys is a great company. Their techs are prompt and polite. Ours stayed until he knew the heat would stay running before leaving. We will call them for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

5 stars for 5 star service. Thank you Brian Waltz!! Don't bother with gimmicks, Good Guys work with God given purpose. The service, courtesy, and knowledge is impeccable. Their name fits perfectly because that is exactly who and what they are!

We called Aaron at 3:45 PM; gave him the furnace model number. Aaron texted us back the cost which was fantastically inexpensive. Texted us his arrival time, and was on time. He 3wxplined the issue; repaired our furnace in record time, wrapped up the job and left. So appreciated his service and price.

Great communication. Prompt return call when I had made a scheduling mistake. Same day service on a 12:30 pm weekday call. Steve was my technician. He was extremely polite and informative. Reasonably priced as they are paid by the job (not hourly). I have (finally) found my go to heating company.

Very professional but nice. Installed our Nest thermostat without any problem. Cleaned our very dirty furnace. We just purchased this house and the furnace had not be maintained. We will definitely use them on a regular basis. AC will need to be serviced in the spring. Great value for a great job.

I've used Good Guys Heating and Air twice, Once last summer, due to a refrigerant leak, and again this summer, over a year later. We have our original Furnace and AC unit which is now 15 years old. Good Guys has kept it going at a very reasonable rate, while providing honest information and very timely service. Highly Recommended.
