Long time customer and have nothing but good things to say about Classic Comfort. They kept our old furnace running until we needed a new one and then installed a new furnace and air conditioner, new plumbing in the basement and bathrooms, new water heaters etc..

After misdiagnosing the initial problem with my air conditioner in May 2021, I had to call them back for the same issue less than a month after the "repair". I had already spent close to $500 at this point and there was no troubleshooting they just added Freon without examining the unit. The new tech assessed the unit needed to be replaced and couldn't believe the previous tech didn't flush the system and decided to fill the old unit up with 4 gallons of super expensive Freon.
I spoke to the manager Robert and he seemed dismissive and condescending when I asked about this. He had the same poor attitude when requesting the close to $1000 payment in advance for the replacement, via the phone, prior to scheduling or performing the service. He basically chastised me and accused me of trying to skip out on payment. What he may have sensed was my reluctance to trust his company's word considering the previous service rendered. I wanted desperately to use a different company for the second repair but unfortunately I was stuck because I used my home warranty company who did not provide an alternative. Never would I ever wish this kind of service on anyone.

Replaced my furnace and A/C units (4 total) 5 years ago. Great pricing and haven’t had one issue since. Great recommendations/options for energy efficient options. Highly recommend as I have had a few more friends use them since then.

The guys were very professional and informative. They came in and replaced our HVAC/AC system and they got it all done in one day. They took their time to make sure everything was replaced correctly and looks nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is needing a new system or even repair. Thank you Dennis, Darrell and Duane for all your hard work.

My appointment was delayed 4 times for a A/C preventative maintenance check up which was very frustrating. Delayed from April until June. The reason was always “no calls” which meant to me that employees were not showing up for work.

The technician, Gabe, was very customer friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

As usual, Great service, very knowledgeable. Always look forward to Miles visit.

Outstanding service by Xavier of Masters Heating and Cooling on an emergency call to address a geothermal cooling problem. Quickly diagnosed the situation and the work around solution until the part can be ordered.

Paul did a great job explaining his findings and investigated the AC unit issue. He was extremely helpful when deciding what to do and found the issue.

Dylan was experienced and able to answer any question. He ran out of shoe covers.

Had a great service call from Matt Wattle for an air conditioner that was not cooling. He found the issue very quickly and fixed it! Very pleasant and friendly guy. Recommend Masters and Matt.

Replaced hot water heater and purchased water softener. Also replaced copper pipes in my 1909 house. Excellent technicians. Very knowledgeable and polite.
