The home warranty company assigned this company on March 1. Dishwasher still broken and no one can get hold of them, including the warranty company. Find ANYONE else.

To quote Trump...You're Fired! These people are to be avoided at all costs. No communication, no follow up, no response - just condescention, attitude and broken promises

They were very professional assessed the problem, advised me the motor needed to be replaced. they ordered the part and two weeks later returned to install the new motor. Very pleased with their service.

For your safety, do not use this company. They left gas pilots unlit on my cooktop, oven and other major components. Amber the “owner “ is rude, unprofessional, ignorant and a regular loud mouth hillbilly. The guys who came out were nice but completely unprepared and definitely not professionals.

I wasn't expecting much after the terrible reviews, but they gave me the courtesy call I requested as well as an estimated TOA. Tech was kind and prompt. I have had no more problems with my dryer. Good experience for me!

Fast service and repair. Will definitely use again when the need arises

If I could rate a "0" I would. Unprofessional, unresponsive, 6 months later and dishwasher still not fixed. They lied about not getting my part yet home warranty company said they signed for it. They said...this claim was in January why are you calling in June and continue to yell at me when I questioned them. Home warranty company ordered part in March because nothing was sent to them from Miller. Owner even handled my stuff. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst you will ever find!!

Great service. Very professional. Scheduled quickly. Was told from the start including the delay in scheduling due to a busy list. Kept me updated every change and delay. Informed me of everything each time i called. Gave me a time frame and did not have me wait extra time. Fixed the original problem and then when another came up shortly they came out quick and fixed that as well! They are a great service and very nice and professional. Parts go out and when they do i expected another to go out shortly after just from the stress it puts on, i feared a long wait to get scheduled again. But they were quick and kind and understanding and fixed it as soon as they could even with the delay on the part ordering.

If I could rate a 0, I would rate -5!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! I have a home warranty and they sent him not once or twice but 5 times for a 15 year old dishwasher that needs to be replaced. He ordered new racks one time. Changed the filter and then said it needed a new motor?! It still is not working right and has milked this job for every penny and the last visit today was a no show. Called the home warranty company to tell them to ditch him and will be sending them all these reviews. Unbelievable!

It would be hard to overstate how awful this company is. Totally unresponsive. Showed up whenever they felt like it. Spent five minutes in the house doing god-knows-what, didn’t fix the problem, and created new problems instead. I had a functioning washer with a minor leak into the drum before. Now I have a broken washer leaking water onto my floor, the original problem isn’t even fixed, and they’re not answering any phone calls.

And the cherry on top: the service guy didn’t wear a mask until asked, and even then we had to provide it for him.

Now I see why my cut-rate home warranty chose this contractor. Bottom of the barrel.

We received a new range with a downdraft vent in November 2022 and based upon redesign of the configuration of the appliances since the original kitchen design, Chris gave us specifications of modifications to make to our cabinetry to make it fit, which we did, we also bought the part he indicated that we would need. In December he returned and was unable to install it because the part he had us purchase could not fit, and he said he'd order something online. For all of January and February I called weekly trying to get an update and finally got him out on March 7 with the part he ordered that we were told would fit. After more than 3 months, his resolution is that we do need to relocate the vent hole in the floor, which I had asked if it was the best option at his initial visit. Now he has visited our home 3 times without resolution and more than 3 months have elapsed during which time our vent fan is not operational, with no apology that his insistence that these cabinet modifications would work, or for the amount of time that has been wasted as a result.

I had used these guys through HMS Home Warranty and were really impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They diagnosed my fridge, got the part ordered, installed it when they said they would and I haven't had problems since (knock on wood).

Fast forward to a week ago, I gave them a call to service a stove at one of my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone took the model number of the stove, said she thought it likely sounded like it needed a new bake element, so she would get one ordered to save time. She took my tenant's contact info, said they would be out today (a week later) between 10-2, but would call the tenant that morning with a more definitive time frame. Tenant texts a bit ago asking if they were still coming, I told her yes as far as I knew and told her to call them. She said when she did, no answer, no VM. I called and was able to reach someone. Told this woman (who made sure to let me know that she had been on vacation and this was her first day back and she didn't know what was going on, but would try to help) who I was, asked about our appointment, she puts me on hold. Gets back on the phone again to promptly inform me, "Well, that appointment was cancelled because we got notice that the policy expired." I told her there was no policy, that I was paying for this outright, outside of a home warranty company. I told her that I believed a part had already been ordered, to which she replied, "Well you didn't TELL me there was a part, hold on another minute while I check with the parts department." A few minutes later Chris (who I assumed to be an owner or manager) got on the phone to get my name & phone number so he could investigate and call me back.

When he called me back, I was with a client so it went to voicemail. He left a message asking me to call him back. I did, and got the same woman again. She tells me that he stepped out, asked if she could take a message. Trying to get some sort of resolution, I asked if anyone else could help me, she said no. Then sat in silence. Getting frustrated, I told her that I knew she probably had nothing to do with the situation their company had put me in, but expressed my frustration with her lackadaisical attitude and reminded her that we waited a week for this appointment only to be told when I called back that my appointment had been cancelled with no notice to me or my tenant. I told her that I would be taking my business elsewhere... at which point, she hung up on me. I called back, she answered - I told her how unprofessional she was to hang up and found it ironic that the only reason I called them in the first place was because of the pleasant experience I had with them at my house, I knew they were family owned and I wanted to support local businesses. She then started SCREAMING at me, implying that the reason I didn't get my issue resolved today was because I didn't answer the phone when they called me back.

I've been on both sides of that phone call and for her to not only hang up on me, but incessantly SCREAM at me - and said she wasn't going to stop until I finally hung up... is quite possibly the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a service provider IN MY LIFE. I'm beside myself. I, also am a business owner and can guarantee that if she were my front desk gal, she'd be finding herself a new job come Monday morning.

Bottom line - don't call Miller Appliance Repair. Clearly, they have enough business that they don't need mine, so they likely don't need yours either.

Completely unprofessional. Called the warranty company 3 months ago to get my washing machine fixed. It seemed good the first time they came out. then there was ZERO communication. They had to order a part. It took over 1.5 months before they contacted me again. They came out to replace the part and it did not fix the issue. So they put the old one back in and said "it's working for now so we will see" Well guess what? That part broke again and now I am sitting here 1.5 months later still working with the warranty company because they are completely UNRESPONSIVE! They need to hire someone to actually answer the phone when they are called. This is how you lose customers.

Unprofessional, not responsive, scammers. If I could rate a zero I would. Made call through home warranty company. Person came out and claimed to have fixed washer.. as soon as person left it did not work. So with the hopes of coming back out needed new electronical board. They ordered through my home warranty company and item aas sent to them. This horrible so called repair place avoided all of my calls and the home warranty company too. Basically took my servi4fee and the companies part and ran off. I made complaint and shared the reviews. I would never recommend such a company that rips off people. They will reap what they sow qnd have turmoil in their life.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had to go through them with our home warranty. They do not answer phone calls. Are not reliable. Do not take their time during the appointment. Will take your money & never respond again. If I could rate a 0 I would. Really felt like a scam the entire time. Not worth the “discounted” replacement through the warranty company. We paid someone else to come take care of the issue it was that terrible!!

Very professional company always courteous and on time I will continue to use them in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if they were assigned through your home warranty, they come out to only collect the deductible/service fee and never come back. That’s the scam. Kristopher Miller (owner) showed up with no tools in hand looked at my dishwasher and said it needed a part. He said he will order the part and be back in 2 days. Well he never showed up. So a couple weeks later I called and a woman answered. She scheduled another appointment (not realizing they had already been to my house). When Kristopher showed up (the second time) again with no tools in hand, he must’ve recognized me and said he had the wrong part and would expedite the order. Obviously that was a lie. There is no way he showed up to my house, just to tell me he didn’t have the right part. I don’t understand how people like this are still in business.
