Fantastic experience with this company. Called for a dryer repair. Not only were they able to come out the same day I called (within an hour of making the call), they also diagnosed the problem and repaired it in less than an hour upon arrival. Very fair pricing as well! Super knowledgeable, great communication throughout experience. Definitely will be calling again for any future appliance issues!

I have had Indy Appliance Repair to my home several time for various appliance repair. The service each time was five star. Chris, the owner, is incredibly knowledgable and extremely honest. If he can repair your appliance you can be assured it will be done right. If he knows the repair will not truly fix the problem, he will tell you. Do not hesitate to call Indy Appliance Repair, their response is fast and the service is first rate.

This was my first time having an appliance repaired, so I was nervous randomly picking a company from Google. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Indy Appliance Repair. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting the problem with my fridge diagnosed, and worked quickly to get the part ordered and the repair made. The technician Chris was phenomenal, and explained everything as he was making the repair and made sure my fridge was in working order before he left. I will definitely be calling Indy Appliance Repair for any future appliance repair needs that I may have.

Trying to get through probate and put my loving mother's house in order; I found all of her appliances were broken. It's a difficult time emotionally and I really have been unable to let myself call for help. It's been such a lovely experience since I called Indy Appliance Repair. I called on a Friday afternoon and had service within a couple of hours! The receptionist was extremely professional and got me booked immediately. She was very patient and kind and helped me figure out the model numbers and where they were located on my appliance. Just talking to her got me up and moving. :) Chris phoned to let me know he was on his way with an ETA and I knew he was great from his voice, but how great was the surprise to come. I am so grateful today for these wonderfully kind, patient, and professional people. Chris took a look at the dryer and explained exactly what was wrong. He had it fixed in no time. The whole while he worked, he was explaining what probably broke the piece and how to prevent it from happening again. When I asked him to check my vent he did and told me how to check it myself while using the dryer to keep safe. While we were in the basement he let me know about my second sump pump beeping needing water in the battery before it corroded. I can't tell you how delightful he was to talk to and how zippy fast. He went up to the kitchen and diagnosed my fridge and oven while he was there so I wouldn't have to pay additional service or diagnostic fees the next time he came out. Again, with those repairs he took the time to knowledgeably explain what needed doing and answered my questions. In fact, I have a lot of projects to do, and he seemed to know what to be done or who to call if he didn't. This is the first time I've been so relieved and hopeful that things will be set right since my mother passed. I can't tell you how lovely it is to know we're going to get through this and that any and all of the future repairs are in good hands. Chris went above and beyond what anyone would have done. He even gave me a discount. When I asked about doing something else to the refrigerator, he made sure to explain to me it didn't need anything more done to it. Most guys would have done it just to make a buck. He explained why I didn't need it and that in fact it might offset the good job my fridge was still doing. I was impressed with the honest and above board attention to details. As a woman, I have to tell you I don't always feel safe with a service or repair man coming in to fix things. I was at ease and perfectly safe and knew it from go. He's very bright and cheerful at the same time. As he was leaving, he noticed some heavy boxes had been delivered and he brought them in for me. I can't say how touched I was to have this gentleman here today. Thank you, Indy Appliance Repair!!

My call was answered immediately and they had an appointment that day. Chris was on time, efficient and helpful in answering all my questions.

A friend referred me to Indy Appliance when I needed my fridge looked at. I went to their website and put in a contact request. Donna called me almost immediately to schedule the appointment. I didn't have to wait days for the repair tech either. He came out and diagnosed and explained the problem, ordered the part and came back within a few days. No issues since. Next, I had trouble with my washing machine. I use online to reach out because I'm usually up really early when I think of things to do. Well, apparently so is Donna, because she called me early that morning and got me scheduled for same day. Unfortunately, my ancient machine was not repairable. But the tech went over my options thoroughly and discussed what I should look for in a new machine. This company provides solid service and I found their pricing to be very reasonable. They charge a nominal fee ($40)to come out - but if you use them to repair, that fee is waived.

After a terrible experience with another repair company, Indy Appliance Repair was a breath of fresh air. I called their 24-hour service number and spoke with a wonderful representative (I wish I’d gotten her name). She listened carefully to everything I’d been through and asked a few questions before diagnosing the problem as an electrical short—something difficult and expensive to repair. Instead of pushing unnecessary service, she recommended buying a new dryer and even suggested reliable brands that are cheaper to fix and have a long lifespan. She gave me all this advice over the phone, while the other company charged me $360 for two visits, gaslit me, and left me with a broken dryer. I’ll be using Indy Appliance Repair for all my future appliance needs. Their service was truly outstanding.

6-month update: The dryer broke again and they will not fix again under warranty. They want a credit card just to come and look at it again.

Disappointed. I was hesitant to get my dryer repaired instead of buying a new one. But, after calling Indy Appliance Repair, I decided to give it a shot. During my initial phone call with Indy Appliance Repair they stated, “If it’s worth $250 to you, then you should give it a shot to repair your dryer.” $420 later, I now have a working dryer. This was for a rental house, there was some miscommunication because my renter approved the charges on his credit card instead of Indy Appliance Repair asking me to approve the $420 charges. I would have declined the repair. The Indy Appliance Repair team did call me to try to justify the cost, which I appreciated. But, in my mind, the cost was exorbitant. Also, the Indy Appliance Repair team tried to call me while I was busy before the service call, I was able to text them back, then call them back several minutes later.

Donna was able to schedule me the same day! Chris arrived & had the dryer up and running in no time! He was so pleasant, informative and walked me through the whole process. He offered advice and suggestions—-I can’t imagine a better experience. Great work from a great team!!!

I was able to make an appointment within a day or two of calling. When Chris came out, he had my dryer working again like new within 30 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend!
