We have had David Pettyjohn and Michael to repair different problems and everything was resolved perfectly.

The power kept going out just about a week ago and it blew the main board and also the inverter in our monogram freezer refrigerator.
David had to order a new inverter and just got our refrigerator freezer running again after a week without having it.

My Whirlpool Dryer went out on Saturday, March 15th. I called Pettyjohn’s Appliance Repair on Monday morning. They scheduled an appt for Tuesday March 18th.
By 10am, on March 18th, my dryer was fixed, and the charge was exceptionally wonderful. They definitely did a great job, polite, on time. This is the 2nd time I've called them for repairs on different appliances . GREAT JOB! Thanks, Pettyjohn’s! I'm sure I'll be calling again when something else decides to die on me! Lol

We reached out Friday due to dryer not tumbling. Made an appt for Monday. Kept us updated on time of arrival. Very affordable, friendly and efficient. Would 100% use again for any repair work!!!

David will bend over backwards in order to get your appliance back up and running. He stayed at our house on more than one occasion continuing to work on our refrigerator up until he absolutely had to leave to go coach football - not even leaving himself time to eat dinner. True dedication to his trade. Top notch customer service.

Our top load Maytag washer had a locking mechanism that broke when the lid slammed shut, without it the washer was unusable. Pettyjohn replaced the piece and we were back in business! Super friendly and prompt service! Our whole neighborhood always recommends him when someone asks who to call for appliance repair and help, and you should too!

I have had a wonderful experience with Pettyjohns. Our refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly and I thought it might be a refrigerant problem. Pettyjohns sent someone over and they diagnosed the problem to be a bad defroster element. They ordered the part and offered to buy ice to keep my stuff cool until the part arrived. They came back the next day, fixed it and my fridge has been working like new again. Pettyjohns was very reasonable in pricing, prompt and very honest. Hard to find this combination nowadays.

David was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue with our LG Convection Oven was not getting to temperature due to a faulty relay. He ordered the part and repaired it with 48 hrs and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this business. Our estimate from LG was 475.00 just for the service call. After a horrible experience with Sears (didn't even get a completed service call), I was actually referred to Pettyjohn's from another repair company. The gentlemen who came for the call was professional, friendly and gave us all of the information we needed make our repair decisions. One the part(s) were available, a two-man team came & made the repair. Even after the repair, there was a problem that was missed, and they came right back out & fixed it.Dave & Michael were our repair team, and I can't recommend them enough. David was very thorough in diagnosing and explaining my refrigerator problem. He really went the extra mile on ordering and installing the part the next day which was supposed to be his day off but he wanted me to have a working refrigerator before the weekend! I couldn’t have asked for any better service and the price was very reasonable for making 2 trips. Will always call Pettyjohn for any appliance repair and refer to my friends.
