Our oven went out the Saturday before Thanksgiving. They came out to assess on Monday and although we had to overnight a part for the repair, they were able to come out two days later to repair and save Thanksgiving! I’m not sure if price was right bc they had to rush the part to save Thanksgiving :) not a fair comparison bc everyone pays through the nose for that service. I will definitely use them again. The technicians were polite and quick!

I originally called over a month ago to have them come out and look at my dryer. They came out, looked at it for 10 minutes (which worried me), and told me what was wrong. They said it was the control panel and that they would order the part and call me to schedule a time to replace it. I waited 2 weeks, and there was still no call. I tried calling them 5 times over 2 days, and finally got someone on the phone. They came out that Saturday to fix the part. Then told me that he was wrong and it's actually another part that needs fixing. He told me it would take 3 days to get the other part in and that he would call me when he had it come out and fix the second part. That was on December 13, 2025, and I still don't have it fixed today, which is January 9th, 2026. I had to call them on January 5th to ask whether they had the part. When I called on January 5th, I had to call multiple times and was hung up on, but eventually got to talk to them. They said yes and that they could do the work on Friday. I took the afternoon off work so that they could come out to finish the work. They were supposed to come out today from 2-4, and they haven't shown up yet. After 2 oclock I got a text from them so I could track when they would be here. The trackers showed up around 3, then the time kept getting pushed back, and on the tracker map, it showed they were 2 minutes from my house at one point, but they still never showed up. I have tried to call multiple times and have been hung up on or haven't been answered. I asked my dad to call the place to try to talk to someone, but he had to call multiple times and was put on hold before he could speak to someone.

Overall, I am very unimpressed. There has been terrible communication, effort and at this point I feel like I am getting taken advantage of.

Waited a few months to make a review. But we purchased a washer and dryer and I loved it from jump. It was spotless clean, and works great! If you need a budget friendly appliance or appliances this is the place to go. Everyone was so helpful and kind, made purchasing such a breeze. Would recommend to anyone. ♥️

Be aware this company is not reliable! We call for the repair of our dryer and the tech named Dave came out and said he would be back after ordering parts but we had w pay the bill up front. They kept postponing the repair and finally we just canceled and purchased a new dryer who delivered the dryer in two days. We have requested a refund and they saying the repair was done. We have filed a dispute and still pending a refund’. Once again do not use this company!
