I made a service call and everyone had been canceled and than I had one for today at 530 and they made me leave work to come out at one they ripped my flooring and did nothing about it they said I did it I never touched the washer and I am a first time customer and they are poor in their business they made the guy leave and than diddnt put my washer back together

My dishwasher was not installed properly, but it was installed on the date and at the time scheduled. The representatives were kind and they worked quickly.

I believe the good reviews on this page are all lies. My mom called “experts” for her fridge and a month later it’s still not repaired. The lack the communication skills that should be used when dealing with the public

The dryer was installed the same day I reached out, so if you are interested in fast service that would be this places strong suit. My tenant told me that the technicians that came to install the new dryer were not professional or friendly. They also did not install the dryer correctly the first time they came, my tenant actually got shocked trying to use it, so very poor job with the installation. The owner did get someone else out to install it properly about a hour after. They were very persistent in getting paid before the work was done properly. That was annoying, but at the same time I understand. I don’t want to be scammed and they don’t want to be scammed. We were at a standstill until someone was able to go back to the house and get the dryer up and running. As soon as my tenant called and told me it was turning on and working well I paid them their money. It was $300 for delivery, installation, and they hauled the old one away. The dryer seems to be in good condition and is working well so all of it was a bit of a headache, but at the end of the day they did their job and I’m happy.

We were totally impress with Indy Appliance Xperts. They were prompt and knowledgeable about their repair. ‘Dave,’ the repairman was kind and explained what the problem was and repaired it immediately. Best appliance repair service we have ever had. We highly recommend them!

Our Electrolux Refrigerator Broke down. Our tech Bobby came quickly diagnosed it. Had to wait a few days to get a part. He returned with the part. Repaired the unit and got us back up and running for a fair price. We are happy with the service. I'll also add they were able to get us same day service. Would recommend as they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

Dont even try to use this company they don't have any idea what's going on! I called Sunday and set an appointment for Monday morning 8am to 10am. Got the confirmation text and all. Monday morning comes and at 9:30am with no communication i get online to find out they don't even open til 10am. So at 10am I am told he has not even started his day but I am the 1st appointment of the day. Then 11:15 am i call and they tell me my appointment was moved 1pm to 3pm because I will be closer to the techs house on his way home for day. when I said I was first appointment of his day she said when I called at 10am he was already in McCordsville because he started at 9am! Sooo he was working when I called and if I was in the system 8 to 10 then why didnt he head here???!!!!
Then she wants to know if 1pm to 3pm ok.... NO! I work 3rd shift and I should be in bed that is why I had morning! Then asks do you want me to reschedule? Ummm No! Clearly you cant keep appointments and or move them where you want! Not someone I will ever call again!

Knowledgeable, compassionate, quick! I can't say enough about the owner and staff of this company. My LG dryer was repaired asap. Technician Eric came right out, took time to explain, and didn't put any pressure on me. I was not charged up front but only after I was happy with the work (he even shows me how to check it was working properly and how to care for it moving forward). I will be trusting them with any other appliances that need looking after.

I truly recommend this facility before checking anywhere else. The people are so compassionate and helpful. The service is top tier

I see why they have low ratings. They took advantage of my elderly tenants and overcharged them and then argued on the phone incessantly. The lady running this company is very rude and disrespectful. Definitely wouldnt recommend!

If I could leave no stars I would. A month of repairs. And still not fixed. The phone person never calls me back when she says she will. Appliance experts!?! NOT!! I’ve asked for my money returned. I’ve asked is my fridge is repairable. I’ve wasted food everytime they come and says it’s fixed then it’s not.

The experience I had wasn't the ideal due to lack of communication and update on my order. They were punctual when it comes to arriving for money payments, heck they are efficient at taking money payments. However, the follow through on your order and repairs...it never happened for me. Heck, I couldn't get any confirmation on my repairs status or any updates by phone nor email. Plus I am certain that I may have been overcharged for something my apartment complex could have done for a fraction of the cost. That was an expensive lesson for my to learn and I hope to never repeat.

Super fast service! Good prices. We had them stop in because our fridge stopped cooling. They fixed it and ended up replacing our ice maker as well. Would highly recommend!
