Highly recommend this company. The administrative staff were quick at answering inquiries, appointment times were easy to schedule, mechanics were knowledgeable and fixed our issues quickly, and when we had billing invoice issues they were quickly resolved in a fair and accurate manner.

The employee who came into my home was super respectful, super competent. I knew as soon as he walked up to my porch he was going to figure out what was wrong with my dryer. He explained what I needed to know in a way I understood. No notes.

Andrew was courteous and respectful of our home. Got immediately to taking the dryer apart to see inside, assessed, fixed, cleaned and oiled the guts of it. Made sure the dryer turned on, heated and was out the door.
I’ve already recommended Mr.Appliance today and will keep the phone number handy. Thank you! -
Andrew arrived within the window and it was a great experience. He answered all my many questions and explained what he was testing and why he came to the conclusion that he did on the diagnosis. He made me feel confident that he was correct and he seems really trustworthy in addition to just being a nice gentleman. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Communication was awful from start to finish. We were told that parts had been ordered and that we would receive a call when they came in. After not hearing anything for three weeks, I finally called to follow up — only to learn that the parts had never been ordered at all.
To make matters worse, a technician showed up at our home without a scheduled appointment, which was completely unprofessional. And after the repair was finally completed, they left our washer unplugged.
Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and basic follow-through was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. -
I called them last night to book an appointment and told them my availability was after 5 PM on weekdays and she said it was fine and made a note. Now I get my appointment reminder saying my appointment window was from 8:30-10:30 AM on Monday when I will not be home. I called them back and they said they would have someone reach out to me on Monday. I called again and was told they don't service after 5 PM and they don't have weekend appointments. I don't know why you advertise as 24/7 if you aren't available in the evenings or on weekends, that is not 24/7. I canceled my appointment and made an appointment with another company who will service when they say they will.

We hired Mr. Appliance to diagnose a dishwasher that was not draining and paid a diagnostic fee. The technician concluded the unit needed about $1,700 in repairs and recommended replacing it as the more cost-effective option.
Relying on that professional recommendation, we purchased a new dishwasher. After installation, the same issue occurred. It turned out the dishwasher itself was never the problem; the drain line (that was part of the dishwasher) was clogged. Once the line was replaced, both the new unit and the original dishwasher worked properly.
What was most concerning is that the drain line was never checked during the diagnostic, despite the issue being that the dishwasher would not drain.
Mr. Appliance did refund the diagnostic fee, which I appreciate. However, they declined any responsibility for the unnecessary appliance purchase made at their recommendation. Instead, they stated that I should have requested a second opinion if I wasn’t confident in their professional assessment, specifically suggesting I could have contacted them to request a second diagnostic, even though I hired them precisely for their expertise. If customers are expected to second-guess the professional diagnosis they are paying for, it raises the question of what the value of the service is in the first place.
Based on how this situation was handled and the lack of accountability shown, I would encourage others to consider their options carefully before choosing this company. -
Thank you for scheduling us quickly (within a day) and having such a knowledgeable tech to come and assist us in getting our whirlpool refrigerator working as well as possible. We were so happy to not have to buy a new refrigerator. Andy was so personable and helped us navigate what could have been a costly process but he helped us be able to keep our current refrigerator- Yayyy! Thank you again for everything from customer service to having a great repairman! Such a Blessing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service
Andrew did an outstanding job repairing my dryer. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair process. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone needing reliable and high-quality appliance repair service from Mr. Appliance. -

Exorbitant pricing and lack of desire to fulfill customer needs unless they pay the exorbitant prices

Brent was extremely rude every single time he came to the house. He was disrespectful and spoke in a very condescending tone. He threatened to not fix appliances, refused to answer questions about repairs and would laugh in response, and was overall very unhelpful and rude. He had a very high horse attitude that needs to be fixed immediately. We have called and asked for him not to be sent to our house anymore.

I bought a dryer off Facebook marketplace that after a few days of use stopped spinning. The place I called first wasn't available, but they recommended Turner Appliance. The technician, Houston, was very friendly sounding on the phone. I wasn't there for the repairs but my mom described him as friendly, hilarious, and respectful. The repair was quick, he had a genuine Whirlpool part on his truck, and reasonably priced. I hope I don't need to in the future, but I will definitely call them if I need to.

Steve who has serviced me 2x on the northside is good. First repaird ny refrigerator fan about 2 years ago. Then this spring replaced a drain piece on my dishwasher. The inly complaint I had was that I had asked the staff who manned the phones to get a message to him about my appliance symptoms and they did not. Cost me $87 to cone to Zionsville and then the repair cost. I will continue to use Turner as ling as Steve is my repair guy. He is middle aged, experienced and really responsible and skilled. Shows up likely about 30 min early.

Quick to collect service charge, still waiting on a call back to schedule pickup........
Called in to have our Samsung dryer looked at. Technician is there 3 minutes, spins the drum, says it needs replaced. Claims the office will be in touch to schedule pickup since this repair is done at their facility, fine. Here we are 6 weeks later and 3 phone calls into them, NOTHING! Do not waste your time! If its a significant issue, they will take your diagnostic fee and run. They had no intention of completing the repair, why does the customer have to call you so many times?? -
Don’t waste your time. Scheduled a technician 3 different times because of a misdiagnosis and the last visit the technician refused to come to the house even. Both technicians were extremely rude, especially the second one raising his tone with me and accusing me of being a liar. Called the main office and dealt with a very smug manager who told me “we’ve never had any issues with that technician”. He did apologize for the behavior of his technician but made sure to mention he would listen to the phone recording to verify. Tried to justify themselves by explaining their bottle lines…not sure why that’s the customers problem. Said I would be parting ways and they made no attempt to try and mitigate a lost customer.

We had a great experience with Turner. They were prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Matt, the tech, fixed our problem and advised that the fix may not last because the part was starting to break down. He was not pushy, just gave us an estimate and explained our options, including waiting a time to see how the part would do after it was fixed. We will definitely be repeat customers.

My LG dryer was making a loud noise. I called Turner Appliance and they were able to come out the same day. Justin was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He fixed my dryer in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely call Turner Appliance again and would recommend them.

It was easy to book an appointment with Turner Appliance Repair. Although they are very busy as my appointment was schedule for two weeks out. I was added to the cancelation list and I was able to get scheduled in the next day.
Brent was friendly, on time and professional. He was thorough on identifying the issue with our refrigerator and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. We will only use Turner Appliance repair going forward with our appliance maintenance needs. -
I purchased a used LG washer and dryer that was in excellent condition but the washer needed the drain valve to be replaced. We dropped both off at Turner Appliance for the repair. They repaired the washer and Tim and Charley delivered them to my home; removed my old washer and dryer and installed both the washer and dryer. They were both phenomenal. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer them and will use them again when the need arises.
It cost me a total of $268 for the parts, labor, set up and delivery. -
If I could leave a minus star I would leave it for Turner Appliance. I had my dryer serviced after waiting a month for an appointment. Service tech “Jason” looked at my dryer to diagnose the problem & scheduled another appointment to replace the belt which took another week to order. On the day of the appointment no one showed up, so I called the office. The nice person who answered the phone was clueless...no in fact I had no appointment! So another week. The belt was replaced to the tune of +$200. The next day, I ran the dryer...it filled the house with a burning smell, I think we were lucky the dryer did not burn the house down! Turns out, after having a different company look at the dryer, that the problem was not the belt at all, in fact the new belt was in shreds when removed. To add insult to injury, it was installed backwards!!! I’ve not left a review for a company before but I must warn you...do not use this company! Another +$200 to fix my dryer!
