I am writing this review in hopes to help others avoid the same experience that I went through. Working with this company I was bid one thing and then later on was told they needed another $4600.00 for further damage to our chimney (Damage that was believed covered in the original quote). A basic example of bidding the job low to get it and later on bringing in other charges. At end was disappointed with Eric and his crew for not doing a proper bid and not having the integrity to do the job for what they bid it for. I would strongly recommend not going with Eric and to look other places. Chapman Masonory took over the job and is doing a wonderful job.

They repaired rotten soffit. Great team! There was good communication before the project began. Workers came when scheduled. Work was done in a professional and timely manner.

I refer all of my contractor needs for my clients to Crew. They are beyond fast in their quoting and work performed. I have probably had them work on a dozen jobs in the past 12 months with no issues at all. Highly recommend!

The seller of our house contracted this company to perform the home repairs that were negotiated as part of the sale. They were very professional and answered all my questions about what was to be done, and did a very good job. Some outside work was delayed by weather, but the individual who was doing the work stayed in enough contact with me that I felt informed.

I can’t recommend this company. The staff that actually did the work were polite and friendly and they did good work. The admin side wasn’t as professional. They didn’t equip the staff with the tools to complete the job and we needed to use my things. The invoice was based on some fuzzy math and seemed arbitrary. The quote was based on email description and nobody came to view the job before quoting and the proposal was unreasonable. But the work was done well.

I was in a real estate jam and had to get a job done ASAP. The guys at Crew not only got the job done, they did it in the same day! The pricing was fair and the work was perfect. I highly recommend Crew!

Repairs are done in a timely manner, the team is knowledgeble, flexible on scheduling and fair prices. They take care of 90% of my clients and I really, really appreciate their hard working team!

Eric was awesome to work with on some miscellaneous home inspection items during a house closing process. He responded to all of my emails very quickly and we were able to get all the items resolved in a timely manner and for a great price. Highly recommend

Working with Eric from Crew Property Specialist is like having another team member. I always have my inspection quotes within 24 hours, if not the same day or if something comes up and I need something done Last minute to get a transaction closed, I can always depend on him. It’s just so nice because he has so many resources I only need to make one phone call to take care of so many things. Eric does a great job from my clients And he makes my job a lot easier therefore it’s a win-win.

This company was part of a group of several subcontractors that fixed some water damage. I found them very responsive and focused on making sure we were happy with the work. My experience was this:
* They were very responsive to calls and emails, often returning emails in minutes, not hours or days.
* They showed up when they said they would.
* They did a good job.
* If there were potential changes to the quote, they let me know ahead of time.
As a result of our satisfaction on the first project, we had them do a second project outside. We were similarly happy with the results. The guy who quoted the job came when he said he would, and they were very flexible in scheduling the job.
I've seen some negative reviews of this company and I am not disputing the experiences that others have had, but I encourage you to read the business owner's replies and consider that side too. My two experiences with this company were excellent.

Had a problem with the cedar siding coming loose on second story of my home. Called crew, Eric was extremely courteous and professional and had someone there the next day to repair. This is the 3rd time I have used them and never disappointed.

I am a local realtor and I love working with Crew Property Services. They can turn an inspection report around so fast, with estimates for the work to be done. And when I have a seller who needs to fix up their home before listing, Crew will totally come through for that work as well. They are always my go-to contractor!

They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate. Communication via email was quick and effective, and they were very flexible with scheduling for what worked for us. They arrived very promptly at the beginning of the arrival window, worked hard with minimal interruptions, and the work looks great! I couldn’t even tell a difference in the posts they fixed with the ones that didn’t need fixing. The work was great! They even came out within the day or two after to clean up the debris/trash. All around excellent service and very pleased with the work. We will use them again for our exterior housework.

I just used Crew for a second time, this time for a wide variety of home projects (drywall repair, re-treading stairs, security camera installation, screen door replacement, and more). As always they did an excellent job. I am always impressed by the high quality work that they perform. In addition, the communication and professionalism from this business is top-notch and I find them to extremely transparent and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business!

I selected Crew as a contractor of choice to complete some repairs that were found on my new home during it's pre-purchase inspection. They were recommended to me by my real estate agent. I worked with Eric on the planning portion of the job months in advance and all of the communication was prompt and concise.

They did mostly exterior repairs, specifically rotten wood replacement overall. The work done was done in a well executed fashion. Despite facing frequent instances of inclement weather, they got the job done in the time frame they outlined ahead of the job. There was one small change order that came up during the job due to some additional unforeseen rotten wood. This was well communicated and fairly priced.

Overall I had a positive experience with them with the repairs I had them do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Crew took a job I've been trying to get done for a long time. They ran new duct for a overhead kitchen vent in my old broad ripple home and built a bulkhead cover to match the plaster walls. They did a great job for a reasonable price and finished in the time they quoted.

I could not speak any more highly of Crew Home Specialists! They truly make the inspection process so seamless for buyers and sellers - it's one stop shopping at it's best. As a Realtor, it's critical to me that my clients are well taken care of - and Crew exceeds all expectations. They are extremely responsive, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Crew!
