I had major plumbing issues in my basement and needed a barrier for work to progress. MWR was recommended and for good reason. All the technicians, Jaylen, Marvin, Mayorga, and Elvis, were skilled, friendly, and respectful of my home and situation. I hope I never need them again but if circumstances change, they will be my first call.

We recently had the Midwest Remediation team out to our home, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Marvin Mayorga, Rony Almendarez, Alex Sabella, and Christopher Rojas were all professional, responsive, and consistently on time. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the quality of their work was excellent.

What really stood out was the extra care they took — they even cleaned up the mess left behind by the electrician after completing their part of the job. That level of attention and pride in their work is rare and truly appreciated.

Darrell, Michael, Will, Johnny, Hunter, Seth, Jaylen puff, Marvin, Felix, Francisco and Jose were professional and respectful, working quickly to contain the water damage. The crew was well organized, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Very satisfied with the service they provided and would highly recommend.

There were 4 technicians at my house for 3+ hours less a lunch break - Marvin, Ronny, Jaylen, and Francisco. They worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Each seemed to know his specific responsibility, and the whole process was perfectly organized. The amount of consideration and respect they showed for me, my house, and furnishings was astounding. They went overboard in making sure everything was well protected from future damage. All of the equipment was placed and secured with my safety in mind. After doing some necessary cabinet demolition, they completely cleaned that space thoroughly. At no time did I wonder what was going on as they explained everything or asked if I had a preference. For example, where could items be stored or moved temporarily. All 4 of these young men acted in the most professional way, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot think of even one suggestion for improvement.

Megan was incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure I got service ASAP for an unexpected problem. James Baxter was a huge help at my home and explained the water damage and all of our options very thoroughly. Fantastic company, great people :)

We had a water event in our home where the plumber referred us to MWR. We were so glad he did. MWR called us within minutes. Jason immediately came out to examine the situation telling us exactly what to expect and scheduled their crew to come out! The crew were professional, friendly, understanding while working quickly and efficiently pulling up wet flooring and placing fans strategically. Hunter was also really nice! A great person. He came out 2 days to ensure the area was completely dry and answered our questions. We can't say enough how much we appreciated everyone we worked with! Thank you MWR and God bless.

Lost a chunk of my roof due to the recent tornadoes. Water damage was extensive. The team got out here very promptly and got started. Time is of the essence with water.

Will is a superstar. Very detailed oriented and thorough. Caught some water issues in other locations of my home. Michael wrapped things up and is personable and very professional. I appreciate the candor and promptness of the work that was done. Everyone is very friendly and have no issues taking the time to explain things.

So thankful for the Team at Midwest for the quick action on a Sunday after getting a hold of Greg, he had James our project manager out very quickly to get things started! We had our drying crew Jaylen, Hunter & Alejandro who were communicative and very friendly. The equipment is a little loud right now, but it’s better than my house falling apart.

Didn't complete the work, said it was complete and sent the invoice. I went to check and told them it wasn't complete and some items had not even been addressed at all. A few days later the owner said NOW everything is complete.. again, that wasn't the case. No one had even been over to work on the unfinished items. There is a severe lack of communication within the organization and they were a nightmare to deal with. Look elsewhere.

Crew property improvement specialist are always the first contractors I call for work around my house or my clients. They are professional and always do the job right!

Please don't use this company. I hired this company to fix items that were found on my inspection. Some items were roof related that needed repair. James told me he could fix additional items for 250.00 so I paid him to fix those items. Well my roof started leaking after wards I called James he came out and cut a hole in the room where the leak was went on the roof put tar in some areas and sealed the hole. Well today with all the heavy rain my leak is back And I can't get ahold of James. That's the kind of company they are. I wonder how many other people he did work for under the table from his boss knowing.
