The bathroom installer did an amazing job. He was very professional, even though he had to work by himself. He was respectful of our home, and never complained. The end result was more than we could have imagined. I would go with the Bath Authority again and again. Highly recommended!!

Only went with The Bath Authority because they said they worked on mobile homes. Had a few issues trying to get a walk-in shower installed. Ended up having to completely redesign the shower. Could of been avoided if the agent would of simply looked at the other side of the wall and they would of noticed an electrical panel. Day of original installation and the wrong size pan was sent. Even if the correct size would have been sent the pan wouldn't have fit. Ended up have to have another pan made that was 10 shorter than originally told we could get and had to wait almost another month. Installation crew was wonderful (5*). Almost another month wait for the glass door which we were told that it would ve about a month. Glass crew was wonderful as well (5*).

The materials used are the highest standard that I found. The the labor crew were open to answering my many questions, they were polite and very efficient. They used drop cloths to keep my floors safe where they worked and involved me in my preferences of shelf heights since I am a short person. I am very happy with my new shower

Good sales experience but where it all came together was on installation day. The team was kind, respectful of our home and did a great job of completing the job so we can enjoy our new shower.

We hired Bath Authority to replace the existing fiberglass shower with a new walk-in unit. The salesperson (Mike McGill) was very personable, professional and easy to talk to. We were told to installation would be 8-12 weeks; we were fortunate in that it only took 6. The installer (Siemian sp?) was a seasoned professional. Personable, easy to talk to and went about his task in a no-nonsense manner. He did a very nice job. We sat down with 2 other companies prior to signing with the Bath Authority. I feel we made a wise decision, and I would hire them again.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. The salesman and crew doing the install were great to work with and the crew was quick and hardworking. Would highly recommend to anyone!

In January we hired the Bath Authority to give our Master Bathroom Shower an overhaul. Shower ONLY. They were at least 4 weeks late on the installation of said shower from the estimates they originally gave us. The workers doing the work were nice enough, and cleaned up after themselves, but did they CHECK their WORK??? NO THEY DID NOT. We had to pick a glass contractor after they did their work and that took another 5 weeks to get that installation finished. Friday when my wife took a shower she said there was low water pressure, and we had water all over our kitchen floor and kitchen ceiling which is right below that said shower rehab. Called them on Friday to report this issue, they lackadaisically said they would send someone on Monday. Talked to that guy yesterday, heard nothing back today, so I just called. Oh he hasn't turned his report in yet, he has 24-48 hours to do that. Their laissez-faire attitude about all of this is really irritating. Who does not check their work in some way??? Talk about a lazy group of contractors that absolutely care nothing about their customers. This is the company. Run, from, this, company!!! I am so angry about this it is not even funny. I could have done a better job of the shower install myself. The Bath Authority is anything but an Authority on anything but poor business practices and not giving a dam about the customer. We will see where this goes from here.

    ===> READ BETWEEN THE LINES!!!
Let a swindler be a swindler, these are the nicest most polite people you’ll ever encounter starting with the sales rep. They sold me a vision and I was duped fair and square.
During the first visit with the sales rep we went through the process of showing the product and la la then we go into the bathroom and the sales rep takes measurements. We tell him what we want and he comes up with a plan to make what we want affordable.
We go back into the bathroom and the sales rep shows me using his arms and hands approximately how far out the shower walls and shower base would come out to. I had a fairly large area that I wanted this walk in shower to be and i wanted most of the area to become this rather large walk-in-shower.
The sales rep understood what we wanted because when he showed me the area that would be covered it was exactly what I wanted and he made sure to go over it several times! He had us return to the area a third time just to be certain we understood.
Well the contract was typed up and signed. I didn’t check the measurement the sales rep had written in the contract because I was under the impression that the sales rep knew what he was doing !
To my surprise the measurements didn’t even come close to where we had all agreed the base would cover. When I noticed the measurements in the contract wouldn’t even come close to covering the area we discussed I tried to get out of the contract but I was not able to without being charged 70% of the material cost and wouldn’t receive the material. Needless to say I paid for a walk in shower that is half the size I was expecting.

CHEACK YOUR MEASUREMENTS! They are crooks!

Received a coupon in the mail and gave them a chance. The design process seemed smooth at first and we were excited about the 1-2 day install promised, but multiple changes had to be made once it got to production as there didn't seem to be clear communication between sales and production.

The install was ROUGH. They didn't use their own contractor, but subcontracted it out. Multiple parts of the project were done incorrectly and others were not as described. Many parts of the install were not done according to manufacturers instructions. Water lines had leaks. One guy fell (only partially and he was ok thankfully) through the ceiling into our laundry room. We had to call them out MANY times to try and fix the crooked and sloppy install and caulking job, but it usually ended up worse somehow. After weeks of struggle and many no call/no shows and missed promises, we finally decided with Bath Authority that the entire project needed to be started over from scratch. Luckily they did come to the table here and ate the cost of the new parts/labor. When the BA's own contractor came to do the install, they did a good job and we ended up with the shower we wanted.

A few peripheral parts of the project (mainly drywall) never got fixed or cleaned up properly and they never offered anything for the month and a half of delay in the project to get it completed instead of the promised 1-2 days. I had to spend a ton of time working with them to get it fixed, move around work trips, and patching things after they "finished". I've been trying to follow up with them after the project with 0 response.

If you use them, I would strongly suggest not to let them use a subcontractor hired out, but only their internal team. This was the source of most of the issues. Also, get some things in writing for how to be compensated if they do not live up to their end of the contract.

Came quicker than the time line I was given when ordered. Technician James from St. Louis, done an excellent job. He kept me informed, ask my opinions, explained his progress. He even followed up to make sure I was still pleased.

Our overall experience was fantastic! Our sales rep was wonderful with our consultation and our installer (Simeon) was extremely professional and did a great job. It took him just over a day to install as a one man team! Very happy with our decision to use Bath Authority to upgrade our shower!

UPDATE!! They ordered the second tub. Made another appt for install on Apr 25th. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN! 3rd try they found one in Cleveland and a manager drove it to Indy. They finally completed the install on May 6th. Andre told me he'd call the day after to discuss compensation for the trouble. I've never heard from him. I tried to call him but he was on location. He charged us the full amount. That's not compensation. That's a slap in the face. This company is shady. Our first estimate was $16k, and I thought we did good by getting him to $10k. Don't do any work for more than half of your first estimate with Bath Authority.

We placed our order on January 29th. They told us it would be about 6-8 weeks. They came to install our new tub/ shower in the 7th week. UNFORTUNATELY, someone, after the salesman, wrote the wrong size for our tub. We ordered a 30" but they brought a 32". UNFORTUNATELY, it wasn't noticed until after the tear out was complete, and they were getting ready to install the wrong tub. Now we're being told it's going to be another 3-4 weeks to get the right tub. I'm sorry, you can do better than that. Our main bathroom is a wreck. They had to leave the wrong tub behind because they had already applied the glue to the bottom and didn't want it to make a mess in their truck. We were ok with that. Alex and Shawn are good workers, and I felt as bad for them as they did for us. We had planned to finish renovating the bathroom with a new vanity and fixtures this weekend, once they were finished. I'm not looking forward to looking at this for the next month. I will update this review once it's completed. I'm curious if I get to give them more than 1 star.
Make sure they have the correct product and parts before they start the demo!

I had the pleasure of having Danny S. and Andy install my new walk in shower. They were very professional from the start, and made sure to update me throughout the process. I also was very appreciative that there was no mess to clean up after, as Danny and Andy made sure everything was taken care of. Very pleased with this crew and my new shower!

My installation team was Danny S. and Andy.
They notified me before arrival that they would be a few minutes late.
    I appreciated that.
When they arrived, they introduced themselves and were quite friendly.
They explained in detail what they were going to do.
Both were very professional in removal of our old tub and surround and plumbing fixtures; they placed tarps appropriately.
Danny explained that the job should take a certain amount of time and they completed their work about when expected.
The new shower looks amazing. The surround was totally sealed; Shower fixtures and shower doors were installed with great care.
I would recommend this team to anyone considering having a bath remodel.

We went from a bathtub to a walk in shower and they said it’ll will take 6 to 10 weeks for them to ordered everything was so excited for a walk in shower!! was not a good start wrong door and the floor is slippery hate it & there’s only 2 things that I like is the wall, & the showerhead, perfect easy to clean. It’s was only suppose to Take two days to put in and still not finish waiting on the shower door still !! They had all this time to get everything right before they came out to install it!! so we have half a shower. Had to go buy a shower curtain to use the shower very disappointed. still waiting on the shower door I highly recommend go somewhere else you figured that they wanna keep their company looking good that they would get this Blank done right trying to charge us more for the floor it slippery and we would have to pay extra.NO!! This is crazy finally got the shower door after waiting a month 🥴 our shower is finally done!! I forgot I thought the floor could’ve been as wide as a tub but no now we have this extra room good thing we’re not big 🥴where we’re hitting the door nd the wall with our body by turning in the shower to wash

Bireley Construction did an excellent job on my dry wall fixed from huge plumbing renovation I had done. They were fast, efficient, and I can’t even see the seams where the drywall was patched!

This company is one to trust, especially as a woman. They’re well versed in all aspects of construction and renovation and honest with their assessment of issues. We had them fix a number of problems at our house, from roofing to plumbing. Quotes were fair and unlike my experience with other companies they didn’t leave any issues at all in their wake and left our old house for the better.

Casey did a great job on helping us begin our kitchen remodel by helping install cabinets and adding trim. We also had him work on some leaky plumbing issues in our shower behind our access panel, and it’s been rock solid ever since. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very professional and skilled contractor!
