Zachary was a fantastic worker! Great attention to detail, hard working, and followed blueprints well.

We were lucky enough to find this company through Houzz before we gained possession of our new home. Our project included knocking down a wall, installing hardwood (in 3 rooms), a new backsplash in the kitchen and installing an island.
Oscar was our contractor who came out right away to take measurements and talk budget and timeline. He is professional, on-time and awesome at his job. Throughout the course of the project, Oscar found ways to save us money by working with the right people for everything that we needed. Oscar was great at communicating with us and make sure that we were happy every step of the way.
We plan on hiring CSI for every project in the future!

I contacted CSI for a remodel job on my grandparents home, needing a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and modernization for handicap accessibility for them . Ruban was the contractor assigned to the job and I couldn’t have been more happy with his communication in breaking down projections in work and all related costs. He was knowledgeable and fair in all respects. This same expertise was reflected in the follow through in work all the way to the completion of the project, and in an accurate time frame to what was explained to me. To say I’m content with the delivery and final project of everything needed, is a vast understatement. CSI and Ruban are top notch in every way and I can understand why they have been leaders in their fields for 50+ years and still counting. Would I use CSI again for future needs? Most definitely. It’s hard these days to find a contractor that knows what they are doing in every facet, from estimate to final completion. Thank you Ruban. Thank you CSI

I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended)
I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Cuban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!

John and his team did a fantastic job on my project in Indianapolis. They were professional, on time, and the quality of work was excellent. Really appreciate how John kept me updated throughout highly recommend them.

This was our second time working with CSI, specifically with their contractor, Oscar Moran. He remodeled our bathroom last year and we were quick to contact them again for the, much larger, remodel of our kitchen! Oscar did an excellent job and we would definitely have him back again for future projects.
Our kitchen remodel was quite extensive. It included removal of a load bearing plaster wall and replacing plaster walls with drywall, removal of tile flooring and refinishing the hardwoods underneath, cabinet, countertop and appliance installation, recessed lighting movement, reframing doors and windows, adding a gas line for our range, plumbing, electrical, and a beautiful tile backsplash. He did pretty much everything for us, and did it beautifully! He also stuck to his predetermined timeline of 3 weeks.
Oscar is a joy to work with. He communicated well with us about any issues that arose (which happened a few times with our 90 year old home). He managed to make our brand new kitchen compliment our old, character-filled home beautifully. We can't say enough wonderful things about this company.

I had a great experience with John and James, I recently had my kitchen remodeled and it’s flawless. I had a strict budget and time frame and they stayed under budget and right on time. I would recommend Construction services of Indianapolis to anyone any everyone I know. I will definitely be back for future projects thanks to these wonderful guys.

John and James did an AMAZING job on my bathroom remodel! The fixtures, the tiles - just outstanding! I would recommend CSI to everyone looking for total transformations of rooms inside your home. Pedro at Construction Services of Indpls did an excellent job on our home. He handled our kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and interior home remodeling with great attention to detail and professionalism. The work was clean, on time, and exactly what we wanted. I've received 88 calls from them since October 23rd. I have told them several times that the bathroom has already been remodeled. Unless you like being harassed daily, I would choose another company.

So delighted with the quick installation and excellent communication throughout the process. Our shower is exactly what I wanted.

install was done well but glass door frames were cheap and not well made. i would not recomend bath authority

Installer was very good to work with. He gave insight upfront on any hitches in the process and was very attentive to detrail and took pride in doing a good job.

We set up a meeting with a representative to come out and give us a quote.

Showed up smelling like alcohol. Took about a 3 second look at our tub and took me to the living room to show us what they have to offer and do his sales pitch.

The rep told us to "guess" what the quote was and wouldn't tell us the quote up front.
He then quoted $15,000 to take the tub out and put a stand up shower in.

After we declined he immediately took it down to $10,500 within the blink of an eye.

I almost had to push this fella out of my house because I wouldn't agree to his price on the evening he was at my house.

Buyer beware.

I had the guest bathroom remodeled. The tub was removed with a new glass double door shower in its place. It has a hinged seat, 2 shower heads, and 3 corner shelves. The wall has a safety rail and the doors have rails on both sides. It was completed in one day. Very pleased!
