There response time was slow. I purchase my installation on March 8th 2023 and Because of all there mistakes my installation didn't happen until the 8th of July. The 1st mistake in there presentation the offered a surround that was discontinued amd I had to pick something different. They had to reorder. The 2nd was the tub they bought out the drain was on the wrong end of the tub plus the picture of the bathroom before installation was a bathroom of someone elses and that's why the drain was wrong. Again I had to wait for them to reordered with an opening in my bathroom were my bath tub goes for almost three weeks 2 weeks to reorder and almost a week to come out to install. Plus it smelled up my house.Then when it did come in they had the wrong shower door. Instead of waiting for the one I ordered I just keep the one they sent out by that time I was very much feed up. I'm so glad it's over but I will never use them again for anything. They didn't offer me know type of incentive to try to make it right for all the waiting I had to do. I know some people had good experience with them however, this was mines

We had a great experience with this company. Very polite and decently priced. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer a discount to military veterans which is a huge help with a bathroom remodel!

The guys that came and done our walk-in shower did an awesome job! They were very professional. They made sure they took extra care with our floors and any other objects in the area of the install. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Bath Authority could not have been better. We had a very easy time picking out features for our new shower. We absolutely love the finished product!

The guys cleared up the confusion and all is good. The guys showed up in and out in 4 hours. The guys did amazing job

I'm telling you now, Michael McGill is the most honest and most reasonable salesman on the planet. I've had alot of people try to come in and sale their product but it didn't seem honest. He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with his rates to ease the stress of just wanting a dollar. Honest and easy going is what energy he brings. If your looking for anyone to rebuild your bathroom, trust and believe me there is no one on planet earth that will give you a lower rate.

We placed our order on January 29th. They told us it would be about 6-8 weeks. They came to install our new tub/ shower in the 7th week. UNFORTUNATELY, someone, after the salesman, wrote the wrong size for our tub. We ordered a 30" but they brought a 32". UNFORTUNATELY, it wasn't noticed until after the tear out was complete and they were getting ready to install the wrong tub. Now we're being told it's going to be another 3-4 weeks to get the right tub. I'm sorry, you can do better than that. Our main bathroom is a wreck. They had to leave the wrong tub behind because they had already applied the glue to the bottom and didn't want it to make a mess in their truck. We were ok with that. Alex and Shawn are good workers and I felt as bad for them as they did for us. We had planned to finish renovating the bathroom with a new vanity and fixtures this weekend, once they were finished. I'm not looking forward to looking at this for the next month. I will update this review once it's completed. I'm curious if I get to give them more than 1 star.
Make sure they have the correct product and parts before they start the demo!

Michael did a wonderful job explaining the whole process of replacing our shower from start to finish. We had no idea how much goes into the process. Long visit. Well explained

On time. Clean, friendly and quick.
Two guys came in very nice. Even to our little dog. Did a total shower make over in about 4-5 hours. Cleaned everything up. When they left you couldn't tell they were ever here.
100% use them again.

Sean and Alex were awesome! They work with a company that contracts with Bath Authority and I could not have been happier that we got them! Sean was so professional and honest and helpful through the whole process. He explained everything and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward with any changes or solutions to hiccups we found. I would definitely recommend them!

I had been putting off getting my bathroom fixed for a long time and could not be happier with the work Bath Authority provided. My tub/shower looks so much better than it did and the professional who did the installation was really great. Alex kept me informed and kept everything clean. He did a great job! His supervisor even stopped by to assist and answer questions. I would highly recommend Bath Authority!

Love my new walk-in shower that was converted from an existing tub/shower. Installer did a nice job. Great warranties, etc, but I do feel the company is overpriced.

We set up an appointment for a representative to come out and give us an estimate for a shower replacement. After a quick measurement, he asked multiple times when my wife would be here to make decisions in the process. After stating this was an inquiry in an estimate and I was not ready to design anything in specific we were able to move forward with talking about the history of the company. When asking multiple times for a general estimate on cost of a low tier, middle tier and high tier option, none were given. I was unable to get any kind of a quote, which is frustrating because that’s why I set up the appointment in the first place. I asked for a general number within a $5,000 range of what he might estimate it could cost and still couldn’t get anything out of it without both my wife and I present. eventually right before he left he mentioned $15k-20k replacement cost at the base level.

Installer Simeon was very professional and very informative every step of the way. His quality of work was outstanding. He is a true craftsman Great experience from the salesman all the way through the installation.

Don't ever do business with this company, other than Tina that works in office, don't believe a word they say. From the sales process of the salesperson telling stories that will never happen to his price. YOU CAN FIND BETTER!! The install I had to call and help speed the process along but after they had my deposit, I was screwed per the salesperson He stated that I couldn't back out since we have your money. So three weeks later they start and compete the job with a few different parts other than I ordered. I give the guy a check for the balance, and they misplace the check for 4 months and decide to run without contacting me. The process is so much better at other stores do yourself a favor and look and buy elsewhere. UNHAPPY IN INDIANA

Our experience was wonderful! Simeon did a great job on the installation & our shower looks beautiful. We had a great experience from the time Michael came to our house to tell us about it until the job was done!

Mike McGill came out for an estimate meeting. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very patient. I can't wait for my new shower install. I am a very pleased customer.

Did a deal in july 7 weeks to the work done but they did a fantastic job. Simeon was very professional and great he answered any questions I had during the process. My shower was a custom job because of the dimensions

We are very happy with our new showers. We did two tub/shower combos and one stand alone shower. The install team (Dave and Kenny) were very knowledgeable and communicated throughout the process. They were very fast and skilled with the install and left everything in a clean state each day.

We are happy with the product as it does seem to be very durable, easy to clean and looks very stylish.
