Bireley Construction provides excellent detail oriented work. They are extremely professional and detail oriented. It’s comforting to find a construction company that delivers on their quotes and promises. If you are looking for quality work that you can genuinely count on, Bireley Construction is your best bet.

I do not recommend this company.

Please use caution even in the direst of situations before proceeding with them.
I used Midwest remediation at the recommendation of Mr. Plumber. We suffered a disastrous bathroom drain pipe failure which put us out of our home (for 3 weeks) due to sewage damage to dry wall and floor. We were at the mercy of needing help. I trusted the recommendation, which I now regret.

Midwest remediation came in and told us that they would put in fans and dry up the damage and put up drapes, and that their renovation team comes in after. We were quoted a number to get the job started. We were billed for a deposit. When things were dried, equipment was removed, no renovation team came. We were left with no plans for people to come fix the holes in the dry wall and bathroom. I thought it was strange that they would not consider mitigation and renovation at the same time.

In the end, they recommended a renovation contractor who ended up ripping up the floor they dried up because damage was so severe. And the whole exercise of mitigating damages that ended up getting completely replaced felt unnecessary. They had no foresight to what would ultimately be needed to mitigate our home. They also recommended a contractor that was not backed by the BBB. Also another heartache and disaster to write another review about another day.

Months later we get an email about our bill being sent to collections. Apparently our insurance didn’t pay a $500 balance because MWR sent us multiple invoices and now we are fighting getting this paid for by insurance because it is viewed as two separate projects .
I don’t feel they really care about people. I don’t like the way they do business—it not how I would want anyone to be treated.

Edit: we did not get any other call or way to sort this out. We paid the balance.

MWR did such a good job on remediating my home. James came in and did an estimate and explained how the job was going to be completed. He gave me information on how to file my first claim with homeowners insurance. The workers did an amazing job, they were speedy, thorough and most of all clean. They left no proof that there was drywall ever removed. The cuts were precise and neat. I highly recommend this company.

Work was good. My frustration was that Midwest's repair teams were booked solid so to solve the issue they referred me to a secondary repair company. That means I have to now deal with two companies instead of one. It would have been better for me as the customer if Midwest would have subcontracted the work out to the secondary vendor so that I would only work with one company. The added frustration of having to schedule appointments with new vendor was a minor hassle that I would rather have avoided. Otherwise, Midwest was very professional and did good work.

Drew, Hunter, Jaylen and Dwayne, were very professional, customer oriented and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate their services and would use them in the future if needed.

I hired MWR to perform mold remediation that resulted from a poorly executed window replacement job. They came out to bid the project in a timely manner, scheduled the job quickly, performed the work within one business day, and passed the mold test performed after completion of mold remediation. Communication was excellent before the job, though I did have to proactively follow-up for an update after the job. Apart from payments posting slowly resulting in a small blip with invoicing, they did a very fine job. I would both hire them again and recommend them.

I would recommend Midwest Remediation to anyone. I was very happy with their response time and work. The Project Manager was great, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. They were out next day and started cleanup. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. They did a great job.

Worst company ever.
I had a water leak and hired this company after being told they would handle the entire project — from drying out the walls to rebuilding the drywall. They came out and dried the walls, but once that part was done, they told me they didn’t have anyone to do the rebuild and that I’d need to find someone else.

Not only did they leave the job incomplete, but they also sent me an invoice for work they never even did — including plumbing, which I handled separately through my home warranty company.

Completely unprofessional and misleading. I deeply regret choosing this company. Stay far away.

Guiseppi came out for my water loss.. Midwest sent a team same day to start drying out my home. Great communication with every person I spoke with.

These guys are the best! They came in and tackled a not-so-pleasant job. They did it very quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with the response time, the work, and the final product.

The absolute best team I’ve ever seen in my 43 years of life. God bless each and every single person at this company… a sewage flood with sewage coming out my sinks tubs and toilets on two floors all taken care of within one day … several men on a team was amazing… they fix it right so there’s no complaints.

I uncovered water damage in the wall behind my washer, extending into the flooring in my bedroom and back hallway. James, Martin and Wilder did a great job getting me back to livable conditions. They were friendly, explained what they were doing, and didn't leave a mess. Jeremy was great as my project manager as well!

Would definitely recommend this company. The best crew came to my rescue. Justine,Ethan,Jason, Tommy and Erika did a fantastic job. During the recent storms I lost power for two and one half days and my basement completely flooded. This crew busted their bottoms and got every thing out of the basement and the water cleaned up. Couldn’t ask more polite, kinder, friendly, hard working people. If you need this kind of service Midwest Restoration is the company to call. Thank you for all you’ve done

Great job Midwest Restoration on taking care of my contents from our house fire. Amanda scheduled a great crew, Garret, Thomas, Jason, Austin, Ethan, Danny and the girls too, Nelsy & Erica. Very respectful, took great care with our stuff. Justin's communication was exceptional. They were all very patient with me. Awesome job MWR!

WARNING -Geico/Hippo/Midwest Remediation. This combo is dangerous to your pocket. When I came home to this disaster 12/27/23, I called my insurance company (Geico/Hippo) they sent Midwest Remediation to dry my house. The end result (Geico/Hippo) stated that Midwest Remediation is over charging for the work they did and refused to pay the entire bill (only part) leaving me to pay a sizeable amount out of pocket. I DO NOT RECOMMED ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. If anyone has a suggestion how to address this issue, please let me WARNING.

Alejandro and Dilan did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and showed exemplary communication skills. I was worried that the work could be messy but they took care of it so well that we had no issues. Thank you!

Justin, Austin, and their crew( sorry I forgot the name) went above and beyond what I expected. They added the padding I provided under all of my furniture for me, made sure items were centered, problem solved issues left by the other company, and even helped me clean up a mess my children left behind. This was all on their scheduled day off and they came to my home with two hours notice. I would highly recommend that you use these people for your home needs.

Drew has been amazing helping me through the whole process for the remediation and dealing with insurance. The crews work extremely fast and did an amazing job. I highly recommend going with MWR I have felt secure the entire time.

I can honestly say that the customer service provided for us was exceptional!! A pipe burst in our lower level master bedroom and we found it on a Saturday morning and called them and in thirty minutes we received a phone call from James Baxter who came out shortly after our call. He immediately proceeded to tell us what they would do and his team was out a couple hours later! They have done an amazing job keeping in touch with us and communicating each day with a visit to make sure everything was dry. Their teams were extremely hard worker’s and when they left they explained what our next step would be. In fact someone from their company called each day to see if we had any questions or concerns. We’d highly recommend them especially since it was a Saturday and the other two companies never returned our calls. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

James Baxter did a terrific job initially and then came out to recheck today, that means a lot to me and I highly recommend this man and this company.

From the initial assessment to the remediation to date, the team has been timely, courteous, and professional. But my favorite part has been their willingness to help me understand my options, offer valuable info I had not considered, and tried to minimize the effort.
