Initial contact 2 hrs after the first phone call. Austin did the estimate. Jaylen Paff, Dwayne Hill and Elvin did the tear out work to eliminate mold. Respectful. Communicated very well.

MWR came at a recommendation from Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers.

Micheal, Hunter and Harold were great. I appreciated their time, knowledge and flexibility with coming by to check on the status of my project. Very professional and passionate about what they do and how they can help.

Definitely recommend this company. Very quick to get out here and get us out of a really crappy situation. Jaylen paff,
Alejandro Soto ,and Jaylin Mitchell all did an amazing job getting us better than we were before with our crawlspace. We had a sewer leak and needed a pump truck and all of our old plastic removed. It looks 1000x better than it did before the sewer breakage. The company worked with our insurance and it turned a very stressful situation into a Sunday breeze. Before and afters.

When things go wrong it’s important to have the right people do the job. My basement had raw sewage pumping into it after 3 months of being a first time homeowner. Jordan, Micheal, and their team did an excellent job with the cleanup process and were extremely kind, friendly, and disciplined with the job at hand. Didn’t even ding my walls with their equipment.

I contacted Guiseppi on 10/13 about my crawlspace needing cleaned for plumbers to be able to fix a leak. He was out at my home the same day to check it out. He got me right on the schedule for the following day, so the plumbers could come that Thursday, & then they sent Dilan and Alejandro out on Friday to finish up the job! They were all super friendly & had great communication.

My parents experienced water damage from their refrigerator and hired MWR to pack, store, and later return their belongings during renovations. Both of my parents are disabled senior citizens, and this entire process was extremely overwhelming for them.

During the first visit, the crew was very friendly and kept my parents occupied with conversation while other workers boxed up the house. Unfortunately, many items that did not need to be packed were boxed anyway. After they left, my parents realized they could no longer find essential items and ended up having to repurchase things because everything was buried in two full PODS.

When renovations were completed, a different crew returned. Knowing how overwhelmed and sick my parents were, I made a point to be present and speak directly with the team lead, Justin. I explained what had happened previously and my concern that my parents would not be able to handle boxes being dropped off without help putting things away. Justin was exceptional—he was professional, compassionate, and clearly took pride in his work. He assured me he would not leave my parents in that situation and said he “wouldn’t be able to sleep at night” if he did.

Justin, along with Tommy—who was also incredibly kind and helpful—worked with us to carefully place items, move furniture, and make sure my parents were comfortable. Together, we successfully emptied about 1.5 of the 2 PODS, and my family was very grateful for their effort.

The remaining POD presented challenges because renovations had changed the layout of the home. Justin coordinated with management, and my mother signed a form acknowledging that MWR would no longer be responsible for unboxing or damage. The plan was for my parents to have two weeks to finish emptying the POD, which was reasonable and agreed upon.

However, before that time was up, my father received a call from the manager, Amanda, stating the POD renewal deadline was approaching and that MWR could send a crew to unload the rest to avoid additional charges. Trusting the company, my dad agreed.

When the crew arrived, they carried boxes into the home, stacked them throughout my parents’ living room, answered a phone call saying they had another job to get to, and left. No staging, no assistance, no concern for the fact that my parents could barely move through their home. Justin was not present, and this directly contradicted what had previously been promised.

I stayed to help because I could not morally leave my parents trapped in their own living room. I contacted Amanda to explain how upsetting this was and expressed how pleased we had been with Justin and Tommy. Unfortunately, I was met with a complete lack of empathy. I was told this happened because they had another job to get to and that my dad “only asked for the boxes to be brought in.”

My father does not work in this field. When someone asks for help unloading belongings, the expectation is reasonable care—especially when dealing with elderly, disabled clients. This experience left my parents feeling walked on and hurt. My mother still mentions promises Justin made to help them, and it breaks my heart.

This company is trusted to enter people’s homes and handle personal belongings, including meaningful heirlooms. This type of work requires more than just doing the minimum—it requires compassion. While certain employees clearly understand that, our final experience showed a serious failure in management and accountability.

I hope this review reaches the right people.

Quick and professional service. Cuts were clean and they made reconstruction easy. Both teams were excellent.

Edit: I will restate that the teams that worked to remove damage were skilled and professional. great service from everyone who came out.

I removed a star for the billing process. The initial invoice came about 25% higher than the top end of the estimate we received. I asked for details on where the discrepancy came from as there was no real change in scope through the process. instead of getting an answer, i received a second invoice for about 10% cheaper (still 15% more than initial quote).

After this insurance got involved and a 3rd invoice was sent for near the initial quote. If i had paid the initial invoice, I would be out a few thousand dollars. its possible they would have reimbursed me had this happened, but i cant confirm. its possible that the initial price jump was due to the relationship with the insurance company and the dynamic between them, so paying out of pocket might have avoided that.

Either way, I advise MWR review this billing setup to make it so a normal person doesn't feel like they are getting taken advantage of through the payment process. I understand the red tape on dealing with insurance companies, but be straight forward with your customers. If the first invoice is posturing for the insurance company, let your customer know not to pay right away. that would go a long way to improving this setup.

Charged $950.00 to place a sump pump on my crawlspace. Was there for 10 minutes. The water was pumped in less than 2 minutes after he left. Still had to call to get them to pick up pump. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

First off, I have never written a bad review for anyone ….ever. I truly hope this helps someone not go through what we are going through.

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen the last week of February. Using a plumber’s recommendation, we went with this company. Gosh; I should have looked at their rating first with these other similar stories.

The only reason I’m even giving a one is for the group that came in to remove anything wet and dry the kitchen/ basement out. They were absolutely amazing, respectful, clean, and did it all in a timely manner while having great communication.

We don’t hear anything for a week because our person had a baby, awesome! Congratulations and we understand. Jump forward six weeks, no one will return calls or emails pretty much daily at this point from my husband. The insurance says they’ve sent everything and actually send us the forms and money approved as well.

Week 7 we get a call, guy didn’t respond because he has a disaster of his own and they refer us to another person. Okay, that’s awful, we understand. Guess who doesn’t respond?

We finally get an update at week 8 to sign documents and hopeful to pick out flooring that weekend. Guess what never comes and what we don’t do? We call a manager, guess who doesn’t respond?

I call the customer service line and they are so kind and escalate the problem and same said manager calls me. Thank you! He gives me the exact same update as last week. Promises to send the forms and a name. We get a form, still no name for who is going to come help us get going on this project.

I do get an email after two requests for the other documents, still no name or time frame laid out. I sign said documents for billing so we can get going and ask for a start date in writing (suggested by an attorney) so we can send the payment right then. Guess who won’t respond anymore ?

We are now going on to weeks 9/10 with a non functioning kitchen, very low communication and zero timeline or end in sight. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement.

We are now looking into different companies that have better reviews to hopefully come help us and get our home back together.

I was hoping to not write any of this once it got to a manager. Sadly, I hope our lesson helps others make a better choice. We will also call said plumber and kindly ask them not to refer anymore people to this company too.

We have a broken water pipe, with extensive water damage. The crew arrived this morning as promised. Jaylen Paff and Alejandro Soto were very courteous and respectful, meticulous in cleaning up anything that they had to tear up or out. They blocked out, with heavy plastic, any areas not damaged by the water. All of the damaged materials were bagged up and taken with them when they were finished. If you find yourself in the need for emergency services, I highly recommend Midwest Remediation, and this crew.

My first contact with MWR was Gina, who scheduled my appointment for services. Gina was friendly and scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule.
Jaylen Paff, Marvin Mayorga, and Asel Reyes, were assigned to my home to clean up water damage under my house. Upon arrival Jaylen introduced himself and explained what they were assigned to do. While in conversation with Jaylen, Asel and Marvin came to the door introduced themselves and proceed to bring in the necessary equipment to clean. What I noticed was not only was this team efficient, they also worked well together, and took extra care when removing the waste from my home. Excellent job performance and customer service!

Toilet leak ruined our floor. The minute they arrived they protected our hallway from front door to the powder room and got started. The guys were professional, courteous and effecient. They explained the process step by step. We highly recommend Javin and Dillon!

Great job done by everyone! Thank you Jaylen, Wilder, Bryce, John, James and Jaylin! They were all so helpful, had great communication, and were genuinely concerned about doing a great job for us. They did great working around the huge train set and not damaging any of it. Hopefully we won’t have to use you again but if we have another flood, you will be our first call!

MWR was a life saver!! I had a significant water leak that caused damage to my home and their team was available and ready the same day to come out and begin their remediation. They handled everything with my insurance, which made the process even easier! Our project manager, Michael, was nothing but exceptional and answered all of our questions and always came through the door with a smile and compassion for our situation. Additionally, the crew with Alex, Roni, and Leo were amazing. They were very kind and considerate of our home. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

MWR did a fantastic job dealing with mold remediation and restoration in both our master shower and kitchen. Jason was top-notch and kept us in the loop every step of the process. All of the sub-contractors they used were also extremely easy to work with, courteous and careful with our home. The work was done quickly and carefully. Very happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Midwest Remediation is a team of LIFE SAVERS!! they are on the ball and CARE about their customers!!! they also take care of us women to ensure that we get treated fairly, as well. As there was an issue with my plumber, the Rep Darryl and the Manager, Carmel (hope i got ur name right), gently calmed me down and continued to EFFECTIVELY explain the crazy process of clogged toilets and the remediation process. I will refer them to friends and continue to rely on their expertise in these life-breaking situations! THANK YOU TEAM!!!

Dilan and Alejandro did a quick , phenomenal job for us, along with the entire team.

We had a toilet leak (category 3, apparently) and it damaged our entire basement.

MWR got a crew out to our house to clean up the water on the day of! They wasted no time and acted quickly.

The team's communication was great! From scheduling our appointment to walking us through everything they were doing, I was kept informed every step of the way for the demolition.

This leak happened three days before our wedding and now I can go on our honeymoon with peace of mind knowing that we aren't at risk of mold or standing water.

Not to mention, they took good care of our personal items and furniture as well. They ensured that our valuable items were kept in tact, clean, dry, and free from dust and debris from all of the work they did.

I look forward to working with you all again to reconstruct our basement.

    Thank you, Dilan and Alejandro!

Alexander and his team were absolutely fantastic. They (Alex, Ronnie and John) came out on time, called before they were coming. They were clean, extremely knowledgeable and kept me in the loop on every step they made. They were even mindful of my dogs. MWR was quick coming out from the get go, sent out professionals to handle the job. Having raw waste contaminate your home is awful, but being able to trust individuals to come into your home and take care of it made it a whole lot easier. Thank you so much MWR and especially Alexander! You guys are stellar!!!
