Ruben did a great job on our porch. Very pleased.
-
Best contracting experience in a long time! Ruben was responsive to the initial inquiry, set a date/time and kept it, did a great job grinding the stump, cleaned the area and did it quickly for a great price. Definitely will be the first call next time.
-
They came out and power washed our patio, and sealed it. It looks AMAZING now. We can now enjoy our patio.
Ruben also ground a stump. He did a great job. He actually came out on Memorial Day to do the job. Highly recommend this Veteran owned company. -
I was looking for some sidewalk repair and Mr. Martinez was recommended. Absolutely top-quality work at a very reasonable cost. Ruben is a consummate professional and has my highest recommendation. Definitely consider this very pleasant and personable US Army veteran for your next project.

Ruben demolished and rebuilt our front porch. Great work and we couldn't be happier! He went the extra mile to make sure we were very happy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for concrete work. He will also be taking out two stumps in our yard.

$400 worth the Dump and we have Drive up the Dam hill through lots nail and other debris
Horrible roads need to be fixed ASAP -
You dont even deserve the single star.
Trash removal today in greenwood. Fifth time you left only my recycling, trash half full. Driver working at 6:0pm was pissed at working this late so dumping cans in the street, in people's yards. Or throwing it over the truck.
This will stop, One way or another for good. -
I had an excellent experience with Best Way disposal. I had a U-Haul packed to the brim with a bunch of junk my tenants left behind, it was only $45 to dump it all. All of the staff were friendly and they answered my phone calls immediately.

Absolute joke of an organization. Our county is under a travel advisory warning, and our roads haven’t even been plowed. Nobody in our neighborhood could get their trash to the road and they sent the garbage truck through anyway. The rep on the phone told me everyone would have to wait a whole week to get our trash picked up. Absolutely unacceptable
-
We got passed by this week, for the THIRD week in a row. Driver told dispatch it was due to road conditions. But the driver turned around within FEET of our container! The best they can come up with is, will get it next week. Which is what we heard last week. And the week before that.

Best Way Disposal didn’t pick up my trash for 3 weeks in a row. My wife called each week and they didn’t give a reason why they just stated we could put a couple of bags on top of the trash can and they would take it still. This went on 3 weeks in a row to the point We have been taking bags and using our work dumpster to dispose of the overflowing bags of trash. I finally had my wife call and cancel the service and go with another company. They didn’t ask why or try to reconcile the situation at all. I’m not pleased with the service.

Amazing country views and a nice leisurely drive over the rolling hills. This place has it all, $400 is not nearly enough to pay for the pleasurable experience my coworkers and I had at this beautiful landfill. 5 out of 5 for us and would recommend to friends and family.

Not sure why…but I’ve had numerous instances where the trash truck has left our cans in the road…and I’m not talking about just leaving them on the curb, they were so far out that someone had to stop their car and get out to move them because the road was blocked.
Today the driver picked up the cans from our driveway then drove backwards to place them in the street in front of my neighbor’s house.
I’ve called Best Way at least four different times to address this and it keeps happening. I can only assume the driver is doing it intentionally at this point.
I would have switched companies long ago if I had the option. -
Muy buen centro de trabajo

Benchmark Property Services maintains the grounds at my rental property, and I recently had a disappointing experience following their most recent visit. There was a gap in service for about a week, which I understand may have been impacted by wet weather, so I do appreciate that scheduling can sometimes be affected by conditions outside anyone’s control.
That said, when the work was completed, there was a noticeable amount of grass clippings left behind across my yard. Given the delay in mowing, I’d hoped for more attention to detail in the cleanup. Even just a few extra minutes spent tidying or addressing the excess clippings could have made a noticeable difference.
I also recognize the challenges that come with working around weather and tight schedules, but based on past experience and understanding some of the steps that can be taken in situations like this, it would have been appreciated if a bit more time could have been spent to leave the yard in a more presentable condition. -
Nothing but good things to say about this company!

Chase and his team did a great job on our down spouts and taking out a mulch bed. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone in the Indy area.
-
We’ve used their weed & feed service for several years. It completely transformed our yard of weeds into a lovely dark green lawn. We highly recommend their reliable, excellent ,knowledgeable, reasonably priced service. Anna & Dave

I live in Clary Crossing in Greenwood, Benchmark is the company that maintains the grounds here. I couldn't help but notice that the guys are done pretty quick for as big as the complex is. I also know from experience in working for landscape/mowing crews that part of the job is picking up trash. I get it guys don't have time to pick up every little piece of trash they encounter. I do however feel like they have plenty of time to pause for a moment and pick up a glass vodka bottle someone threw out. I noticed this while walking my dog, it was pretty obvious that it's been mowed over a few times by now. What would of happened if the employees of benchmark ran this over and it hit the blades and was sent flying across the lawn and hit someone's kid, pet, or anyone for that matter?! I know the employees didn't put the trash there, nor are they the only ones responsible for cleaning up trash during their journey mowing, but it is definitely negligent on their part to be driving lawnmowers over glass bottles. It's an accident just waiting to happen. Might need to translate for the guys mowing here. Better safe than sorry. Would hate to see the company lose their contract because of laziness.
