Good honest guys to help with this lawn serivce

Just saw them throw an empty Gatorade bottle out of their white truck hauling the U.S. Lawns trailer into the street. Then cut over two lanes in front of another car to get to the on ramp. Lack of care.

Brad and his crew helped to get our Neighborhood Association common areas cleaned up. The previous owner had not done a good job cleaning up brush around our perimeter fence and Brad's crew did it for us as a good will gesture! Our homeowners noticed the improvements and were very complimentary. We were very appreciative of Brad's excellent customer service.

Dillion was nice! I had some questions and he was able to answer them and help me understand my service better.

Had their service since beginning of the year. When they come for service, they are done in less than 2 minutes. Did not apply the weed control and fertilizer to the entire lawn. Just here and there. On informing, they send the same technician again for a service call who again did the same thing. They do a quick one pass at the centre of your yard so that is the only part that gets taken care of. Been seeing a lot of weeds on the lawn something that was absent last year. Despite a lot of rain, the grass was also showing a lot of stress. So, went ahead and called up to cancel, and now they want to fix things. Why not do it in the first instance when a concern was raised? Ended up cancelling the service.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Lawn Medic and they merged with Experigreen. There has been significant concern on my end, as things were being handled differently and I wasn’t aware. I called and spoke with customer service and was fortunate to deal with Jay who was fabulous to deal with. She did a great job of explaining things to me and I ended up feeling comfortable about moving forward with them.

It was not the technician‘s fault, but I do not like having my yard treated on Saturday. I have the smell of chemicals while I’m out on my deck. I thought I was getting the traditional aeration. I got something called liquid aeration which I’m not sure what it is. And then he ran over my hose as he drove off.

Not happy with the results since Lawn medic changed to ExperiGreen!! Weeds are almost more than the grass. My lawn has never looked this bad. I've asked to be called before they come so if my pool is open i can close the cover so that the overspray doesn't get into my pool and mess up my chemicals. I received no notification they were coming and my pool was open and now I have cloudy water that I've been treating to get it cleared up and the cost I've had to pay for chemicals is extremely more than what the treatment is costing. 🙁

I had the most wonderful experience with your representative of Expergreen! Ms.Eccence did an excellent job at representing what quality customer service should look like. She was knowledgeable, professional and most helpful in every aspect. Though I have never had a complaint about an Experigreen representative, I can truly say with confidence that this experience was one of my best in customer satisfaction. Thank you and please continue to make another caller's/customer's day!

I won’t know how it is for a few days. But I can tell you this much. My neighbor to the north had a very weedy yard last year. They hired Tru Green for this year. Their yard looks much better than mine. I have a lot of weeds compared to past years.

I met Kyle this afternoon We discussed that he was going to apply pre emergent and fertilizer to get my lawn off to a healthy and weed free start. Kyle is a very polite young man as well as professional. He seemed to be thorough with the application. He did his part of the job very well. I hope to keep him as my agent for all applications this year. Time will tell if the products applied do the job or not.

Marcha was pleasant and helped me pay my bill on line since a check to them was previously lost and still is. Good service from Josh also.

Jacoby quickly applied our season end treatment and aireated our lawn. He first knocked on our door to tell us what he was there to do. Great service, reasonable price.

Very professional and friendly. Marcha was wonderful. However the other rep who called me back was not has helpful. I had called wanting to talk with a technician and the 3nd rep said I don’t have to talk to them I can talk with her. I asked if she could see my grass and what I am pointing to in my yard. She stated she did not have to. She had the service techs report. She stated they would be out tomorrow and I said I was not going to be home and I wanted to talk with the technician. She again stated I do not need to talk with them I can talk with her. Not happy person with her. However I would give Marcha 5 stars. Othe rep 1star

Can’t wait until this season is over! Very disappointed this year. Today my camera shows Tech arrived at 8:26 AM and job completed at 8:32 AM. Is the backyard supposed to be done in this short allotted time?
Previously, I felt you did what was best for my yard. Now, it’s about just getting paid! The way it looks now, I may not contract next year! My yard looks horrible! What happened to your outstanding service?

I’ve asked you not to come back. I did not sign or renew a contract. When you spammed called last year I told you I’m not interested b/c my lawn looked awful since you took Lawn Medic over. I recorded our conversation b/c I could get you to stop calling me daily about services. Please do not come to our house.

Austin did a great job setting me up for seasonal service. I have not had any applications at this point so no photos or feedback on the results. That said, Austin took his time and gave me a lot of information to decide which ultimately I chose to give them a try for 2025 season. I’ll try and update review after some applications and photos of lawn.

Valarie, my Customer Experience person has been delightful. She is fast to respond, provides clear answers and does follow ups with me to ensure all is good. Thank you!
