Finally someone tackled the weeds as I requested. I appreciate that this company listened to me. I appreciate they were willing to negotiate an annual price meeting both our needs. Great customer service.

Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about liquid aeration. I was a little skeptical about doing the liquid aeration on my lawn but after speaking with Matt, he clearly explained the difference from plug aeration. I appreciate his patience with me. Thank you Matt for making me feel comfortable with scheduling this service!!!

We use ExperiGreen for our lawn care. This was a new build when we moved in so the yard needed a ton of work. After hiring ExperiGreen to put out fertilizer and weed control each year my lawn has improved. Today i spoke with Rishelle on a concern regarding my yard. This time of year can be challenging due to the dry august weather and heat. We also have grubs really bad. They are very responsive and she has them scheduled tomorrow to come out to service my yard.
Thank you Rishelle and The ExperiGreen team! -
Excellent service today from Kailey. I called to find information on the next scheduled treatment, and Kailey was able to answer my questions.
Prior review: Excellent customer service from Marcha. She noted on my account that I wanted the tech who services the lawn to call/confirm before coming out to treat and to also leave us the detailed information on what was applied.
We’ve had Lawn Medic for a few years and liked the service. We are still getting used to the change-merge with Experigreen, and Marcha was understanding and helpful. -
I have way too many weeds in the front parts of the yard, especially alone the driveway and easements. I real don’t think it’s Zach fault.

Lacy called the day before and then arrived promptly the day of service. She was very careful of the property. We were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend if you need core aeration and seedling.

UPDATED: Before and after pics!
We really trust ExperiGreen to care for our lawn. It was a hot mess when our new sod had died prior to us moving in. After several treatments it is looking better and better! We have been using them for about 9 months now. They are affordable and really care about getting your lawn healthy again. We are very grateful for their expertise!
We have referred our neighbors to them since they witnessed the transformation with us. *They give referral credits* -
I have been using this company for a year. This is the second year and hoping for the best. It was definitely better than before they started last year, grass growth has been better. Jerry was very professional in assessing my lawn situation making sure I understand that I can call them back and reapply treatment at no cost if the initial treatment was not enough and he was exceptionally friendly too. I look forward to working with him again.

Hired these guys at the beginning of the summer for Mosquito control had to call to get the monthly service after they skipped July. I had two months where they didn’t show and the last spray of the year I was actually home for. My door bell rang and within 3 minutes they were done. A quick run around the perimeter of the yard with the sprayer. At least I know why I had mosquitoes all summer. Kind of hard to kill and Prevent all the mosquitoes when you only spray 1/3 of the yard and completely skip the front yard.

*UPDATE* The company responded to my review requesting I reach out via email, which I did the very same day. All I hear are crickets. I suggest you not respond publicly when you’re unable to respond privately.
This company is predatory and takes advantage of senior citizens. My 83-year-old aunt used them for 2024. She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills.
When I called, they hid behind their “policy” that customers must cancel in writing or by phone—an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print. Most people assume that if you don’t sign up again, services stop. Not with this company. They count on people, especially seniors, to miss the detail so they can keep billing.
To make matters worse, they even turned an elderly woman’s account over to collections. This is disgraceful.
⚠️ Warning: Their services automatically renew unless you explicitly cancel, and they’ll treat your lawn whether you approve it or not. These business practices are deceptive, unethical, and predatory. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that respects its customers. -
I called and talked to Marcha to sign up for this year’s lawn service. She was great. I told her what I wanted and she didnt try to push other services on me.

At this point I’ve only scheduled the service but Matt was very helpful explaining the options, cost, and payments. I am excited to have ExperiGreen treat my lawn after doing it myself for so many years. We’ve had some spurge and chickweed issues so I’ll update here over the summer.

This company has gone downhill since it merged with Lawn Medic. I was charged for a full-property liquid aeration. I called the company to inquire how the technician applied the service since we recently installed a temporary fence to keep our dogs from a part of the lawn. I was told the technician will call me the next day. This did not happen. So I called again to speak to a supervisor. It was early in the morning but was told all supervisors were in their meeting and this meeting would last most of the day but expect a phone call from one later in the day or early next morning. Of course no one called. Since I was concerned about how my property was serviced (because of the fence), I pulled up the footage on my outdoor cameras. There was no activity at all from the front and back cameras. The side camera filmed the technician walking up my driveway, looking at the yard area with the fence, and immediately leaving. I was charged $303.58 for absolutely no service. Oh, he was kind enough to leave a sign in the yard saying the lawn was serviced by ExperiGreen. Top top it off, in the detailed Service Summary Report, the technician said he spoke with me. This is an outright lie. I've have already disputed my credit card charge and will be looking for a better service company next year.

I cannot give Braydon a 5 star review as I believe he missed the area outside of the backyard fence next to the garage. He is not the first technician to miss this area. But if it is missed again, I will cancel the service.

Very nice young man. Covered the yard with the power spreader. Old prefer using the manual spreader to keep materials off side walks

I changed to ExperiGreen Lawn Care for this season because my last provider jumped my price by 30% in one year and the results were not that great. Now that we are half way through August, I can now provide a qualified review of ExperiGreen's performance. I have had three different technicians this season. So no consistency with my representative. The products being used are not very good. I cut every 5-7 days at the highest setting possible on my riding mower. I also have in ground irrigation that goes off three times a week. I am doing everything I am suppose to be doing. However, my Lawn Care company is NOT. The product being used is not very good. I got crab grass, weeds, nutsedge, etc.... When I call for a service call, it takes them at least a week come by and they typically try to just incorporate my next application with the service call..... This company guarantees its service. But I have not been very happy with the level of consistency, the products being used, or the service levels. I am paying over a $100 per application and feel like I should be getting better results. I even got my neighbor to try them as well and her lawn looks much better than mine. WHY? I guess I will be looking around again this winter for a new company. Here is another example... when I asked the last tech about the nutsedge growing in the lawn, he says that his product doesn't do anything for it. Although he did have something on the truck that would knock it down.... but he would normally need to charge me extra..... I said no... that is your job to take care of the lawn's needs. He agreed to spot treat it for no cost but he didn't want to get in trouble for not charging. I wish I could find a company that cared about their results. Keep looking around.....

I am furious with this company as they treated our lawn without our permission and caused considerable damage. They continue to bill us for it after I clearly told them in February we did not want service from them and had gone with a different company. They continued to call and harass me about why we did not choose their company. Then on April 9th, when we were not home they treated our lawn and sprayed my precious black raspberry patch. They also continue to bill us for this service that we did not want. I am furious about my 15-Year-Old Black raspberry patch as it is brown and will not bear fruit this year.
I have reported all this to the company with no acknowledgment of my concerns. Stay away from them!
June 20,2026 update.. no one has called me as they promised in their reply to my complaint .I did get another bill yesterday and a call threatening collection agency.. -
I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren today. What a blessing! I hope you are capable of acknowledging the people that keep your company kickin. In general your mangers have no wherewithal- not a call back. Would challenge you to dig deep, your branch management is well nothing but than subpar.
