Elijah took the time to talk with me and let me show him some stars that I felt needed some extra attention. My yard is beginning to look great. I would welcome him back anytime. Great service.

We have had four properties contracted for lawn care with TruGreen for over a year, and today was the last straw. Their technicians rarely access our backyards and only treat the front yards. The one time they did access the backyard, it turned brown just four hours after they left.

Every time we call customer service, we struggle to communicate because the representatives either barely speak English or are incapable of assisting with our needs—sometimes both. Today, I stayed home from work for an appointment, only to have the technician tell me he couldn't help and that I needed to speak to the "main office" or, as he called them, the "real TruGreen people."

When I asked him to report what he saw, he was reluctant. I'm not sure what happened, but I decided to cancel all future services. Our lawns are in worse condition than when we started, and we have nothing to show for it except thousands of dollars gone from our bank account.

I do not recommend TruGreen to anyone who values customer service, their time, or the health of their lawn.

I had an opportunity to speak with the technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain the fertilization and weed control process. He then gave me advice and what to look for so that I can set realistic expectations for the relationship between myself and True Green going forward.

Tech came to do my first application and explained what was going to happen next and when the treatment was going to dry and when I could put water on the lawn

I spoke with the person doing the treatment on my yard. She was very nice and she explained what she was going to be doing this morning. Thank you for amazing service!

I am very pleased with the service provided this week when I called in with a concern. Not only did I have a service manager, Greg, come out to the house to speak with me and look over my property, but a re-service was scheduled and completed the very next day, free of charge. Regina came out to the house for the reservice, spoke with me about my concerns, and treated every single portion of my property, even things I hadn't thought to request! She was extremely generous, knowledgeable, and answered all questions I had. On top of all of this, TruGreen also reached out to me two different times during the process to ensure someone locally had been in touch and that my concerns were being addressed properly. Perfect marks for customer service, I'm very happy! Thank you!

Made an online quote inquiry over the weekend. By noon on Wednesday, I had received no less than 4 phone calls and 3 text messages. When I was able to answer one of the calls, I explained that simply based off of the barrage of calls and texts, I would not be going with their company. Instead of acknowledging and moving along, the person on the other end double downed about their tactic and became argumentative. I couldn’t care less if they offer the best service, their marketing and sales tactics are dumb and misguided.

I called because half my lawn is yellow. I wanted someone to come out to my house and look at it and tell me what’s going on. The guy on the phone was a salesman. He would barely let me get a word in sideways. He said they look at my yard from a satellite image. I would have to sign up for service before they could even help me. No. I’m not going to sign up for a monthly plan without someone coming out and looking at my yard. I don’t care who you are, you cannot diagnose my issue from a satellite image. Good luck.

I’m very pleased with the services provided by TruGreen. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Regina W who’s gone above and beyond the call of duty to care for and save my favorite shrub! This shrub is special to me because it was the last one my beloved husband planted before his untimely death in 2009!

We love our mosquito service from TruGreen. I have a small in home daycare with a couple of kids that react terribly to bites so it’s important to me that we have an effective and reliable service. If you are lucky enough to have Simone as your technician, you get thorough treatment with a professional and friendly smile!! She’s the best!!!

Not worth the fees charged. I was unimpressed with weed control. It was better with a competitor and even when I did it myself.

The mosquito control is severely lacking. They only treat immediately around the house. A competitor treats the entire property.

To their credit they will come back out and retreat if not satisfied (which I had to do twice for weeds & mosquitos). But if done corrrectly during the scheduled visits, no interim visits would be needed. After being assaulted by mosquitos again I decided to cancel everything and get a refund.

My lawn is getting better slowly. Their guys are polite and explain their service ,if i am not satisfied they come back for free, price is OK , and comparable, they do give discounts. They are getting better

Their service is exceptional! Always arrive when scheduled and will do their job well even if you are unable to be present. My lawn was patchy with crazy amounts of weeds. Since using their service I have seen a significant decrease in weeds and pest and my lawn has become much greener and healthier. Would recommend!

Danielle was the absolute greatest consultant I’ve ever had the honor, pleasure and privilege of working with on my account. I am blown away by her capacity, desire and vision to help TruGreen become the best company it can be. Highly recommend.

I really appreciated meeting with Ronald today. He explained some things that no one had before. I didn't realize that I really didn't have crabgrass. I just have some different types of grasses. He told me about some recommendations that would be helpful.

TruGreen, has done a great job and I have had them for 3 years and still going green. I hardly see weeds every year and if I do, I just call and TruGreen will come out again to spray them gone. Awesome!!! Thanks TruGreen for taking care of my front and backyard making it nice and a great price!!!

Headache and unprofessional services. Do not use this company.

I engaged with this company after a moving presentation at the lawn and patio show is 2024. They offered a low monthly rate and yearly package options. What I did not realize was how much time and sanity I would lose dealing with them. The crew coming out to do services is different every time and are not necessarily knowledgeable about the services they are providing.

Furthermore, they allowed additional sales team members on my property without my knowledge to solicit additional service packages to add to my annual package. Along with this, some of their sales team members are extremely pushy - calling over and over to check if I wanted to add services. When I did agree to some of the add-ons, I came to find out that the additional services would require completely separate appointments at my property leading me to never be available to supervise any of the services or people on my property.

Before the end of 2024, I contacted Trugreen to let them know that I would not be utilizing their lawn or tree services for the next year. Once 2025 rolled around I received solicitation calls often asking if I wanted to sign up for another year of services. After about the fourth time of asking them not to call me I started receiving automated messages saying that I had a balance due. After calling into the central customer service, I found out that My service agreement for 2025 was active, one appointment had already been conducted on my property without my knowledge, And another one was scheduled soon. The Customer service representative confirmed she saw that I attempted to cancel services in 2024, And was not able to explain to me how I ended up with an active 2025 service agreement.

Hopefully now, After more time and energy spent on the phone, trying to figure out what this company is doing with my information and my property, they will finally leave me alone. With their track record though, blocking any new number they call from may be my only option.

What a joke. What a waste of time.

The first application wasn’t done completely but TruGreen stood by their commitment to provide good customer service. They came back and reapplied the treatment even though it was beyond the normal work hours. The service tech was great at answering questions and addressing any concerns.
