I've been a TruGreen customer for about 3+ years now and I'm thinking about shopping around for a more organized service.We had to call them multiple times to get our first application. When you call them now you get a call center that knows nothing about what's going on. Scheduling is fair with them. You don't get notice until the night before an application so if you have something scheduled that is conflicting, you have to reschedule. It would be nice to have some idea when they are coming more than less than 24-hour notice. The app that they use on the phone is pretty sketchy. It only works 1/2 the time.

Time will tell on the lawn as we just received our first application today. However, I wanted to praise the specialist Richard H, aka Ricky. He was a very polite and respectful young man. He seemed to do the job thoroughly. He was great, answered all my questions and didn't rush me. The A.C. in his truck was broken so I gave him an ice water that he appreciated. Please fix his truck TrueGreen 😉

For my service on 09-22. The technician was friendly. He was thorough and took special care of some problematic spots on the lawn. Great work!

I talked to Shaun and he was professional and thorough explaining what he was applying and how it will help out the lawn.

Shaun ID#10215134 was very professional, came to my door introduced himself and explain he was with true green and would be applying fertilizer for our yard.

Danielle was 5 stars, kind, considerate, and shrugged off the soaking rain when I asked her about it. She was here to feed our fruit trees. I deducted a star because TruGreen didn’t alert me about their arrival so I could lock my dog up.

When I first bought my house in two thousand and nine, this company serviced my lawn.Well no bugs insects and my grass dark money. Color green.perfect thats why I'm back no one does it better

I’m very happy with the treatment I received today. Symone was kind and explained what would be done and was very receptive when showing her the parts of my flower beds that needed to be protected. Too soon to tell on the treatment effectiveness but I’m happy with the ease of service and how quickly they arrived.

The technician who serviced my lawn, with an aeration and over-seeding, is very experienced and thorough. He knocked on my door to make his presence known. Before he serviced my lawn, he explained the process. Then, afterwards, he asked if I had any questions, and he discussed how to care for it.

I would never use this company again. Customer services were not helpful. I set it to auto-charge on my card and when you get a text and If you don't call and request to cancel a service, you get charge. Unfair!

After 6yrs with this company, there is nothing TrueGreen can do. That is not a fair way to treat a customer that has been auto-pay for 6.5yrs. Check your spam text if you have TrueGreen service. I would recommend LawnPride, or Just in Time, or Weedman. Cheaper and easier to work with.

Marquis did a great job today. Thorough wet application of fertilizer, weed control and grub management. We talked after the application and he didn’t have any concerns. I’m content with the health of our lawn. We’ll see how it does as we get deeper into the summer🤞

The very first visit the technician knocked over my neighbors mailbox causing damage. I called the supervisor and he gave me an extra seeding. A few months pass and we had our yard aerated the technician broke a section of our brand new wooden privacy fence. I called spoke to the same supervisor. He said they would pay for damages. I tried getting in contact with the company that did our fence but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I ended up repairing it myself and canceled my contract. I asked for a refund on the services I prepaid for. I would definitely go somewhere else for your lawn care need the there is no accountability what so ever in true green at all.

They had corp call me back and issued half a refund for service that automatically reoccurred even though we prepaid for one year. Happy with corp not necessarily with the billing/subscription process for simple lawn care

Shawn and his co-worker were very polite and professional. They introduced themselves and asked if I were okay. They asked if I had problems or concerns and explained what would occur during this service.

Shawn was a pleasure to have working on our lawn! He was very detailed and had great communication! Even was kind enough to bring our trash cans to our garage. (10215134)

My wife and I bought an investment property in the Holy Cross neighborhood of Indianapolis. The yard was non-existent with the exception of weeds. TruGreen has helped to make this yard look amazing. We can’t say enough about the quality of service and their communication.

My service technician, Breezy, was polite and informative. He treated my moist yard with a hand speader, so as not to cause damage. Very thoughtful!
I have been using Trugreen for 20 years and their service is dependable. Anytime,I have had an issue, which has been seldom, it is promptly addressed. My lawn looks great, once Spring arrives.

Eli has solid business ethics, trustworthy, and timeliness. His staff are respectful of your property and they do quality work. I would recommend Tree Services and More to all my real estate clients, friends and neighbors!

Eli is a consummate professional. He communicates very clearly and consistently about his times of arrival and setting expectations for a job. His fees are extremely reasonable considering the professionalism he provides. He is bonded and his staff is likewise professional. The cleanup is amazing. I know when I have him do work I can rely on his judgment and thoroughness.
