Aaron has been to our house a couple of times for different issues. He has always been quick to respond and is very thorough. Aaron will not only fix the problem, he will find the root cause to ensure it doesn't happen again. We have come to trust him so much that we have a service agreement with him. We know our home is in good hands with Aaron and Envirocare

Aaron is exceptionally knowledgeable and competent in his work. Anyone out there looking for help will do well contacting Aaron first, before being told by others that they can't perform the service required.

Experienced technician; however, the company is WAY over priced on service calls. No service was performed at my home. Only suggested diagnostic advice given. Accordingly to the web and the surrounding HVAC companies, the average hvac service call is between $100.00 - 250.00. My charge was $265.00. What upset me, the technician ALSO charges for time traveled. You are not charged from leaving their shop to your home (30 mins), but from where his last call is from (Muncie, IN (53 minutes!). He could have been 2 hours away and you have to pay for it!!! You are NOT told this at the time of setting up an appointment. Only “time and material”. Not time, travel and material. At the end, they give you a “break” by compensating the travel time so it seems you are getting a good deal. He said it would have cost you $463.25, but my wife said to only charge you a service call. What a rip off with no service performed! My husband thinks the job wasn’t “money” big enough for the company to want to deal with. Happily, we got another company to fix it 2 days later!

I have a 30+ year old fireplace that is of course no longer manufactured. Aaron has kept my fireplace working for years, and at times required pretty creative solutions since parts are not generally available. Saved me from having to rip the whole tiled wall out and replacing the unit. Thank you!
-
Be warned, they are horribly expensive! I was charged $260/hour to repair my gas fireplace and that included the time it takes to drive to my home. I paid $811 to repair a gas valve that took 40 minutes to diagnose and repair. What they are best at is over charging their customers. Horribly Expensive. Buyer beware.
-
Terribly expensive. We were charged $65 for every 15 minutes including the time he drove to the house at the time he stayed in the truck on our driveway. I paid $730 for a diagnostic test with no repair. None of those charges were disclosed before the visit.
Would not recommend to anybody. -
We have had Aaron out a few times to fix our freestanding gas heat stove and he has always done excellent work! He fixes the issues and explains the work and what is going on with it. Prices are fair and he breaks down costs of everything and does not try to upsell or do work that is unnecessary. He is great to work with and very friendly! Highly recommend.

Aaron has been doing fabulous work on my very old gas boiler for 2 years now. I'm impressed in several ways. Very few HVAC business will even entertain managing such a unit. The efficiency of the heating has been boosted. Aaron is honest, direct and straightforward in his dealings. and always has more than one idea for improving/fixing. A friend also uses his services and they have non-gas heating. They also have high praise for Envirocare.

Our fireplace stopped working, and Aaron came out to diagnose the issue. He ordered the necessary parts, and after multiple follow-ups on my end, we were finally able to schedule the repair. When Aaron arrived for the scheduled service, he informed us that he did not have the required parts on his truck, requiring the appointment to be rescheduled.
As a result, we were placed back at the end of the service queue, which led to an additional three-week delay due to the holiday. While the fireplace is now functioning, the scheduling difficulties and the decision to arrive for a repair appointment without the necessary parts were extremely frustrating. This was compounded by a lack of ownership; Aaron stated that this “happens sometimes,” which did not feel professional or acceptable given the inconvenience caused.
Additionally, we were provided with an estimate of $1,200–$1,300, yet the final charge was close to $1,500, without prior explanation. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and challenging, and it fell short of reasonable expectations for service and communication. -
Ryan called ahead to ensure we would be home. He showed up on time. He explained to wife what all we had going on and how much more it would be compared to the $59.95 coupon. He quoted it at $850 to which we negotiated down to $500. I feel he did a great job with his work and negotiating. There are 2 things that made this a 4 rating instead of a 5. 1. He was alittle to pretentious when my wife asked questions about what he was doing. 2. The jump in price from the coupon to the $850 was a little bit much and the fact he went straight done to 500 was concerning. I felt like we got high balled right out the gate to see if we would negotiate. I think starting at a better pricing ro begin would help keep your ratings up so people aren't taken back by such a jump. Over all though, he did a great job and we are pleased with the service!

Great experience with Indoor Air Care as we moved into our first home and wanted to clean out the system from the previous owner's pets. We used the $69.95 coupon which covered most of our home. Peyton and Bryan were very professional, friendly, and helpful technicians.

We moved into our first home that hadn’t had the vents cleaned before. Dirty is an understatement, but Steve was amazing through the whole process! He was communicating everything he needed to do and thoroughly explained why in ways that didn’t make me feel dumb. He was extremely courteous with me working from home. He’s personable, knowledgeable, timely, and makes you feel like he genuinely cares! We did spend more than we initially anticipated, but we also weren’t aware of every issue until Steve educated us on what was going on. I feel our money was well spent and would recommend their services to anyone in the area! I also recommend they give Steve a raise for securing a long term customer and promoting trust!!

One star for following reasons. Not impressed with the low price bait tactics this company advertises! I expected upcharges from the $69, for things like dryer vent cleaning. But not $364 because of "extras" our small house has. The cleaning needed to be done so went ahead and agreed to it. The tech left dirt and debris on the floor and didn't clean up after himself. The outside of the furnace looked like it was in a dust storm. He showed my wife a video of a vent with dirt and debris in it. We were never shown what came out of our vents. Never showed us what the ducts looked like after they were cleaned. That would have been nice to see what we were paying for. Just beware that you will definitely be paying more that the $69. They charge $75 to drill 3 holes in your duct work and tape back over it.

Ryan was my technician and he did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and showed me pictures. I will definitely recommend Indoor Air care to my family and friends and will definitely use again!!!!
