The house we moved into likely never had their vents cleaned. The previous owner smoked and had cats. Jeremy from Indoor Air Care came in the day after I called the company due to their add. Despite being significantly higher priced than the add Jeremy quoted us fairly. The add as explained when I called is priced for the most simple of air systems, I had already assumed that it was just an attention grabber. Jeremy gave us enough time to think about it after quoting and we ended up accepting the service! He showed us before and after photos as I requested and was respectful while he worked. It was loud of course, but I was able to continue working from home (with a mask) while he did the job. Now the air in the house noticeably feels/smells cleaner… and I got to see basically a barrel of cat hair they removed from our vents. I’m sure I only saw because I requested it, but literally we got our money worth for sure.

Ryan came out this week do my duct cleaning, we have a very old house and he did a great job showed us before and after pictures and treated our hvac system with an antimicrobial treatment, would highly recommend informative and friendly.

We had Ryan out today to clean our vents, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy with add-ons or unnecessary services—he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was being done. You can tell he really knows his craft. Excellent service from start to finish!

We received a mailer for duct cleaning for $69. The mailer did specify that it was for duct cleaning for 12 vents 1 return and 1 main. Our house has 19 ducts, 2 returns and 4 mains. Bryan, the technician, did a walk through of our house, counted the vents mains and returns, inspected the furnace and mains for any built up mildew, mold or other substances, and provided a multiple option quote to clean the HVAC. The quote was for the original coupon price, which would only include the aforementioned, a price to do all of the vents and returns, a price for doing everything, and a price for everything with a sanitizer they add for any built up mold or mildew. Bryan was very professional and pleasant to work with. My one complaint would be that the mailer should include the price of additional services. Overall, I believe it was around the same price to clean as anywhere else.

Our technicians, Ryan and Dillon, arrived on time and sported a friendly and professional demeanor. They explained the duct cleaning procedure and got to work quickly. I appreciated their service.

I had an odor I believed was coming through my vent so I looked through Val-Pak and found the Indoor Air Care coupon for a cleaning. When Rocky and Mike arrived Rocky was really upfront with me and wanted to survey the situation first. Eventually they checked the furnace and opened a couple vents and said everything looked good and was clean. They were still determined to see if they could find a rodent anywhere and looked through the ducts upstairs and downstairs. They even popped off some of my ceiling tiles in the basement and found mouse droppings throughout the ceiling showing me I had a problem that I wasn't aware of. They assured me that I had a couple years before my vents needed cleaned. They were here well over an hour and didn't charge me a penny. I really appreciate their time and effort trying to solve my problem. Highly recommend!

They were not able to get to me on the original scheduled day. Bryan showed up today after rescheduling last week. I did get a reminder call yesterday about today’s appointment. Bryan gave a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way to my home this morning. He came in and assessed the job and give me a final cost based on my needs. Bryan seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He got the authorization from me and got the job done in short order. He gave us recommendations to better maintain our system and mentioned other services in case we needed them down the road.

Indoor air did a lovely job with the HVAC system at my parents’ house. They helped keep the older furnace that was quite dirty in working order, and they made the air feel much fresher in the home.

These guys are fabulous! They got me scheduled super quick, and was super professional. Ryan showed me all the pictures he took along the way to ensure I was comfortable with the work! Nick came out and serviced and cleaned the entire HVAC system, cleaned the furnace, and installed a mold mitigation system. I was extremely impressed and pleased by the quick, but thorough work Nick did for us. He took the time to explain the whole process to me so that I understood everything he was doing and he was very professional, had excellent customer service, communication and I could tell he was good at his job. I was also impressed by his honesty, I had a few different companies come out for a quote on the same job and Nick let me know that a competitor offered a good price for the service. You don’t see that every day, good honest, work for a fair price. I’d rehire or recommend this company any time.

The service was splendid, not only did Mike help us get our vents cleaned but informed us what he was doing through the cleaning process. Highly recommend! I was able to schedule a next-day appointment without any hassle. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He confirmed the exact cost after a pre-inspection so there were no hidden charges. The process was transparent, and seeing the before/after pictures gave me great peace of mind.
