Awesome customer service! I had issues with connections on a new a/c unit and Josh was able to fix it quickly. He educated me on what the issue was and how he fixed it. I would definitely recommend him for any hvac needs.

Josh was phenomenal. He has helped us twice and most recently, fixed our HVAC issue after it started sputtering and he came out during the snowstorm to fix it. He was at our house within the hour. So kind and efficient, and quick response time. Thankful to have someone like Josh that we can trust as new homeowners!

Called when the A/C went out with the temperature approaching 100 degrees. Showed up in less than an hour on his way to another installation to see if it was a quick fix. It was had it cooling off less than 90 minutes after the first call. Great service and value. I will continue to use them for all my needs and highly recommend you do the same.

Matt made time the day after I talked to him to come out and get started replacing rotted duct work in my crawl space. They were considerably cheaper than the quote from the larger company that had previously done work on my heating and air conditioning but, had not told me about the issues I had with my ductwork. I'm already noticing better air flow in the house. I will definitely be using Matt in the future.

So I called Vital to get a second opinion because another company wanted to just replace my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger. First, Vital was on time and the tech was very honest. I showed him the pictures that the other company emailed me after the service, he laughed and said that he didn’t see the heat exchanger cracked and that the furnace didn’t need to be replaced. It turns out it only needed a new filter and a new flame sensor. I will go with Vital for now on! Matt, you and your crew are awesome!

Matt came out quickly, had the part on him that needed fixed, and the job was done in no time. I had A/C in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, kind, informative, and we greatly appreciated the quick response.

Update 8/5/24 our A/C went out. It was 90 out and 80 inside the house. Matt got us on the schedule quickly, came out the next day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Had it fixed and running again within 15 minutes. Then took some time to do preventative maintenance and cleaned my coils. As usual Matt is fast, reliable and fair priced. This is my 3rd time using Vital and although I hope I don’t have anymore issues, Vital will always be the first call I make if I do.

I’ve used Vital twice now. Had no prior experience with them. Took a gamble on them in July 2021 to install a smart thermostat. Matt answered my calls after hours and scheduled me in right away. He was quick and professional. Two weeks later I contacted him again due to high humidity in the house. I was asking about a whole house dehumidifier, but Matt recommended we do a full service on the unit to ensure everything was correct first. This saved me lots of money and there was indeed other issues going on that Matt corrected. He is professional and knowledgeable in the heating and cooling field. He also took the time to explain the system to me. Vital will be the only company I use from now on. My parents used them as well when their A/C went out and had nothing but great things to say about them as well. Fair prices and very professional/knowledgeable.

We schedule an appointment at 4am for 8-10am that day. The technician was professional and thorough. We will use Vital again for any needs with our air conditioning.
