I definitely recommend Vital Heating & Air. I researched companies, when I needed a new furnace. Others were higher priced and high pressure sales. Then I asked Matt, the owner of Vital, to come and give me his recommendations. He is low-key, knows his products, is professional, and answers your questions. He carries quality solid brands, and will give you several options and prices to choose from, to fit your needs and budget. After reading the info on the furnace systems, which he provided in the quotes, and answering the questions I had, I was happy with the choice I made. Then, this Spring, the A/C went out. I knew I’d be calling Matt again. He again gave me choices, answered my product questions, and I decided which A/C system would be right for my house. He does great work, guarantees it, and has good product warranties. He also cleans up before leaving too. (Something not every company does.) I’m very glad to have found an honest, reliable company to do business with.

Tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The furnace was repaired that day and, best of all, it was still under warranty. No charge! Even though that is expected, you are always anticipating the "but". Not this time. Thank you!

I’ve used Vital to install a new Air Conditioner, convert my house to dual zone, and now to get a whole home humidifier. Their pricing and more importantly service is second to none! I really appreciate their attention to detail and quick responses should I have questions. I highly recommend you use them!

We were having issues with our furnace where it was putting out some heat, but not enough to keep up with the cooling temperatures outside. Because it was not an emergency/no-heat call, other companies couldn't book us for service for a couple days.

Thankfully, Vital was able to come out same-day and diagnose the issue right away. The repair was done within an hour and our furnace is working properly again. The pricing was reasonable and I appreciated that there was no pressure to add on other services or sell us anything we didn't need. Will definitely be using this company again in the future after having bad luck with other HVAC companies in the area. Thank you again Matt!!

We found Matt through a friend that recommended him. We had a system leaking that someone else installed. He was flexible, timely, honest, clearly knew what he was doing, and had fair pricing. He quickly identified the likely causes and made repairs. He was thorough in evaluating all possibilities and gave us an idea of what to keep an eye out for to ensure we resolved the root cause. Will definitely be calling him for any future HVAC needs.

Matt is awesome. I called him 7 years ago to fix my furnace because he came very highly recommended from a friend of mine. My entire family now uses him, as do all of my friends, and multiple companies that I have relationships with.

Mark was on time and very professional. He got the job done very effectively. We are very pleased and even signed up for a service contract.

I had a few quotes from other companies for a new furnace and AC unit. Matt came out next day to give me a quote and saved me a good chunk of money on AC unit and furnace install. He came out a week later to install with Mark and they were professional, honest and efficient, getting the entire system up and running in a day. We have loved the new HVAC system so far! I would definitely use Vital for any future concerns or projects!

Without the hard sell you get from lesser companies, he carefully explained our options.l and answered all of our questions. Nick called to let me know he was about 10 minutes out. He arrived promptly. Asked me if I was having any issues. Then went right to work. We discussed the age of my furnace and the A/C and installing replacements. He went over several options. He answered all of my questions. We also discussed the annual renewal plan. He was friendly and informative.

Nick was great. Explained everything very clear! He showed me that capacitor reading that goes to the fan motor was a little below specifications. He said it would likely be ok for a good while. I chose to replace it. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything not needed. I’ve had other company’s try to scare me into replacing the unit.

Mike came out and did the estimate and took the time to explain different options and features. The quote was very reasonable but beat some other competitors prices for the same features. Austin and Zach did the install and were very professional and committed to doing a great job . They covered other nearby appliances and put down a runner at the door and vacuumed when they were done. They explained all the functions of the new furnace and Thermostat and did not leave until I was comfortable with operating the system. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they put in my father in laws new system and he was very pleased with the whole process start to finish.

We use Brewer H&C for semi-annual tune-ups on our furnace and A/C. Keeps everything in great working order. Sean arrived right on time today. Very professional and polite. Recommend these folks for all of your comfort needs.

What a great company with great employees. Tech was here right on schedule. He diagnosed the problems in minutes and had the furnace running again. No phony statement that I needed a new furnace, he stated that this one could be repaired, although now I trust them if they told me a replacement was needed I certainly would believe them . The technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to take time to answer my questions. I can honestly say that I have found my HVAC contractor for any future work needed. Fair prices also! Brewer is one great company to do business with. Highly recommended.

They told us last year that we needed to replace our a/c system. I was able to limp it along for one more year. This year when it finally died they were able to provide good data concerning existing energy costs compared to the costs of the new models they offered to show how much we could expect to save annually. Once we made a decision Jay was able to rearrange their schedule to install our new system the next day. They credited the service call where they confirmed our system died back to us for buying a system. They did have an issue with installing the natural gas manifold. However they were able to quickly repair to meet the expectations of Citizens. The installers were polite and did a nice job keeping the work area clean.
