Arrived as scheduled. Very professional and efficient. Completed heating and air conditioning service in a reasonable time. Showed me how to monitor filter use through setting on electronic thermostat. Wore mask while in the house which was very important for me as community rate of COVID is up again. Thank you, Blake!

Returned 3 years later to install new motor for furnace. Professional and on time. Explained the company had not returned to do a post installation inspection which probably was cause for motor failure ….even though they had provided annual maintenance service. Drove to get a new motor and had it installed within two hours. Technician was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the motor runs almost all day long even when temperature is 72 outside and is set at 68 for heating. The motor is very noisy, runs with high pitch that keeps me awake. It is 3:00 A.M. as I write this…

At that time, (love being able to set up appointments online at 5:00 A.M.) I set up an appointment online for two days out and they called next day saying they could find time to come out to look at furnace between appointments. I could not be home so looked forward to seeing them at the appointed time. Fortunately, that day the fan stopped running all the time, the heat pump started working, and the time and date on the electronic thermostat was corrected....making me think perhaps something was reset remotely. Thanks, Irish Air. Great service!

Blake is so nice, on time, and thorough. He gets us ready for winter and cones back in the Spring for the AC.We know we"re in good hands with Irish, and Blake!

Why did the service tech that came to do the service on our heating/A/C which is under warranty not notice our furnace had error 108 times. We had to call after it we had another error.

I've been using Irish Air for all of my heating and ac needs for over 3 years. We have them do maintenance twice a year and have been very impressed with the service we receive.

They've replaced an entire system for us. The installation and follow up was meticulous. They offered fair prices and I can't speak highly enough about their service from start to finish. I am very picky about who I let into my home, and it was a relief being able to trust the people and products being installed.

What a great team of people! From the office to the field techs, everyone was great to interact with. The diagnosis was explained clearly including the work to get everything back in order.

Clear, honest, knowledgeable! Absolutely beautiful installation that gave me An additional 10 ft.² of floor space. The system is working faster and quieter than my R22 25-year-old unit. Can’t wait to see how fast things warm up in the winter time.

Our AC was not working well during a recent heat wave. Many calls for help sometimes were not even answered after long waits. Irish Air LLC was recommended by our daughter and I’m so glad I called them and had a real person answer. At first I was given a two day wait for an appointment, but the very next morning I received a text saying a service call by Joel Stewart was available between 1PM and 3PM instead. What excellent communication and customer care from Irish Air! (A larger, well known company had given a service window of 7AM to 10PM!)

Joel texted me when he was on his way. His picture was provided along with vehicle description and a live map tracking his location. He pulled up at the time expected and, despite the very high humidity and temperature, got right to work in a friendly, focused and professional manner. His 4 years experience representing Irish Air has given him confidence and knowledge. He answered my questions, explained what was wrong after an extensive electronic diagnosis and never tried to upsell me on anything. The cost was reasonable and fair.

I will definitely use Irish Air LLC again, if needed, and highly recommend their skilled services to others. I am so glad to know about this locally owned business that is very competent, competitive and trustworthy!

I was quoted a large amount by a different company to replace my AC unit that was not giving me any problems. This quote was certainly fishy so I immediately called Irish Air as they are the only company I could trust! They came out next day and eased my mind completely and showed me how my systems are working fine. They could have easily recommended replacements (I showed them the previous quote) at a cheaper price than the competitor and cashed in on my fear, instead they did the right thing and told me not only to reject the previous quote but that the work isn't needed at all. They have gained a customer for life.

Joel came out on the coldest day of the year when we had no heat. They were able to see us same day, and got a new blower installed the same day to get our heat back up and running. He was kind, helpful, and the pricing is fair for the work he did. We have used Irish Air several times based on the recommendation of a family member, and continue to recommend them.

Everyone from Irish Air is very professional and helpful. I was working from home the day of the install and the crew was so quiet I barely even noticed them. Excellent work and excellent service. Thank you!

I called Irish Air because I was unhappy with my previous HVAC service company, and I have seen them recommended many times on Next Door. The first thing that I noticed was that I could schedule easily online and was provided a 2-hour window for service. I didn't have to stay home all day waiting on the service tech. As a matter of fact, the technician called me and said he was available to arrive early and asked if that would be convenient. I was delighted! I explained to the technician what my previous company had told me was needed, three moderately serious matters. He checked all of it out very thoroughly and told me that none of it needed to be done; that my system was working very well. I am taking out a service club contract with this company and dropping my previous company!

Update: Just had my second appointment for HVAC cleaning maintenance with Irish Air. Can't say enough good things about them. Professional and prompt. So glad I switched to this company.

Update: Had my second maintenance appointment with this company. I was so impressed that the young man who checked everything remembered to reset my thermostat just the way he found it and reminded me that I had unlocked the back door so he could go out to the air handler unit, and actually arrived to the appointment early after calling me and asking me if that was convenient.

Got a new system with Irish. Top notch experience. Jake explained all the options well. Installers were on time. Polite. Put down floor and carpet coverings. They were very careful not to hit a wall. Extra guy showed up to haul away trash late morning. Great experience. Will highly recommend to everyone

I have a rental property and Irish Air is fantastic. Their service is prompt, professional and they never do more than is needed. Not to mention they are courteous and very responsive!!! I would highly recommend them and I am not related, in fact I have never personally met them. Great Job!!

I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled and called same day to get amazing super quick service. Jim went out of his way to get his tech Joseph out to me to help get my Google Nest thermostat installed properly. Literally within 30 minutes of calling without an appointment Joseph showed up. Also he was very informative which was great. You can always tell when someone just shows up to do a job without care and Joseph was definitely not that. Really gave great info and spent the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understand what was being done. 100% will be coming back!

Very professional! They replaced my furnace and A/C. They were neat, quick and skilled. As a home inspector, I see many HVAC systems installed in a sloppy manner with no regards to safety standards or codes. Irish Air met every benchmark and did it all in a day and left the home and yard as they had found it. I only recommend companies that I have worked with and approve of, and Irish air is at the top of the list!
