had John come out add fix a broken pipe in bathroom cabinet. helpful, quick, and very reasonably priced. Also shared a contact for the ceiling repair i am going to need. Very happy with Howald

Tech was friendly and helpful. Was kind of shocked by the bill. Checked voltages and tightened a loose wire at junction box near furnace. No materials used and there for 1hr max. $475?!!! No heads up - just "That's the bill".

Our furnace stopped working this morning. Larry Wright from Howald was here by the afternoon and fixed the minor issue causing it to shut off. We appreciate the prompt help and the willingness to fix our old furnace and keep it going a little longer.

Joe went over and above what was expected. He took down event for me that allowed me to wash it and he put it up tight so it wouldn’t rattle. I’ve always found Howald to be reliable, friendly and fair.

We have been loyal customers of Larry Howald since he started his plumbing division. Will have to think about it in the future. The estimate stated 6 hour job and $1,300. The job actually took 2 1/2 hours and I asked for a “review” of the charges. I was told it was a fixed rate, not an hourly rate. Seems inconsistent.

Joe was right on time and did a great job checking on our HVAC system. He did everything he could to keep the system working and keep us from spending a lot on a repair. Will be working with Howald again for sure!

Larry Wright was great. He figured out what was needed quickly. However I am very disappointed in your company. It is really hard to believe that a company your size would not have a blower motor in stock. Four days without heat caused a ton of problems including a broken water pipe.
