I cannot say enough good things about Irish Air. They truly went above and beyond, and their honesty saved my special-needs friend from being taken advantage of.
My friend is 72 years old, lives alone, and is on a very limited income. After an annual furnace inspection by another HVAC company, he was told his 9-year-old Carrier gas furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, that it was dangerous to use, and that he needed a replacement. He was even shown photos of the alleged cracks.
Something didn’t sit right, so I contacted Carrier directly. Carrier recommended getting a second opinion from Irish Air, and I am incredibly grateful they did.
From the very first phone call, Tammy was kind, patient, and genuinely concerned. She treated the situation seriously and with respect.
Joseph, the technician who came out, was exceptional. He performed a thorough inspection, carefully checked the heat exchanger, and tested for carbon monoxide. He found no cracks whatsoever and no CO issues. Even more troubling, Joseph noticed that the photos provided by the original HVAC company were not even of my friend’s furnace heat exchanger.
Joseph was professional, calm, and honest — and he had the integrity to say clearly that the furnace was fully functional and safe to use.
Irish Air quite literally saved the day. They protected a vulnerable senior from what appears to have been a predatory situation that could have cost him thousands of dollars he simply does not have.

Irish Air (HVAC) is awesome.

They installed our new furnace and A/C a few years ago, and even back then their pricing and service were excellent. We got quotes from several companies and did our due diligence; Irish Air stood out at the top in every way. Even years later, they continue to impress.

Just two days ago, they came out for our annual furnace service. No fake issues, no upselling—just did the work professionally and left.

I asked the technician whether they also service humidifiers. He explained that another technician would need to take a look and that it might need an adjustment or possibly a replacement. We were fully prepared to replace it if needed.

The technician came today, adjusted the water valve, made sure everything was working properly, and left—no charge, no sales pitch.

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been extremely courteous, honest, and highly skilled. I honestly feel they deserve to be recognized here for their integrity and consistently outstanding service.
