Irish Air replaced our heat pump, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about our options, and he patiently answered all my questions—over several days—as we fine-tuned the estimate. Out of all the companies we contacted, their pricing was by far the most reasonable, especially compared to the big-name places. The installation team showed up right on time and had everything wrapped up before 3. They were professional, efficient, and took the extra time to make sure I understood everything, which meant a lot during what can be a pretty stressful process for a homeowner.

I had a great experience with this company as a first time customer. The tech that came out walked me through the system I have, the improvements that it can have done and didn’t try to upsell me in any way. I loathe being subjected to sales pitches so this was a really wonderful plus in my book. Not only did they offer the best prices in the area, but they also use top-of-the-line Carrier products, which immediately improved the comfort in my home, especially the warmer upstairs bedrooms. The installers were clean and professional from start to finish.

Next, I had the pleasure of meeting with Jake for the system replacement quote. Always prompt. Joseph considered my concerns & offered a thorough explanation of what was happening with my furnace/AC system. Needed a follow-up visit for continued condensation in a different location than for the first call & the company included the calls together on the same service fee. I highly reccommend Irish Air for best product, lowest price, great service and perfect communication. I found Irish Air had over 700 perfect reviews, so I felt very comfortable calling them. The whole process was super smooth, no presure and no upsale. A lady picked up first call to take note, 2 hours later, Jake call to discuss what I was looking for. He was very knowledgable about AC and Furnace and offered the best system at lowest price and come with 10yr warranty. Jake always reply my texts quickly and honestly. On stallation day, they were on time and installation went well.

Joseph came to answer any questions we had regarding our new Carrier Heat Pump that’s recently installed. He went over the thermostat settings detail, maintenance, and other questions about house vents, air purifiers. He’s knowledgeable and generous with his time spent with us.

We have used Irish Air in the past for our heater installation and were pleased with the whole process, so when it came time to replace the A/C, it was a no brainer. Happy to work with them again anytime. The product and services were quality at a reasonable price.
