Brewer took good care of us when our 2nd floor system aged out and began leaking. Jas was very helpful with the quote, clean up, and installation of a new system. Great working with him and Matt.

I had my maintenance service on my heater completed this morning. 1.12.2026. The technician called me so I knew when he would arrive (on time!) and he was very nice and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. I'm very happy with my maintenance package for my heater and a/c I have with Brewer!

Excellent response to a pop-up furnace issue! Service was fast and accurate with a reasonable price.

Our A/C quit working sometime during the day on Sunday and Brewer had a technician out on Monday morning before 10 and had the issue resolved and fixed in a short time. The system is working well again. Brewer explained what failed and that it was a common failure for this part and that our system fine. I appreciate their timeliness because the weather was relatively cool the day the A/C failed but was forecast to get much warmer over the next few days. Brewer has always been very dependable and very cooperative to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!!.

Back in January, Had thought that we would tough out the cold. Furnace was running but not keeping house warm. 55 degrees when I woke up and decided to call someone. My old company, Mark IV was now with Brewer.
Filled out online form and 5 minutes later was contacted. Said that they would put me on the schedule for later in the day.
Received a call from the tech, forgot his name, who said he could be here in 45 minutes.
Came in and found that only 1 bank out of 3 was running. This was the original furnace in this house so we opted for a heat pump. Best decision ever!!

Jas was wonderful. He set an appointment and made it out the next day after my call. He arrived when he said he would. He got right to work. He explained what he was doing and why. He was able to tell me the noice I was concerned about shouldn’t be a problem, but he tested and noticed there was a problem with my capacitor. He had one on hand, replaced it quickly and followed up when he was finished. I would absolutely use Brewer again.

An accident on I465 caused a late start and an unexpected hole in the plenum added to the time delay . The installers handled the situation professionally and worked tirelessly to install my new hvac system. I now have wonderfully cool air in my home. I am thankful to Brewer for their employees who maintained pleasant attitudes the whole time. Thanks Brewer!

Every tech I’ve met has been friendly, professional, and willing to take the extra time to chat and explain things clearly, whether it’s a basic question or something more detailed. Install was smooth, maintenance has been reliable, and overall they’ve made HVAC feel low-maintenance. Highly recommend.

Mike did a great job unclogging our exhaust pipe for our Navien tankless w.h. After our 11” snowfall.

Our 18-year-old furnace went out last night at 3 AM. Brewer installed a new furnace and thermostat today by 2 PM. Service was incredible!

My technician, Mike, went above and beyond to help. He was at my house within 1 hour of my initial call, had the part I needed on his truck and had everything back and running in no time. Our technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant And on time. We signed up for a maintenance agreement, we pay one price and they come twice a year or whenever we need them. The technician helped me pick up for his filters on Amazon to save money.
