Excellent service—very efficient. They called ahead and even arrived earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. The technician went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Indianapolis area. By far the best HVAC service I’ve ever experienced. I’m very grateful, extremely pleased, and glad I signed up for the membership for routine checks.

Jas came out the same day I called. Had to replace A/C and gas furnace. Lined up appointment. Austin and Trent ( I hope I have his name right, Jas brother.) were absolutely on time, professional and very patient with me asking questions. They did an AWESOME job and cleaned up extremely well. I started using Brewer Mechanical because they bought a smaller company that I used to do business with. I didn’t think I would like them as well but turns out I like them better. Twice they’ve saved my bacon from the fire. While out of town and turning the repair over to my tenant, they called a company that shall remain Nameless. The nameless company said that I needed this that the other and it would be 7500 to $10,000 andtake six weeks to get parts from China. When you’re talking that kind of money you get a second opinion. Brewer came out and tested the compression of the so-called part that needed to be replaced and it was not only good but excellent. They put new coolant in it and to date a year and s half later all is good at a fraction of the cost of the other company I think it was somewhere around $700 by the time they made adjustments replaced parts and the service call. Now I’m not much on maintenance plans but they offer one and I placed one on my house. It’s the Fourth of July weekend and guess what I have air conditioning failure. Brock, was the technician on call, he said he would be out in the afternoon he came but before coming, he explained that there would be $107 service call fee and no overtime or holiday rate because I had a maintenance program. Catching a break. All the while I’m expecting that $7500-$10,000 hit now, and he says I need a new capacitor for my air-conditioning fan. All said and done, it was $300 and it’s cooling great. It’s these kind of things that tell you a company has integrity, Other companies just like to replace parts and hope It works. If it doesn’t, it’s because it needs another part.I don’t know if they’re ignorant or thieves but Needless to say I don’t do business with them. I’ll keep doing business with Brewer until they give me a reason not to. you really get a feeling that you’re dealing with a local company.

I've used Brewer for the better part of a decade—installs, repairs, maintenance, and odd jobs. Their prices are fair. They do great work. If there's a problem, they make it right. I've found everyone to be honest and friendly. It's a classy organization. Highly recommended.

The guys were right on time, super friendly, and spent considerable time doing our annual furnace maintenance. Also checked and cleaned our two mini-splits. We’ve been using Brewer H&AC for probably 2 decades. Although over the years personnel have changed, we’re always deeply satisfied with the people who come to our home and the work they do. Our equipment always runs reliably and I attribute that to these folks. Highly recommended for your heating & A/C needs.

Techs Austin and Shawn arrived on time. Their proficiency and attention to detail resulted in a quality installation. They cleaned up and left everything better than when they arrived. I have ALWAYS thought I could have done a better job than the work performed by installers; not so this time. It was perfection, and I am a perfectionist!!!

Thank you! For coming to check my furnace which had quit working at night when it was 3 degrees out. Brock was here just after midnight! The furnace was replaced and working within 24hours of my call. All of this finished when the big snow had just started. The next day I found water dripping from above the furnace. They found that the previous people had put electrical tape connecting PVC pipes! Brewer also replaced all of this! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Quality people!!! Quality work!!!

Brewer has always been great at servicing our home and other properties HVAC/AC systems. Professional, friendly, great consumer service; giving options over weekends for emergency services and helping maintain our whole house humidifier. Reasonable prices for new units & services. Their staff is prompt to get regular maintenance scheduled and gives reminders and opportunity to change those dates as needed. Works with tenants if you have rental properties.

Brewer heating and cooling took great care of us. It was a Saturday and our furnace was acting up and within a couple of hours the technician was at my home. He was courteous and had us up and running better than ever in no time. I signed up for the Maintenance plan, that I should’ve done a long time ago and we were good to go. 10 out of 10 experience.
