I contacted Vital because we were noticing a weird smell every time the furnace/AC was running. They had a technician to me within an hour. They always answer right away or respond to messages very quickly. Great customer service and very reasonable pricing!

Vital replaced my heat pump outdoor fan motor. Came out on short notice. Technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other quote I had from a different company. I've found my new Heating and Cooling company!

I noticed my AC was not working Monday Evening after being at work all day. I got online, found Vital Air, booked an appointment online for the next day!! It was super easy! Mark was at my house the next day. Mark was pleasant and kept me informed of what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He also kept me informed of the prices of everything that needed to be done. I think I found my new go to HVAC company! Excellent customer service and results . They picked up the phone immediately and had someone (Mark) out the next day to look over my upstairs and downstairs units. Unbeknownst to me, I had a clogged drain catch downstairs and a faulty float switch upstairs. Both were diagnosed quickly and I’m back running again. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone with confidence.

Matt the owner spent several minutes running through possible fixes. Then he called the next day to see if a technician was needed. Mark showed up on time and dived right in. He found a bad part which is old and they don't normally see. He left came back and even left a spare. I would have happily paid twice the charge. An amazing company. Thank you. Hopefully I won't have more problems but if I do I know who to call.

Vital Heating and air are trustworthy and affordable. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off with them. The owner is very knowledgeable! Matt was introduced to us by a neighbor, who used Vital Heating & Air for some repair work. We just happen to have a need for a new HVAC system, so I contacted Matt a few times. Matt was always very responsive, and before I made a decision, I sent a list of questions to him late at night, hoping for answers in a few days, as it was the hottest week so far in the year, and he was very busy. Matt responded to every question very early the next morning, which truly impressed us. Being a small, family owned company, he does not have the kind of overhead bigger companies have, so his price is very reasonable, and beat big companies' price by quite a bit. Matt installed the entire HVAC system (AC/Furnace) in a single day with a co-worker, and kept everything tidy and clean after the installation. His work ethic is impeccable, and his quality of work is great!

We were given their name from my son. He used VITAL HEATING AND AIR AND WAS VERY PLEASED. WE called them on a Monday morning around 9:00 AM talked with them, they were out by 11:30 am. They had the part we needed on truck,he was done by 12:30 and we had cool air again! Very polite and professional. Very happy with the price!

I had the best experience with them. I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. Basically, quoting me 27k for the entire thing. I requested a second opinion, because who in their right mind has that kind of money on hand, and vital debunked everything they said. I couldn't recommend this small company enough and the measures they went through to double check the previous company's complaints.

The service provided by Vital was beyond what I was expecting. The Owner and employee that came out to my house was very friendly and professional. They helped me understand everything and was very patient. I would highly recommend using them for your heating and AC needs!
