Good prices, not the lowest price-but when I used the cheapest guy available, this mistake caused us to pay a lot more $$$$$ in the long run for cheap equipment (Rheem) that did not last. Randy was honest-even when the news is bad. Randy will not sell too much or as much as he can and take advantage of you. Mike (the installer) and his son were polite, focused on the job, worked hard to install the air handler and respectful and friendly. Randy just wanted to get your furnace/AC working again at the lowest price possible, but when that cant be accomplished, he was honest. We appreciate it.

Randy was great and informative. I felt completely safe and satisfied leaving my HVAC problems in his hands. If you're hesitant about his work, don't be. He is someone worth calling when you need a hand.

When our AC broke, we had a different company come out and to do the test they needed to it was going to be about 4 days and we could not wait that long. I called quality and they were here the next day doing the same test for half of the price! He is so friendly and helpful. He also replaced our AC system for $3,000 less than what the other company quoted us. I HIGHLY recommend Quality to anyone who needs HVAC work done!

Couldn’t be happier with the work performed by Randy and his crew. Explained in detail what needed to be done and then followed through in a professional matter. They were on time, considerate of our home, and cleaned up everything. Randy has followed up to make sure everything is working and that we are happy with the job. We now have a HVAC contractor that we trust should we ever need additional work in the future.

Randy and his team are the epitome of customer service. They are trustworthy, fair, and always on time. We had and new Trane AC unit installed by his install team today and he personally came by this evening to test it and make sure it was running to its full capacity before he went home for the day. They are my go-to guys for ALL my heating and cooling needs.

Called first thing in the morning - Randy was out within 2 hours to assess the issue. By 1 pm he had guys on site installing an entire new unit. Very pleased with the urgency they took in handling my no air conditioning in 90 degree heat.

Quick service response, very professional, replaced furnace and thermostat. I had no idea the furnace had anything to do with the air conditioner not working. Time from service call to replacement of new furnace within 3 days. Very happy with service received. I would strongly recommend this company. The service techs were great and the owner was in constant contact throughout the process, followed up as soon as the job was done, and then later in the day to make sure it was cooling off our home. Excellent customer service.

Randy was very personable and prompt. He was on time and even called to confirm our appointment. He came out to service our unit and after discussing what it would take to fix it we decided to purchase a new one. He went over options with us. The day of installation was smooth, we didn't even know they were there. This was a better experience than we expected. The price was fare and service was great. We will recommend him and if need be use him for service in the future!

Showed up on time. Randy was very personable and informative. And the price for the services was more than reasonable. I will definitely be using Quality moving forward for all of my heating and cooling needs. Don't waste your time with the bigger chain companies.

Our furnace was acting up on Sunday morning. I called Randy, and he came out within two hours of the call. He fixed the problem very quickly and turned the heat back on. He provides great customer service, and I highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling to anyone experiencing AC or furnace issues.

These guys are the best. Texted before they showed up and let me know they were on the way. Very professional, did a very good job very good workmanship worked well with with each other two guys inside two guys outside very talented. Went over the digital thermostat with me when they were done tested the unit all good cleaned up their mess top notch.!!

Randy was incredible and worked so quickly to get our family heat! Our system went out on the Friday before Christmas and he was so responsive and worked to get our family heat during the coldest of days and even over a holiday weekend. He was so kind and gave us very realistic and fair timelines about when he could get everything fixed.
He checked in with me often and made sure that he could get our system up and running as quickly as possible. We will use him for any heating or AC needs we would have in the future.

I wish Randy would have been our first call. I called one of the bigger companies first and I wish I wouldn't have. Not only did Randy fix our heater, he called the next day just to check on us to make sure everything was still working. He busted his tail to get the parts we needed (which were hard to find) and got them installed quickly. We will be using Quality Heating and Cooling moving forward and will recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Our first experience working with Randy was great. We were indicated by a larger HVAC chain company that we needed significant cleanings and replacements in our furnace that would have totaled at a minimum $1,200 if we did that most basic thing they were recommending. Randy came in and took a thorough look, and was able to find that the original assessment by the previous company was way off-base. He made a couple quick changes and recommendations for upkeep, and in the end saved us over $1,000 (and to be sure, this was not at the expense of a good hard look at the issues we called about-- Randy opened up our system and showed us exactly what he was seeing and why he was recommending the solutions he was proposing). We will absolutely be working with Randy in the future and would recommend others do the same!
