I live in an apartment. Randy, our maintenance man, called All Pro to clear a clogged drain. Jonathan, your technician, responded quickly and cleared the main building drain. He was polite, friendly, and kept me informed of progress. I even learned a little about blockages. I highly recommend him and thank him for fixing not only my problem, but for the six other residents living in my building.

Will and Anderson did an excellent job installing our new units! They were both so kind and worked hard to get the job done. It was a big job, but they completed it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

Jon was an absolute lifesaver! Our shower was now working and was completely broken. We couldn’t pull the switch to get the water to come through the shower head.
Jon was sent to come and fix the issue on the primary bathroom. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He went to the store to get the supplies he needed.
He replaced the faulty converter valve and fixed the issue with precision. His workmanship was top-notch, and he left the bathroom spotless—no mess at all! (Which I really appreciate)
The shower now works perfectly, with better water pressure than before.
If you need a reliable, skilled plumber who actually cares about quality work, Jon is your guy. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Will came out of the apartment it was extremely snowy out, but he was still able to make it and diagnose what was wrong with it. Highly recommend this company. They were super pleasant despite all of this. We recommend.

Look, we all know HVAC and plumbing emergencies are basically adulting’s worst nightmares, but then Will and Jon show up, and suddenly everything feels like a cozy sitcom where the heroes actually fix things. These guys were so cool, i felt comfortable putting on my podcast and we listened while they were hard at work and shared a few laughs.

I wasnt just satisfied when these two left— I was like, “Why didn’t we call them sooner?” And that’s because Will and Jon finish up like pros! (its right there in the name) thorough, confident, and with zero doubt.

Hello my Technician Shawn came in, expected, clean, and replace all new ducks. I’m very happy with the outcome he did, he was very knowledgeable about what i was dealing with and help me understand some things. Great Job well done❤️

I had a pipe that broke in my bathroom and was leaking. He came, checked everything carefully, went to buy the necessary parts, and fixed the problem the same day. He was very fast, efficient, professional, and kind. His name is Fonda, I truly appreciate his great work and would definitely recommend his services.

Fonda was great to say the least. Friendly, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. As well as did great work taking care of my gas leak. I'd recommend him every day of the week

Jon was fast in coming to get the job done. This was a maintenance emergency and it was New Years Eve and he still managed to come out at night to access the issue. He ensured me he will come back the next morning and he and Nel managed to get the job done. Thank you both.i really appreciate it

When I tell you that they sent the best plumber that I've ever had the courtesy of dealing with, they did with Fonda. Very nice, professional, and fast. My apartment complex had to have its water heater replaced. The guys Fonda and Dave were there all day from when i got home to when I was going to bed. Still smiling, still communicative all the way. They kept up with us, telling us what they were working on when I was walking out. I appreciated the info and how positive they were while doing their work. before they left for the night they checked to make sure EVERYONES hot water worked instead of checking just 1 and leaving. Class A, standup gentleman. Lovely work.

Jon was amazing! He came out super fast and got everything fixed in our apartment without any hassle. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. On my 44 years, I am comfortable to say
ALL PRO heating and cooling has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Fonda, the technician went above and beyond and provided me A+ service from start to finish. Fonda arrived to my home Saturday morning at 7 AM to install my brand new water heater for this rental property. I have in live in. He went above and beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction and I might add when I called the office. Everyone was very professional timely, and communicated very well thank you all

I would not use this service. I had one of their trucks come in next door to currently do some work on a house under construction next door to me. . One of the guys girlfriends arrived in a gray Chevrolet SUV she parked in the driveway blocking the drive even though there was a sign that said do not block the drive. She saw I was watching her and she went down turned around on my property which is clear trespass as I have a sign that says no trespassing. Most businesses I know don't have to take your wife or girlfriend to work day. When I open the door to my home to say something to her she became angry and drove off. Her boyfriend in the All pro Van followed her. They certainly aren't very polite nor are they courteous to anyone around them if that's all the respect they have for potential customers and neighbors I would not use their service.
Update the Chevy returned with the gentleman still in work uniform and she dropped him off at the house. I was walking my dog on my own property and she came up and yelled at me and inquired if I liked following people. I told her I wasn't following her I hadn't even left my property all day I had looked out to see what was going on since she was blocking the dr. Windows down and she muttered several slurs including one racial slur as she drove away. This is highly unprofessional for any business. First of all unless the relatives work there they shouldn't have them on site. Second they shouldn't treat people without proper professionalism. Truly a sad situation considering the website looks very professional.

Shawn came out to address my heating issue and was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He explained what was going on and made sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate his prompt help and positive attitude. Excellent service!

I had a leaky waterline on the outside of my house. Didn’t notice it until it was too late and we had a $500 water bill. The big nasty winter storm was on its way and we needed it fixed immediately. All pro was so fast to respond and got it fixed the day before the blizzard came. My wife could hear the guys outside of the window in the freezing cold and not once did they complain about the subzero temperature. They were extremely friendly and extremely professional and got the job done quick. I can’t recommend this company enough.
