Ira Duncan was very professional and courteous! He located the issue with our furnace right away and had it repaired very quickly. Highly recommend!

Had Greg in today to look at my major appliances. He was very knowledgeable and direct regarding what needed to be done, and saw some serious issues with my furnace that I was unaware of! Not only that, but he got me scheduled for a new furnace, set to be delivered later this week. This is excellent service, and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Major work done at our house by an amazing crew last week replacing HVAC and water softener. Rob, James, Bailey, Aaron, and Ethan were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Work quality was excellent- great sheet metal replacement work and plumbing replacement and repairs.

Ian and David came out and were exceptional! Fully explained the process, things to look out for, and really took care of the space. They both went above and beyond and I appreciate their jolly and optimistic demeanor.

Ok I varying experiences with this company and I truly believe it all depends upon the repair person sent at the time of service. Every time I have had service after they sold me a system they have come out to maintain and clean my furnace with the Incorrect filter size or one at all except this last time when (Inn C.)came he was knowledgeable, he brought me TWO filters like I ask every time and he answered every question I had. (He even remembered my garage had fallen in from a bad storm the year prior) when he was training with another guy who FORGOT my filters! We are on advantage monthly service so it’s $135 per month.

Great job on our Split AC unit, we had trouble initially with some miscommunications, and they ended up needing to come back on the installation for a 2nd day. All 3 team members, James, David C, and Mike were courteous, clean, and competent. Appreciate the support.

We recently purchased a new HVAC system. Great experience all around. We noticed it seems louder than anticipated. One quick call an Ethan and Grayson were at our door, worked their magic, on some settings, and the system is much quieter. Thank you!

They were exhausted by the end of the day but still maintained a smile and positive attitude the ENTIRE day. David and In Cho did a great job of cleaning out my ductwork as well as hopefully solving the issue with my new heat pump rattling. They were friendly and very polite. Great service!

I would like to tell you how great the workers were that came to my house. Very polite, kind, and perfect in every way. One was named David and his helper was Jn or something else. I couldn’t understand very well. But also very nice. They were perfect in every way. Just wish all workers were like them. Thanks for having them as your employees.

Every technician we’ve ever had out here from Broad Ripple Service Experts has been knowledgeable and courteous. We’ve had Ira specifically a few times and always appreciate his calm, helpful demeanor. The technicians are not pushy about specific products or repairs and are straightforward about what is needed and what to expect as things start to fail.

We had a crew of three technicians out to install attic insulation and my goodness were they fast and professional! I had no idea that they offer so many other services as well. I will definitely be hitting them up again for some more projects.

Service Technician Ron S. came out twice over a cold weekend - once to diagnose the issue and once to replace the part. We were excited to see him again because he was so nice, professional, and patient with all of our questions the first time. He was straight forward and honest, calming all of our anxieties.
