Roy was experienced and very knowledgeable. I liked his work ethic. He and Sam worked together well installing the furnace and thermostat. Roy showed me the filter and how to change it and gave a demo on the thermostat. I appreciated that as my old one was 29 years old and a relic. Both Roy and Sam were friendly and professional.
I am in sticker shock from the price of the furnace but very impressed and satisfied with the installation. I am warm again!

We had our scheduled maintenance on our HVAC system after having it for a year. We had an issue just a couple nights before they came where it stopped and an error code came up. At our appointment Brad G was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They kept in contact prior to him arriving so we knew when to expect him. He knew right what the error code meant and got to work quickly. In no time he had it all fixed and checked out. He double checked all fittings and tightened some things that needed. We are very pleased with the service and the company. We have been with them 20+ years and will continue to do so!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Romaney was fast, professional, and extremely thorough—he had our heat restored on a bitter cold Indiana day, getting my family comfortable again in no time. He also went above and beyond by identifying potential microbial growth above the coils, allowing me to collect a swab sample to be analyzed at my lab so we could fully understand the situation.

I’ve worked with several companies in the past, and none compare to the level of care and professionalism One Hour delivered. This experience confirmed that One Hour is the only company I’ll trust and work with moving forward. Highly recommended.

Furnace had failed during the night ... called One Hour at 2;40 am and had a person answer ( not voicemail) that was very helpful .. then had Rob Sheward arrive first thing in morning.. we had a warranty issue and Rob made two trips to get the parts needed for repair.. temps in the house were in the 40s. He was amazing! Very understanding and responsive to our situation and adventure heat was on and working George he left .. on a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate him an 11..

Service has always been quick and professional. However, the last time they quoted me a new furnace to replace an old gas unit. Unfortunately the salesman did not inform me the new unit was bigger than the old one and that I would be losing some of my limited closet space. I may have opted for a repair if I'd known that.

So grateful for the quick, fantastic, and friendly service from Oscar this morning during sub zero temps. Woke up to the furnace off and house at 52 degrees, and by 10am, he had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the problem, and I had warm air blowing through my vents again. Signed up for their maintenance program on the spot because I was so impressed by their service, and will happily use them again in the future

I set up an appointment for my mother as I am out of state. A technician, Robert came out, evaluated the issue with her geothermal unit, provided options for repair, and options for replacement. Very friendly and kind with my mom. Robert helped set up an appointment same day with an estimator, Chad....In short he was OUTSTANDING! Very patient with my mom and I as he provided several options. We ultimately picked the one that fit our budget and needs. Several payment options were provided. Install was scheduled for the following day AND completed without a hiccup! Thank you so much for One Hour and their team for taking care of us!

Oscar came out for routine maintenance/winter inspection and was fantastic, he was super efficient and had really great recommendations for upgrading my system and making my home healthier. Once I've.got a budget for those, I'll absolutely be installing what he recommended.

Roy and the other technicians did an excellent job installing my new heating/ac system. Roy was patient answering my questions about what was going to happen. He is polite/ friendly and very knowledgeable. Roy worked well with the crew, they all had a specific job, and they communicated well to get things done. I am very pleased with the service, and my new heating system.

Brad Gong was a wonderful technician, very friendly and knowledgeable. Did thorough review of our unit above and beyond and gave advice and several different quote options. Really great experience!

Technicians were great! They were professional. knowledgeable, and timely. It was an extremely cold day with 12 inches of snow that had just fallen and to be out in our garage for the install wasn’t ideal but they got us back up and running in just a few hours. The new system is working so great and we can already tell a difference in how much more efficient it is running than our old one.

From start to finish, I highly recommend 1 Hour for your heating and cooling needs. Our furnace quit working and we had a next day install. Rob S. Arrived within the time agreed. He was presented me with an easy fix and long term solutions. Robert gave me options and is very knowledgeable on his equipment. Cesar S went above and beyond to replace our furnace in a timely efficient manor. He even cleaned around his work area and is detail oriented!

Our heating went out right before the coldest week of the year, and we called late at night and One Hour was out the next morning for evaluation and repair. While it was unfortunate our system ended up being over 20 years old and needed replacement, the representative from One Hour explained multiple options and was never pushy to what decision we should make. He was very informative, answered all of our questions with zero pressure and was very friendly. The very next day other individuals arrived right at the time that was estimated to complete the new install. The people that came worked efficiently, quietly, and did a thorough installation. Our new system looks great, and the team stayed to talk us through all the features we needed to know.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this company and service. Needing to get this type of equipment replaced is not fun, but they made it as painless as possible. Thank you!

Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.

Richard is the best employee I have ever encountered. He is a true gentleman—extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely enjoys sharing his expertise. The crew of three arrived on time, introduced themselves. Jesus explained what was going to happen and about how long an install typically takes to finish a furnace and AC install, asked if I had any questions. Jesus, Tyler and Josh went to work immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about how respectful they were to my home, how professional each of them were. They got finished in a really good time. They cleaned up everything. To be honest I couldn't tell they had even been here. Jesus explained what type of furnace and AC was installed. I was given the whole breakdown the day prior by Chad who came out for my estimate. His explanation was perfect so I already knew what was going to happen. I have been through 4 winters in this home and up until 2/27/26 my downstairs living space has never had heat, has never been warm. I am here to say that not only is my lower level warm it is actually hot. I am more than happy with my new system. The crew took good care of me. They all represented One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning very very well. Good job fellas! Now I can't wait to try out my new AC this summer!!!!

This is an excellent company to work with. Their technicians are all very capable and personable. They were meticulous and did not rush but were efficient and made sure they took time to explain anything we needed to know. They worked long hours so we were not inconvenienced and they kept us informed about arrival times. We have used them for other installations and routine services for years. Also, their pricing is very fair and less than other estimates.

One Hour Heating & Cooling was very easy to work with throughout the entire purchase and installation processes. I would highly recommend this organization for future HVAC needs!! One Hour replaced both the furnace and air conditioner units in less than 6 hours and left the house as clean as it was upon arrival. The agreed to price was very reasonable and great financing options were made available at time of purchase. It could not have gone any smoother.

They were able to lay out all the options so you can make a good decision considering your own needs. My HVAC install was flawless with a clean finish. The gents that came out were true craftsmen.
