Our boiler pump started leaking water. Bolls had someone out that day to diagnose. New pump was recommended and installed on time and at a great price! We had the same Tech through the entire process, and he was very professional. Communication was top notch.

I am a brand-new, first time home owner and I chose Bolls to replace my entire HVAC system, including duct work in my crawl space. Nick and the technicians were very knowledgeable and honest. They patiently walked me through the entire process and gave me the best price for the service and quality appliances. I met with four different companies and this one was the best by a landslide. Oh my goodness!!! Where do I even begin?!?!?! I truly feel so blessed to have found Bolls Heating & Cooling!

We were having several issues with our furnace due to it being original to our home 20+ years… several parts have gone out on it, once in the summer we lost air-conditioning and twice in the winter we lost heat. Unfortunately, the first couple times, I didn’t know about Bolls Heating and Cooling so we went with another popular company.

It was the worst experience ever!!! Everything you can imagine that would ruin your experience dealing with a furnace repair. Talk about stress and anxiety! Parts and labor, charged an arm and a leg… outrageously, and customer service so so terrible. Turn around time to fix was 2 weeks, no a/c. Plus much more, but I want to rave all about Bolls.

Fast forward to last week, I ended up calling Bolls heating and cooling to install a new furnace. They are beyond amazing, incredibly friendly, very warm, and you’re getting real feedback (not sales pitch to add to their margins $$$). They are HONEST and fair in pricing and the customer service was top notch!! I’m talking 5+ stars!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! Just dealing with Sandy, the representative in the office, to the technicians Brandon and Pete, all the way down all the way up to the owner… every step of the way every single person I dealt with was so kind, easy, warm and urgent in our matter!!!

Bolls installed a ductless mini split unit to help cool the upstairs of my house... Although I have central A/C, the upstairs was always uncomfortable on warm/hot days. Received several quotes to have a Mitsubishi unit installed and Bolls had the best pricing... Plus I was happy to support a local small business. Sales staff and installation crew were polite, knowledgeable & wore masks (without asking them to) and footies to ensure dust/dirt was not being tracked into house. Team offered substantial warranty on the unit and both interior/exterior installation looks great. Very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Bolls to anyone needing A/C services.

Twice a year, an experienced and knowledgeable technician checks my air conditioner and furnace. If there's a problem in between visits, someone arrives promptly. Customer service is excellent!

I own a double in Indy that needed some updating a new furnace and A/C system on one side and a new A/C system on the other side.

Sergei was very nice to work with.
After looking at the reviews and BBB record, Bolls Heating and Cooling blew away all others, pretty good for a company that has been in business since 1977. My hat is off to your company.
On Installation day the men were waiting on me at my arrival time of 9 AM.
Matt and Rick jumped right in (what a pleasure to watch people that know what they are doing. I had a construction company for years in Indy} and completed all work and cleaned up by about 2:30 PM.
Another Man Mark had showed up to assist in final installation.
My Opinion is everyone should have this company do their HVAC work.
I will use them again. Thanks Bolls to a great team.

Update. January 2025
All of a sudden we noticed extra heat in the basement found new duct work added came loose due to tape failing.
Bolls came right out surveyed and added metal strapping then resealed with tape.
I know there will be no more problem from that.
They also did this at no cost as it was related to the install.
Thank you Bolls nicely done.

By far one of the best places in town to have your furnace or AC repaired or installed. On this day, Brian was sent out to fix my AC. He was on time, professional and easy to talk to. 30 minutes later he was done. Would highly recommend. The owner is an awesome guy as well.

Very professional very efficient highly proficient! Left my house cleaner than when they got here. Friendly fast competent. My new HVAC guys for sure! Oh btw they were our lowest bid as well. Some place in Brownsville wanted double the price for the exact same thing!! How do they sleep at night!?

October 2024, Jeff just completed our fall maintenance on the furnace and water heater. We’re on the annual service maintenance program that’s been one of the best investments to keep our HVAC systems functioning properly and extends the life of the units. Excellent program, installation and service. We have been with Bolls for over 30 years and installed two systems (Furnace and AC) in two homes. Also maintained annual service agreements for each including water heater. That's the reason our furnace and AC lasted well beyond useful life. When we were faced with replacing furnace and AC after 29 year we decided to shop around for comparisons of products and installations. Sergei T. worked with us to identify the best and appropriate system for our home. Lennox provided the best efficiency and price combination for our home and we included an upgrade to our thermostat for greater control and flexibility. Mark and Matt did the installation and we couldn't be more satisfied with their efficiency, professionalism and knowledge. They did a great job with removal of the very old systems and made the necessary space and connection requirements for the new systems. Daniel followed up a few days later to finalize connections on the thermostat and "trained" us on use. Very pleased with products, pricing, installation and service. When they say you are family and treat you as such, it's not just a saying, they walk the talk. Thanks Bolls Team.

After getting 6 quotes for a mini split unit installed in my garage Bolls gave a competitive quote. The sales person Nick who came out to give the quote was very attentive to detail and asked a lot of important questions. The installers were equally fantastic and even came out a few days before my installation to look over the job to ensure when they came back they had everything they needed. The day of the install they were on time, again attention to detail on the inside and exterior of my home was much appreciated. Even though Bolls wasn’t the cheapest I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, I would use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. I was very impressed.

Two years ago, Boll’s Heating Cooling installed a new air conditioner. Because I have been totally satisfied with this companies service, yesterday Boll’s Heating Cooling installed a new furnace. Brad, Colten, and Rick were outstanding. These three service technicians arrived on time, friendly, professional and experienced having over twenty years of service with Bolls. Installation and clean up were done in an efficient and timely manner. From my initial telephone call until the completion of service, the process has been to my total satisfaction. Bolls should receive a 10 star rating for their installation of a new air conditioner and a ductless system in our home today by servicemen Rick, Brandon, and Sam. These men arrived on time, friendly and professional they worked efficiently getting both systems installed. They even suggested a better way to install the ductless system without removing a tree. Clean up was perfect. Pricing was fair with several options for payment. I highly recommend Bolls Heating & Cooling LLC.

Bolls has done very well for us. Their price was very fair and we got the whole system done in one day. Got a new heater and new AC unit.
