Update: Just finished a 2024 project with Bolls, massive undertaking getting a new furnace and A/C into a very old house with narrow basement stairs. Nick, Rick, and their team nailed it again. I only go to Bolls when I need a big project done, and they consistently nail it.

Been working in the construction trade for the past 40 years. Remodeling kitchens and bathrooms mainly. Bolls is as good as they come. My furnace went out. Dead of winter, right before temperatures dropped to below zero. I called Bolls. Nick was out here the next day to give me a bid. Nick might look young, but he knows furnaces as well as any contractor I’ve ever met. Two day later. Two installers showed up, on time. With my new furnace. The install went smooth, fast, and without a glitch. The installers answered every question I had. They didn’t even seem to mind me hovering around the whole time. They hauled off the old furnace, cleaned up all their mess, left me my paperwork, shook my hand, and they were gone. Three hours total. I’ve met and worked with hundreds of contractors, and construction workers over my forty year career. I have never dealt with any better than Bolls. If you need a hvac contractor, Call Bolls, you will not be disappointed. Nick, thank you for going above and beyond, you are the best there is at your job.

We have been with Bolls for over 20 years. Their maintenance plan is excellent. More importantly, their service and technicians are the best in the business. They are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. They treat the customer with respect and appreciation, and want to do the best job possible. Our guy today has been to our home at least 8 or 10 times, and he is always tremendous. Very dedicated. Great young man. I cannot see us ever changing from Bolls.

Jeff arrived right on time, and he was pleasant to work with. I appreciate the competency that I have consistently experienced with this company. He had to come on a Sunday, too, and got here very quickly.

Bolls installed a new HVAC system in my home last week. I initially met with Nick, who gave me a quote on the system replacement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a clear and concise quote. There were no hidden fees nor an overload of information on what unit/features to choose. He also timely responded to all of my email correspondences. Rick and Sam installed my new unit and I was very pleased with the work performed. They were friendly, completed the install in less than a full work day and left zero mess. Much appreciated. Each time I called the office the staff was friendly and helpful. All appointment times were adhered to as scheduled. Bolls also offers reasonable pricing. I highly recommend their services.

I recently had a complicated situation with my old boiler, but Bolls Heating and Cooling made the process of replacing it simple and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The technicians who installed my new boiler were especially impressive. Despite the complexity of the situation, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and explain the solution in terms I could understand. UPDATE: I really commend Bolls for their customer service after my negative experience. They gave me a call, refunded my service fee, and were open to some of my critiques. We ultimately went with another company that performed the same service for cheaper but I definitely feel better about my experience. I truly appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.

My repair technician came out initially for a cleaning when I told him my AC was struggling to get the temperature down below 77 during the late afternoon it turned into a service call ($95) which is fine. I understand that.

He was here for 5 minutes upon which he told me my unit (2015) was low on coolant and leaking. He said it would cost me $500 to refill it and find the leak using some kind of dye method.

I of course caught a little sticker shock and decided to shop around. Another company told me they could come out and do two separate tests including a dye test for $100 and could do so in a much more timely fashion.

Tell me how there is a $400 difference between the two? Was my technician trying to scam me? I'm not sure, but I will say I would not recommend Bolls Heating & Cooling to anyone, ever.

We’ve been Bolls customers for at least 20 years; and have regular check-ups of our HVAC equipment by them every year. We have rarely had any problems with the equipment; but Bolls is always available with a phone call if needed. They always respond as scheduled, call when the technician is on the way, and clean up after completing the work. We have never had to call them back because something wasn’t done to our satisfaction. The technicians are professional, thorough and courteous. We highly recommend this company. Jeff is the technician who usually performs our scheduled maintenance, and he is great! If something needs attention he fixes it, but he never pushes for unnecessary things like my neighbor has experienced with their HVAC contractor. Bolls is a solid choice!

Z is the BEST! He performed the repairs needed and ordered parts to install at a later date. I hope he is scheduled for that install. Boll’s should do whatever is necessary to retain him! Joe

It is difficult to find the right words to fully express the job Bolls did when they replaced my heat pump. I have had a maintenance contract with them for several years. My tech has always been always been Brian. He is great.
So when I needed to replace my heat pump I called them. Nick came and quoted a price. It turns out the installation took 2 days and several techs were here. I want to thank Mark, Joe , and Brandon.
All Bolls personal are professional, courteous and and friendly. I would recommend Bolls to others because their service is top notch.

Our furnace went out and we called another company that provided incredibly inflated quotes, crazy inflated!! They were fired. We called Bolls Heating &Cooling based on a recommendation and they far exceeded our expectations! Nick was honest, knowledgable, helpful and professional. He offered choices within our budget and did not “push” the most expensive furnace , but listened to us, our needs, and offered professional guidance. The day of service, the service team showed up early, professional, were very respectable and friendly, and completed the job in a very timely manner, leaving no trace they were in our home. Colton was great! Have been using Bolls for decades and we have always been impressed with their installation and service. They are always prompt, honest, and fair. We will continue to use and recommend them to others!

Been dealing with Bolls for at least 5 years and it hurts to say they let me down this time. Paid a diagnostic fee, sent techs out several times to only try to upsell me on an item that would’ve cost $800+. Contacted another company and they fixed my wires that no one else could see, NOT even management. I’m disappointed as I purchased my air conditioning unit from this company. Guess it’s time to take my business elsewhere. They did at least give me the service fee back.

Very good experience with the company. Referred by a friend who used them when building their home, then many years later the person who bought their house used them as well. I replaced both the AC and furnace, and added a mini split in a large room above the garage that was freezing in winter, and unbearably hot in the summer. Happy with the results given the constraints of the home's crappy ductwork and we finally have air coming out of every vent. Best of all I have a comfortable, usable room above my garage. Looking outside the house you can't even tell there's now ductwork for the mini split. Pricing was reasonable, work done very cleanly. All employees very professional. Would use again.
