Ira Duncan was very professional and did a great job checking our systems. He found a small hole that could lead to carbon monoxide leakage, so we were very thankful about that!

We’ve used Service Experts, previously Broadripple Heating and Cooling, for 30+ years. Stephen came out today for our annual furnace tuneup which we have done with this company since we became homeowners. Stephen was on time, called ahead, was very professional and kind and explained everything he did and found thoroughly. He changed our filter as our old one was dirty. On 3/2/26 plumbing technician Ethan Emery from Broad Ripple Service Experts came to my home to test my water softener system and replenish the salt in the system and flush my tankless water heater. This company had installed both systems when I moved into my home a year earlier. He has come to my home on multiple occasions and is always a most trustworthy, knowledgeable, punctual, and reliable resource. Also on this date Ethan Saghir from the HVAC team did routine maintenance on a Lennox furnace they installed when I first moved in. He also gave me a quote on duct and vent cleaning. He is also a repeat technician who is very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt in excellent hands today with both techs.

Had a new heat pump installed today the guys James, Ronald, and Rod did a great job. They were very professional and respectful my property .

Ron was fantastic! Very efficient. He gave a great explanation, and I could tell he is an expert and truly wanted me to understand the repairs.

Josh and Ethan was absolutely amazing and professional. Great guys to do business with and would give them 10 stars out 5. Would recommend these guys to anyone I know and even don't know. I called to have my kitchen faucet replaced and BR Service Experts were able to schedule an appointment the same day. That was terrific! Colin Foley was prompt and friendly-and don't let his young appearance fool you, he has worked as a plumber (a family legacy) for many years! The faucet swap was quick and he left my kitchen as neat as he found it. I will use Broad Ripple Service Experts again when I have a plumbing issue. THANKS Colin!

We used Service Experts plumping service to diagnose and fix a water leak in laundry room.Ethan was one of the best service technicians we have used in home ownership for 60 years.He was extremely professional and located the issues and made repairs in a timely manner.
