This company is the best. Randy has been so helpful and the guys who installed our unit were so nice they cleaned up and was gone in just few hours . If you need work done please call them they are the best.

Absolutely great service! Prior to Quality, I had "a guy" replace my AC & furnace. Was completely unaware of the low budget system. Had a couple other companies come by to assess the problem and the quotes were outrageous for a repair. Contacted Randy, after friends and coworkers kept telling me to get with him. He came out and gave me the news. Move forward, his guys came on time, professional and immediately went to work. I was shocked at the quickness of installation. And amazed at the difference in the new system. It cooled my home in an instant. Going with a reputable company is the way to go. Wish I had known of Quality before. Expensive lesson when someone tells you they got a guy. Thank you Quality and just in time for the 90+ temps coming our way.

Highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling for anyone looking to replace their air conditioner and/or furnace. Several months ago, we replaced our 18 year old air conditioner and furnace with a new Carrier system from Quality Heating and Cooling of Indianapolis. They listened to our needs and explained the options that would best meet those needs. They even showed us how get the most for our investment and take advantage of government incentives. The staff, from sales to installation, were skilled and professional. The job was done on time and at the quoted price. We are very happy with our new air conditioner and furnace system. It also included a digital control unit that allows up to monitor and make changes from the phone app.

Randy and his team did a great job on installing our new Carrier furnace and air conditioner. Randy was very professional, responsive and on time. We highly recommend him and his team. He was highly recommended to us by our daughter that had used him and his team for her new furnace and air conditioner.

Randy and his team are amazing! I have worked with him both professionally, as a realtor, and personally at my own house. In this particular instance, we woke up on one of the coldest days of this winter to find that our HVAC had finally bit the dust. I called Randy as soon as we woke up and he was to us within an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and got his team into action. They were able to fully replace the unit that afternoon. He was very communicative and talked us through everything. He truly saved us because it was freezing and was supposed to get colder the next day. He even came the following day to make sure everything was in working order. We are so thankful for Randy and his hard work!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. They came quick and have me quotes on repairing or replacing. They came back in a day and had me back up and running with a brand new furnace and saved me a bunch of $. They explained everything and were super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Quality Heating &Cooling is the best! My furnace was dying and these guys were my 3rd estimate for heat. They quickly moved to the top! Price was better than the other guys for comparable equipment and installation. And the guys who did the install were very knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned up all the mess!

Highly recommend Randy and the guys! Called Randy on Tuesday with AC problems, he came out the same day to diagnose the issue. Ended up needing a new unit. Randy gave us the best price on a new AC/Furnace, and was able to install the unit first thing on Thursday morning. The Carrier unit is running great and is much more efficient than our old unit. Could not have asked for better service.

Randy was very knowledgeable, quick, and honest! He diagnosed our relay board issue and had us check with the installer for parts since it was still under warranty. I'm no professional but their misdiagnosis made no sense, so we went back through Randy. He fixed the issue and our AC is working perfectly again! I absolutely recommend this company <3

Where do I begin… Randy showed up tried to get my unit fixed. Called me and explained the issue and why it couldn’t be repaired. Within a days time he had a crew out installing a completely new system. Pricing was absolutely amazing. His installers were great and knowledgeable. Randy has to be one of the best in the business! Randy was able to come out first thing the next day after calling and had our AC up super quick. I was at work and he called me to explain everything even left the capacitor he replaced so I could see which I respect as a printer tech myself. Was very courteous and quick service. Would gladly recommend to others!!!

Fantastic service!! We had two gentlemen come out names Will and Anderson they are kind and efficient!! Got everything done in half the time they said.

UPDATE: my apartments had been struggling to get the issue with my air resolved as it had gone out again after it had been fixed (at no fault of this company) All Pro sent out another technician, Will, who stayed for 2 hours until he could figure out the issue and he finally did. This company has a host of great technicians who take pride in doing their job and doing it well. Again, 5 stars for All Pro!! Thanks Will!

Shawn was absolutely AMAZING at fixing the issue with my air! It had been 80 degrees in my home for weeks & about 10 minutes after his arrival, I could feel the place cooling! Definitely recommend their service!

Fonda replaced my leaking dishwasher checked all my pipes garbage disposal etc so I wouldn’t flood again. He did an excellent job and taught me things I never knew! He is definitely a 10 out of 10! ❤️ Very professional!

My motor blower for my heater stopped working, and with All Pro and my apartment mgmt’s help, they are able to get things done in a fairly reasonable timeframe. Also a shoutout for Anderson on getting my heater fixed, he was efficient and also very friendly! Please give him a raise or treat him to something haha. Much appreciated for the help I have received
