True comfort came out last week.. Had a problem with my air conditioner unit really professional. Found the problem in fixed it very reasonable anybody looking for a Good company should give them a call.

My air conditioning went out at my house in the middle of summer and True Comfort really saved me! They came and replaced an old unit and upgraded us to a new thermometer which helped control and circulate our air better! The timely manner and professionalism while being honest was very refreshing.

What a great experience - Joe came over right on time for our appointment and quickly figured out why the bathroom air vent was blowing cold air. He found an efficient way to access the attic and fix the hose that had become disconnected, and now both bathrooms are warm again! He took before and after photos for me so I could have a record of his work, and he even gave me some heating tips. And all that for a great price. He is now my new heating guy!

Made the appointment for preventative maintenance mentioned gas smell on new build and unit. Tech recommended I call the gas company as no leak was found on furnace. Called gas company they found leak from gas line to tankless water heater another tech came later same day and fixed gas leak. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful! Wore booties and cleaned up their mess!!

Happy with the responsiveness and quality of service but feel this was way overpriced. The service techs may have been here 30 minutes to make 3 small repairs and the cost of the repair parts couldn't have been more than $50. The total bill was $1,000. We have been a loyal customer for a number of years. Will probably shop for other options in the future.

I scheduled a tune-up, and found issues with my unit. Armor Air scheduled the repair for next day! Technician was respectful and polite! Will be my vendor for any future issues I have.

Our furnace wasn’t heating, and I was able to call Armor Air and get this service done the same day. A technician named Robbie came out, gave it a full look through, and was able to pinpoint that there was a wire not connected correctly to our thermostat. That made our furnace not heat properly. It felt so good to have someone look that intently into our furnace. We know it’s old, but it was so refreshing to see someone who genuinely wants us taken care of in a feasible way.

Several months back they came out and repaired our system when the AC had quit working mid summer. Coming into fall and winter I knew it would be best to have a new system installed, I went ahead and asked them to come and check the system which they did provide several budget options to fix the older system and keep it running. They didn't try to push on selling a new unit or lean on a more costly repair, they gave the options and their expertise. I never felt like they were out to maximize their money, they simply do excellent work that takes care of their customers. Which brings me to the work itself, Chad and John had a new inside and outside unit within my house in an incredibly reasonable time. Their work was extremely clean and well put together, every aspect of the installation was without a doubt of better care and workmanship than the previous unit from the company before.

Had Armor Air installed our new furnace a few year ago and had a 12 year warranty…. Warranty covers all the parts but not labor… a few year later there’s an issue that took 1/2 hour of labor and was charged $425 to replace a gas valve for an hour of labor… when asked about it only taking 30 minutes, was told they only bill hourly…. pretty steep mark up…

Tyler was amazing. He explained everything and was very patient. He explained the installation of a new furnace and new duct work in detail. I was very pleased with him. I was very happy with Austin also. He serviced my furnace a week ago.

Shawn was Awesome! 1. Called in advance, showed up on time. 2. Friendly greeting and immediately placed covers over his boots before entering as it Snowed 4” overnight.
