Duane, of Masters Heating and Cooling arrived promptly and worked diligently for 4 straight hours in the brutal heat and humidity to remove my old HVAC system. He and Dylan installed my new high effeciency unit, cleaned up and provided instructions on its use. It was great service and a great relief to have the work done so quickly.

Technician was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I would very highly recommend Masters Heating & Cooling and their service technician Mike.

We greatly appreciate the service and transparency from Masters Hearing & Cooling. John Heaton assisted us with our ac unit, and he was a tremendous help, very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He offered solutions and went out of his way to find out if warranty still covered the products. We will continue using Masters for our home, and we appreciate John for all of the help he has provided us.

Very professional technician. Sam diagnosed problem quickly and had necessary parts on his truck. Price seemed reasonable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paired a furnace replace (when it was not needed) with a new AC system. The brand new system is not working. I got hung up on when I told him my house was at 60s and that a worker needs to come. He proceeded to text me harassing me.

Mike Thomas looked at my boiler with the cover off and made great suggestions on what needs to be done to refurbish it.

Sam gave us Above and beyond customer service would highly recommend and use again for hvac repairs

Darrell was amazing! Our air went out 8pm on a Saturday night with temps in the 80’s.
Darrell called me within 20 minutes of my message and was at our home within the hour. He stayed until midnight resolving our problem. He was positive, informative and skilled. He cares about his clients and needs. Thank you, Darrell!

Dylan was competent, professional and personable. Easily exceeded my expectations for the service work being done at my home.

Appreciate Mr. Heatons performance while maintaining our furnace. He explained and completed his work in detail. Very helpful and informative and I hope to hear from him again when the time comes. Thank you Masters heating and air and more specific Mr. Heaton.

Update after waiting a week to get a furnace installed we had an appointment for between 8:30 And 9:00 they call at 8:45 and tell us they will be here before noon because someone else had an emergency. When we had our emergency a week ago they couldn't get to us for a week.

We called after hours and Darrell was there with in an hour. He was very nice and explained things to us. We choose to replace our furnace and Gary came out to give us an estimate and he found our water heater was leaking so he gave us a great price to replace both. Would definitely recommend Masters Heating and air.

Our 2 month old water heater stopped working. I called Masters who put it in and they responded very quickly. Zack came out and installed a new water heater under warranty. Zack was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I have and will continue to use and recommend Masters to anyone I know.

Masters sent Sam out to an elderly friends house for no AC. Sam was very good and explained everything he was doing. My family has used Masters for several jobs and we have been very pleased.

Ever since Masters installed our HVAC system, we have been quite pleased with their follow-up service. Michael Thomas is outstanding in his thoroughness as he checks both the heating and the cooling systems, and then he patiently explains whatever system he has had to adjust. We certainly appreciate his customer care.

Happy with our HVAC replacement, we had great technicians Dylan, Darrell, and Mike throughout the process. We appreciated the professionalism shown by all. Would recommend to anyone considering an updated system!

Sam Gilman did a great job of troubleshooting and fixing our furnace. He was very responsive and courteous.

Sam was great. After calling other HVAC services, Master’s technician didn’t even talk of replacing the whole system. Said it could be fixed, no problem. Nice to hear that occasionally when on fixed income. Way to go Masters!

John was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, without being overbearing or trying to talk me into buying more service than I actually needed. 5 stars, would definitely recommend!
