We recently had a new air conditioner unit and furnace installed, and the experience was great from start to finish. Mike Thomas was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The entire team did an excellent job!! Since the installation, the new unit has been working perfectly and has kept our home cool and comfortable during this summer heat. We’re very happy with the service and the results. Masters represented themselves as a group of seasoned professionals who understand their craft very well. They unfortunately after several attempts did not fix my major problem and they didn't show for the last appointment their technician made with me, and the tech no longer returned phone calls. I eventually had to hire a competitor who reperformed work that was done poorly and got my system operational.

The service tech John H. arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my AC unit. I was very happy with his work and customer service skills. Than you!

Sam rewired our thermostat and control system so the heat would continue even when temps dip below 0. We love Sam! He saved Christmas! Thank u Sam!

Sam Gilman was very good to work with. Upon completion of his work he filled me in on all findings and sent me an email with the results. I got the email right away and have filed the paperwork.

Sam was very trustworthy and knowledgeable in his craft. He throughly inspected and explained all of the concerns I had from another companies misdiagnosis of my havac system. Sam will definitely be my go to person if any other concerns arise. He’s definitely a keeper and asset for the company.

john was super courteous, pretty focused on his checkout procedure with a good work flow. he explained what he was doing during different checks. i thought he hit the key aspects of my geo system performance, a good tech! kudos..

I had 5 companies come out to give me a quote, master's, heating and air conditioning. They were far cheaper than the other 4 companies. The technicians that came out to do the job were top-notch professionals. And did a outstanding job. I'll be calling them from now on. When I have heating and air conditioning problem.

I had a fantastic experience with Masters Heating & Cooling Indy for my recent maintenance check. The technician was professional, courteous, and thorough in making sure everything was in great shape. John was especially helpful. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and even gave me some great tips on keeping my system running efficiently. Masters and our technician John were a great help. We were able to get our furnace repaired quickly and John went above and beyond for us. After this experience I trust Masters heating and cooling to do the work and also not charge an arm and leg.

Mike was great the first time. Second time left burner control screws off and induction fan guard without tech screws. Furnace kicked on and that guard banged off. Left orange gloves on my breeze way and basement. Replaced cat sensor when it was not the issue. The burner was not tuned correctly and was showing flame and prime when getting correct amount of air. Replaced anyway. Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

Sam came and installed the humidifier for us after the repair of the walls and floor. He explained his work with details and did a wonderful job with installation! Highly recommended!!

Sam Gilman came and explained to me what happened and the problem of the last installment of the humidifier. He was clear and thorough and very friendly. I felt he has listened to my concerns. With his help I hope this repair of my wall, floor, and reinstallment of the humidifier can be done in the timely fashion.

I would just like to say how fantastic John Heaton was, he was through and displayed exemplary technical proficiency. He addressed all of my issues. His service today will be a huge consideration in the up coming replacement of our HVAC system. I cannot say enough about his professionalism.
