Rob was dispatched out to my house, and I have never been taken care of so well. He found the problem quickly and resolved it. I also have severe allergies, and he was able to install an Accuclean air cleaner a few months back and it has made a huge difference! Now I can enjoy, and be comfortable in my home.

Finding trustworthy professionals to work on your home can be difficult. We will not lose Baptist Heating and Air’s phone number, because Baptist Heating and Air fit us in to their packed holiday schedule twice when we had issues with our AC and our Furnace. The staff was friendly and attentive to our concerns and needs. We trust them and would highly recommend them. Baptist Heating and Air has been servicing our furnaces (yes, we have two) for 4 years. This summer, the older system died and needed to be replaced. Rob and his crew were right on it and worked tirelessly all day to get the new system installed and running. The new American Standard system is awesome and I love it. Never said that about a system before. Of course, Rob and team are also fantastic.

Rob was great! He was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we can depend on the company in the future as well. I will definitely refer Baptist Heating and Air to others when they are in need! Our furnace is running great!

Rob came out and installed the I Wave air purifier. I did research on the I Wave and called Baptist Heating and Cooling. Baptist did some work at our prior home and I was impressed. Same with this call. The installation went smooth and I paid what was quoted. I will use Rob ,and Baptist year round for my maintenance program. Also, while Rob was here he gave me some great pointers on efficiency. I would definitely recommend Baptist Heating and Air.

Baptist has been an amazing company to work with. They are honest hard working and on time. Our air conditioner caught on fire and they were able to take pictures to provide for the insurance company. They also described the options we had for our new u it without being pushy to buy the most expensive. I highly recommend!

Rob was our technician and he was phenomenal! He was so helpful and explained how our heating system worked. He also was helpful in detailing how older homes (like ours) would lay things out with HVAC systems and how it could be more energy efficient.
He also uncovered a huge mystery that we hadn’t figured out in 8 years of living here!

There isn’t enough room to say all I would like to. Service was spectacular. From the initial assessment of our home moisture levels and air conditioning needs to the final day of installation, Rob was thorough, precise, helpful, fair, and committed to serving us well. Both Rob and George worked over a 16 hour day to complete installation. Here’s why I would give a 5 star: as they worked they found other issues. Rather than overlook them, they put in overtime and went above and beyond. Quite simply the best service we have had in a very long time.

Rob is such an honest, caring, and fair guy! He tells you the truth and exactly what you need without overselling you! I recommend him to everyone that I know in need of heating/air services! When we first found Rob (via referral), it was because we were told we needed a whole new AC unit. Rob came out and we needed a $200 part and that included labor! And guess what it’s still working and that was about 6 years ago, I believe.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and responsiveness of the owner. He was also trustworthy and easy to work with. My old furnace was not working during the heating season. They replace the furnace and AC systems the next day.I would highly recommend using this vendor.

I've used Baptist Heating and Air three times. I've always been very happy with their service. Before, when other companies have come to my home, I always felt that they were sizing me up...trying to see how much money they could get from me. Baptist Heating and Air has always been honest and trustworthy. They never try to push. As a senior citizen, I'm thankful that I feel I can trust them to do an honest job for an honest wage. I will continue to ask for their help in the future.

From the first phone call, I was impressed. Customer service was impeccable. The lady on the other end of the phone (I believe was the owner's wife). Nevertheless, she was very professional. She made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She gave me his availability from the beginning. I believe Rob came out within the next day or two. Within the next week I had a new system up and running. I am very pleased. I will tell anyone who asks and even if they don't. Rob is a Christian man and he is very fair in my opinion. He was prompt and he kept his word. He's also very friendly and he gave me some good advice on a few other topics. If you need heating and cooling look no further Baptist is who you need to call. When I saw the company name, of course I was drawn. Then I read the reviews and I was sold even before calling. I never made another call even for a comparison estimate. I will say it again. Rob at Baptist is the guy for all of your HVAC needs.

Very professional company. Rob made an after hours call at 10pm to get my A/C working. He explained the issue and options to repair. Very good work at a fair price. This was my first time using Baptist and am now one of their very satisfied customers. Would highly recommend Baptist.

Baptist was an angel today, and saved my family from this 90 degree weather. I was blessed with a same day appointment. Rob and George was friendly, and professional. Everything that was done was explained to me step by step. They were honest with their work, and their pricing. I would highly recommend them if you want great work from a great company.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL!! Our heat went out on late afternoon Friday 12/23 during our coldest day this year, so I called to see if they could come fix it. They walked me through a few things on the phone, asked me to turn off the unit to prevent additional damage, gave me pointers on how to supplement heat and prevent heat loss, and told me they would not be able to make it out until late (basically last in line). Given our need, I was fine with that and Rob wanted to make sure I understood what that meant… explaining it may be late night/early morning before he could make it but he would be here. I again agreed. He text me about 9:45pm stating he would be at our house next within about 2hrs; he arrived around that 2hr mark and started working on our furnace. He didn’t have the part needed with him so he ran back to his shop and came back to install, by 1:30am our heat was back up and running. Very caring, friendly, professional service… also, he had at least another stop after ours… very dedicated. Yes, it is a service that requires a fee, but Rob cares! I did not get sold on other packages or maintenance items… the total opposite, he gave us pointers on how to avoid issues and quick ways to fix some issues that could cause someone to call in for service. Best service call and experience ever!!! The world needs more Robs!!

Our a/c motor went out this weekend. I contacted Rob before the office was even open. Rob told me what he thought issue was and ballpark price to replace motor. Arrived a few hrs later and completed install quickly and for the price we discussed. Great company and great service! I will definitely be continuing business with them.

Very thankful for Hanna and Rob . They took care of us in one day and during the heat wave. They were very affordable very thankful for that as well. Praise the Lord!

Phenomenal service! I called to inquire about residential a/c repairs--they were at my door within an hour and finished within two. I was lucky to live en route to their first job of the day, true, but I was even luckier that they have such a generous, customer-centric attitude. Quick, courteous, and reasonably priced--I recommend them to anyone in the market for such services.
