I have been using Chapman for years and have always received great service from them. My furnace is in the attic and I’m sure it’s not fun to work on in a small space . Earl did my service today and did a great job.

Mike B. visited us to look at our heating system that was not working since last night. He came on time, and got our system working without any charge. He was very courteous and even showed me how the wet switch works. Thank you Chapman for providing a great service!

Sunday afternoon I tried to change out the spigots going to my washing machine. They were so corroded i snapped the pipe in the wall. I asked some buddies for a plumber recommendation and they gave me two choices. The first one i called said they could have someone right out Monday morning. With 3 adults and 4 kids all needing showers and running water i decided to call the other recommendation. Chapman Heating Cooling and Plumbing. About 60 mins later Israel showed up. He was a very polite humble young man. He gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable for emergency service on a Sunday. He had to cut into the wall and showed me where I did indeed snap the pipe. He quickly got pipe replaced and also installed the two new spigots i had. He cleaned everything up triple checked once the water was turned back on to make sure there no leaks anywhere and was on his way. I feel very comfortable using Chapman again and recommending Chapman and especially Israel for any repairs you might need. Thank you so much.

The whole process was transparent and friendly. Our technician was thorough and informative through diagnosing our concern. He was also very kind to our entire family while he was at our home. We will definitely be using Chapman for future services.

I called at 10am. Brandon was here by about 11am and done by about 11:40. Loved the fast service. He was very friendly and helpful with the information I needed. Price was a lot higher than I thought it should be appreciate the fast service.

Needed to replace my furnace with a newer one so I called Chapman for an estimate. Larry Williams came the next day and went over everything and did the estimate and even helped us with the financing to get one. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and was even able to get it installed the next day. I am definitely satisfied with everything and would recommend Chapman to everyone

Chris was amazing! He came out the same day when I was having some problems with my HVAC. He did a check and full service on it, and solved the issue. He was very educated and gave me several tips and things to make sure I keep up with. I would definitely use this company again!

I had been away for a few weeks and returned home to discover an issue with our sump pump. It was after hours, but we needed help quickly. We reached out to Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, and they had a representative at our house by 7:00 pm.

Mr. burns was our service technician today for our annual furnace cleaning/tune up. What an awesome person, very knowledgeable and thorough. We have never experienced any issues with Chapman heating and cooling. We will request Mr. Burns for any HVAC issues/cleanings from now on. Thank you Chapman.

My wife and I have been Chapman HVAC & Plumbing customers since 10-17-2011. We had great experience with Chapman …so much so that we had Chapman install a completely new HVAC system for us 1-26–2021. We are totally satisfied with the system and have always maintained a annual service agreement with them.
Each and every technician that have came into our home for normal maintenance reviews of our system have been highly knowledgable, efficient and friendly. They show their utmost respect for our property and home.
We just had our last equipment checkup 12-31-2025 by Brian Velie. Brian did a thorough check of all aspects of our system. Chapman called ahead that morning and Brian arrived on time as promised and showed his expertise as his experience and training has provided him. It was as usual a great experience.
The annual service agreement provides many valuable benefits and is very reasonable in cost.

My furnace was blowing cold air all day and all evening. I did not realize this until about 15:00. Called Chapman. The dispatcher abswering the phone was very helpful. Brian called, he was on his wsy, about an hour out. He arrived early snd spent the next 2 hours getting my heat back on. Very courteous, explaining everything as he worked. We highly recommend Chapman. Our heat went out during the heavy snow and bitter cold. Tom came to provide service and found a cracked heat exchanger (our furnace was 38 yrs old), which he showed to us. He was so nice and told us it was not safe and due to age, we would need a new furnace. He called immediately to have a rep speak to us about our options. Larry was at our house that afternoon and was just as personable and professional as Tom. He never tried to pressure us or sell us more than what we needed. He told us installers would be at our house 9AM the next morning. Victor & Abner arrived promptly @ 9 and 4 hrs later we had heat. Victor explained everything we needed to know about the furnace and thermostat. They were so polite and professional just as Tom & Larry were and did not leave on thing for us to clean up. All in all, a pleasant experience.

My sewer line was backing up. I called Chapman Plumbing after 5p and they were still about to get someone out within a few hours in the middle of our snow storm travel advisory.

Von was great to work with, very professional, and was willing to answer any/all questions I had.

They called the next day to scope the line with a camera, and were about to be here within 30 minutes of the call.

The cold weather froze a hot water line in my garage and when I got it thawed, water was shooting everywhere. It filled the furnace, which was right next to the water heater and it stopped working. I needed fast service in my furnace and plumbing. Mike and Ryan showed up and made quick work of the split copper line to fix the plumbing and Troy with Chapman diagnosed the problem quickly, with a smile, and a reasonable price. I ended up purchasing a new furnace because of the first impression that he made, along with Chris the salesman. Victor and Jorge showed up first thing the next morning and had the new furnace installed in a few hours. It was freezing in the garage and I felt bad for them, but they got me up and running. Everything is neat, clean, and looks great. Victor went over everything, showed me where the new filter was and how to change it. I am very happy with the service and installation.

John Basicker was very informative and professional. He explained the problem and made sure to explain the options and resolution. I am very happy with the service he performed. I would definitely call on Chapman and request John again, if I need anything for my home serviced again.

I called as an emergency as my heat was not working. Chapman was able to get me in the day I called. Brian (my service tech) was awesome. He checked everything and explained what he was seeing and doing. I would recommend Chapman (and Brian) again.
P.S. It’s great to have heat again!

I highly recommend Chapman! When I discovered water standing in my basement, I called several companies, and Chapman was able to send Brandon out within about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain, removed the water from the basement, and took measures to make sure the water wouldn't return overnight. Kordell came out the next day and cleared the drain, and everything has been fine since then. Both Brandon and Kordell were both very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was most reasonable. Chapman is my new go-to company for plumbing issues!

Tom was excellent with communication of the process and honest about what he found. He used common sense based on a previous repair to figure out what was wrong and fixed the issue! He was excellent! Thank you!
