Dealing with Chapman was a pleasant as unexpected expenses could be. The rep was on time, courteous, and most importantly, did not put any pressure on me to decide. Costs and options were provided to us, which seemed to be on the better side of competitive. Work was completed on time, with no mess whatsoever left behind. Would highly recommend, and definitely will call first the next time. Thanks so much!

John B. is phenomenal!! By far one of the best technicians I have ever had at my home! He has incredible knowledge and knows what he is doing! I was told I had a slow leak in my home and he knew exactly what to do and completed the correct diagnostics. John really took the time to explain what the issue was, what was causing it, and how to best remedy it.

Saturday visit was needed and Chapman showed up right within our window we were given and service was done in a timely manner! Appreciate the folks at Chapman and their stellar customer service!

I would like to first thank Chapman for being prompt about making an appointment in the afternoon and actually showing up early the next day. We had another well known company make appointments then cancel for weeks out then not show up for the appointments at all. We called them and demand the service that we pay for as a so called “preferred customer”. They send someone out to clean your furnace. They find a so called crack in the heat exchanger. Was told our furnace is still under warranty and would only need $2500 to fix it. Scheduled and again with a No show. Canceled them along with their plan and called you. You came out and looked at the heat exchanger and noticed the other company had made scratches to look like it was cracked. We cannot thank you enough for your integrity and honesty. You are truly a God send.

Technician Keith came out same day, and fixed the issue same day! He was polite, professional and answered my questions in a way that I could follow the solutions without getting lost in technical jargon. Can't imagine how the issue with my furnace could have been resolved any better. I called Chapman via a referral, so treat this as me referring the referral to you too!

Chapman has been taking care of our home for years. We recently had a reoccurring problem with our HVAC, and one of their experts Keith Wray took the time to explain what was going on and why after looking over our entire system in great detail. He was able to solve the issue and educate us more on our home in the process. We get their regular service checks and the rest of their team (customer service too!) has been very helpful and professional.

Nolan B. Was on time and super polite! He remembered us from his last visit which makes us feel very valued as a customer. Definitely will continue doing business with Chapman and hopefully see Nolan next time!!!

I love working with Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I’ve worked with other companies in the past and I appreciate Chapman’s level of work & excellent customer care. From the office to the technicians, their service is honest. There is no upsell in their approach to work projects. David is an amazing technician. He’s very knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to answer any questIons you may have. We’ve tried the others and Chapman is definitely the best!

John was very knowledgeable about our system. He asked great questions to understand what the issues were. He was very professional and fix our system fast. Highly recommend Chapman for heating, cooling and plumbing.

Chapman did a fantastic job on my latest HVAC issue / repair. Their service was super prompt and the technician Dave was very knowledgeable on the equipment. He gave me good information on my issue and wasn’t pushy on the fix. This is the second time I’ve used Chapman and think of them as my HVAC go-to. I highly recommend them.

Chapman has been awesome for us. They replaced our HVAC & furnace last year. The furnace went out during the first freeze we had this winter & they had someone at the house same day, Corey, who thoroughly examined everything, found the problem & corrected it AND gave advice on how to prevent future issues of all kinds. Their technicians are truly knowledgeable and will also provide the lowest price they can. Big fan.

Chapman was great! Our heat went out in middle of the night, they came and had it fixed as soon as they could get the part that day. Another company was not able to fix it and was going to have us wait 3-5 business w/ no heat, Chapman to the rescue! Trent was great, professional and very personable!!! Highly recommend!

I had no water running in my home, and assumed the pipes were frozen. After trying to thaw the pipes, Alex delved further and realized the main meter had been replaced but not turned back on. He sis a wonderful job and explained every step to me along the way!

Excellent service. Reasonably priced. I could not be happier. And the crew was fantastic. Very friendly. They also took away the larger pieces of root and debris so I did not have to worry with that. I recommend them highly!

Chapman came out and helped with emergency service on a Sunday. Our tech Ryan was cool and very helpful in talking through our needs! Would recommend.

Brandon Sweetman showed up on time, walked me through the drain auguring process and expectations. Then ran the drain machine and cleared the passage, telling me when to expect a follow up visit same day to run a camera and confirm the blockage was cleared. The follow up appointment came a few hours later, calling ahead and ran the complimentary camera service, showing me the condition of my pipes. Very timely, personable, and professional.

Everyone Did Excellent Work. Job Knowledge was exceptional. Had trouble with the gas company turning on the natural gas. these guys stayed late into the night waiting on the gas inspection to be able to turn on the furnace so my elderly mother would have heat during the night when it was close to 10 degrees out. Thank You

Brian was amazing during his diagnostic visit. He was respectful, communicative, and extremely helpful with helping figuring out what was going on with my heater. He was very trustworthy and clearly explained the plan of action and next steps. Very professional and it is clear he really cares.

Victor, and some other fellows came and replaced our old furnace. I gave a couple days to give a review because I wanted to see the results, and well the house is warm again! We had an aging furnace that was working, but has seen it's better days, and still seemed to be working overtime. Back to this opinion of mine, Clean, professional, timely, and like I said, the house is still warm. All while feeling like more than 'Just another customer' Thank you!

PS Wouldn't of happened if it weren't for Larry! Not a salesman, a Man! Maybe he sells stuff, but it's nice chatting about life for a bit instead of nice appliances I obviously cannot afford.
